This was a rare find for this Destinite. I was tired from riding my bike for a 16 auto rim I purchased close by got kinda lost and saw University auto recyclers. It was 445 pm and they had the tire used I needed to finish the job for a young lady needing her car for work at 6pm. Very effective and well priced.

I called twice to make sure they had the part I needed it. They confirmed it was there. I live 1 hour away from Pensacola and was in a hurry and when I got there they said apparently the system was showing they had it but it was not anywhere on the shelves. So disappointing. I would recommend to update your system more frequently so you dont waste somebody elses time. Friendly staff, though!

Angelica... More like our Angel!My first call was to university after my daughter cracked my wheel hitting a pothole. The front lower control arms on my 05 4Runner were so rusted/seized that it made an alignment impossible. A quick call to University Auto Recyclers to see if they had a set in stock and 30 minutes later, I had a mint set of lower control arms that looked barely used for less than half the price of brand new OEMs I had them installed and now my 4Runner drives like a dream again! Thank you, Everyone, for all of your help!! Highly recommend!!!

Would have been a 5 star however the first two men working behind the counter must have been for telephonic purposes only thus leaving one young lady doing all the walk-ins. First, looking up the make model & year for parts, second, locating and escorting customers outside to the vehicle and third finalizing deal and collecting money. She was awesome and did a stellar job. However, the line waiting for assistance did grow with only the one employee providing customer care/assistance.

I would give University 100 stars if they offered it. They were able to find all the parts I needed quickly and efficiently. I have never dealt with a more knowledgeable staff than the staff at UAR!!!! They were even very patient with understanding my accent.

I purchased a driver door from UAC. Purchasing was super easy, and communication with Mike was great. Unfortunately the door arrived damaged from the freight carrier, but UAC immediately refunded me and apologized for the inconvenience. I worked with Felishia on my refund, she was really helpful and thorough as well. I would be happy to purchase from them again.

Bought a transmission from them. With warranty. It was no good. Gave my mechanic the run around about replacing it. I just called Matthew to see if my other transmission was in. He was very rude and told me not to call him call my mechanic. I said its my truck and i bought the transmission. Idgaf who came and purchased it. It was with my money for my mf truck. He kept insisting that i call my mechanic. If he wasnt rude i wouldnt be soo pissed. I spent my hard working money here just like everybody else. Ill gladly go somewhere else. Very unsatisfied. Never had this happen before and Ive bought parts from here more than one time. Theres a way to conduct business and that wasnt the way. Lack of professionalism by far! Thing is this has happened to serveral black people I know. Racism is real at this place. I deal with peoole of all volors and never thought that racism was soo real in this city but this place is a prime example. Oh the last part i boight was a boot or somthing and they watch me tote the heavy mf to my car. But helped the white lady smh. Its sad. Really sad.

This place is usually quite busy. They dont spend very long with each customer so dont go here asking for advice.

I wish I could rate this place with ZERO stars. They sold me a BAD engine. It was BAD from the moment my well-qualified ASE certified mechanic first tried to start it. All I got was the run around from everyone for over two months afterwards. Bryan, the owner is without a doubt one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He refused to return phone calls (left both on his personal voicemail as well as with other employees) and only finally called me back once I let him know I would turn it over to my attorney. When he finally did call back he let me know to sue him and he hung up. Avoid this place like the PLAGUE!
