Outstanding service. Quick and good. My Pathfinder hasnt driven this good in a while.

Called Wednesday to see if they could look at my car was told yes bring it in and we’ll look at it Thursday. (Dropped off at 8am Thursday). Well when I called twice was told your car is next, will call you first thing in the morning. Friday morning came and no call well when I called at 9:30 to see if they looked at car they said it’s next in line but couldn’t tell me when. So I picked my car up and took it somewhere else and got it looked at right away. The lady that is in the shop does not know what she is doing. She should have said we can’t get to it today. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Very quick on ford 6.0s. Everything was done right on my oil cooler replacement.

Took car for diagnostic test because idle off . Asked if could run diagnostic and get back with me same day. They never call. Kept car a day and a half. Went to pick up and $200.00 later car still doing same. I dont trust they did anything. Never use them again

It has been 2 years since I have lived in P-cola and had service done here. I was just thinking about it because I am still dealing with the issues this place caused when I had my car and jeep serviced there. In short, I paid to have the AC fixed because my car did not blow cold. Had to take it in 3 times because each time it did not fix the problem. They basically gave up and told me they couldnt find the part which I understand (old car) but I was still out a few hundred when nothing got fixed. My complaint is now I live in the north and in trying to fix my AC they busted my heat so my car didnt have heat until this week when someone was kind enough to fix it for me. It worked before I had it worked on there but I didnt really notice because its Florida and its hot 10 out of 12 months. Jeremy was nice but the rest of the staff was rude.

They wanted there money up front Ive never had a garage ask for there money before fixing a vehicle.they were fast at fixing my truck but it should have been a little lower in price.I felt like I was being taken advantage of.

This use to be the only place I would take my vehicles for years.However after my last experience I will never return. Jeremy was awesome. But when he was not there, the man that worked on my car sent me off with no oil in my car after they did a test on it. I had to buy another vehicle because it was not with it to replace head gaskets again. This place has gone downhill. I will never return.

This place went completely downhill since Jeremy left. I just called to ask about a price for having some work done on my wife’s van and the manager told me, “I don’t know. I’ve already priced it like 4 times for you brother” followed by a chuckle. Extremely rude. For his information, two of those times were after Jeremy left and he told me he’d have to check and call me back which he never actually did. I will never do any more business with this company.

My family and I have been taking our cars to Pro Fast for a few years now just for basic tuneups and oil changes and we have always come away pleased. This last visit to them was the true test. I had been experiencing issues with my cars air conditioner for quite some time. Numerous trips to the dealership and all that the dealership was able to tell me was that they were unable to duplicate the symptoms and later on in the visits that this was a known and common issue with the system, but still did nothing but send me on my way. So, I decided to let the repairmen at Pro Fast diagnose and later fix my system. I left it there for them to troubleshoot and the techs said that they had narrowed it down but wanted to wait and verify that it was either a sensor valve or the compressor. Unfortunately it turned out to be the compressor but by this time I was ready to rip the system out myself so I told them to go ahead change it. The head tech in charge, Jeremy, was very helpful in the whole process and was able to tell me what the issue was after diagnosing the system. I had purchased an extended warranty on the car and it turns out that the plan provider and Pro Fast have a good reputation together. All in all, I was without my car for two days, but I had a brand new air compressor, my extended warranty covered the parts and labor, and the only thing I payed was the sales tax and a very low facility fee. I am now very pleased with my A/C system that is blowing ice cold air. This last visit assured me that I will be going to Pro Fast for all of my car needs for the next couple of years. Thanks & job well done guys.

These are the coolest bunch of guys Ive met in a while. On my family vacation, my fuel pump went out on my car and I was mortified. I was stranded waiting for a tow truck to come and get my car. The towing company recommended these guys so I gave them a call. Mike assured me that they would wait for me and my car to arrive even though it was late in the evening and close to their closing time. Needless to say they did just that. I thought they would not be able to work on my car that same day, but NO SIR, THEY GOT MY BABY FIXED, MADE ME LAUGH WHILE I WAITED AND GOT ME ON MY WAY.... THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME....

Really took care of me. What was alleged to be an extremely costly repair by another place turned out to be a really cheap fix thanks to these guys. Havent had any further issues after month now.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They were our lifesavers of replacing the positive terminal on our battery as we are on a way to a Wedding in New Orleans. They were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. They did not take advantage of the fact we were out of towners and most likely (hopefully) not see them again for any auto repairs anytime soon. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Bring your vehicles here. Very fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a Saturday and I was in town on vacation. The a/c needed fixed and Jeremy gave a price range before hand. The diagnosis came back with options. There was no pressure and the choice was mine. The car was repaired and I was on the way in no time. I wish this business was closer to home as I would make it the go to place for myself, family, and friends.

It appears that my review in connection to a current ongoing issue with American Lube Fast, from a Pensacola area branch has been taken down. Of course I can continue to cut and paste this review however, I simply prefer to have the issues fixed. Hopefully, I do not continue to have ludicrous responses back that my grand child would laugh at! Perhaps we all would want the manner taken care of on a finally timely fashion. If I am forced to repost, with even more additional information on the same subject, I will insist the review not be taken down in order for this not to happen to others! I will thank all in advance for thier immediate attention to this manner.

Excellent repairs completed on my brakes.

I believed this shop to be the most honest mechanic shop in town for a few years until a few months ago. It was like opening a can of worms. Ill keep it short and sweet. These mechanics left out (or didnt torque properly) 2 of the 4 bolts that bolts my transmission to my engine block causing cv axle seal to leak (unknowingly to me) which caused significant transmission damage. $2000 for a transmission. They did not press the ball joints properly into control arms which is a SAFETY concern. When they replaced those ball joints they did an improper alignment and have my wheels camber positive which did significant damage to the outer tread to 2 $200 tires. The new manager mike when I came to him with these concerns completely refused to take accountability even though no other shop or person has worked on my car until I had the clutch replaced somewhere else and he sent me pictures of the bolts missing. Mike resorted to ad hominem by attacking my personal character instead of arguing facts. I have attempted to contact the owner with no luck. It seems to me this is one of thone shops that purposely does bad work in hopes you wont be smart enough to put 2 and 2 together and keep you coming back. My recommendation- if you want something done right go somewhere else.

Sent my car here to have something simple fixed (nothing mechanical, just a strap). I dropped it off on a Saturday and because they said the part had to be ordered it should be ready by Wednesday. I called late Wednesday afternoon to check on the status and was told that they had a huge backlog and havent been able to look at it yet. The store manager then asked if I was positive I knew what was wrong, I assured him I was and he ordered the part. Friday came along with more excuses on why it wasnt done. After many calls back to the manager and getting told varying excuses why it was taking so long, the car was ready....18 days later. Im positive I could have taken this some where else and had it done quicker. Nothing pro or fast about this place. Avoid if you can.

Profast Auto is a first class auto repair center. The service technicians are smart and courteous. The service manager, Jeremy, is helpful and he goes above and beyond for customers. I take my truck and my wife’s SUV there for oil changes, maintence, and emergencies. I’ve been going for 3+ years, it’s my go to shop.

I called Profast to let them know my car would not start, I spoke to Jeremy, I said I think its the starter and I will tow it up there, he called me shortly after it arrived and said you definitely need a starter and gave me a price, he mentioned it could also be something else also, I got in a panic mode, Jeremy was very kind and calmed me down, he called me after installing the starter and stated I was ready to go, I highly recommend this shop, these guys are honest, and compassionate.

I went to this company after receiving a referral service form for a free service there from a company in town who works on my tires that didnt provide that service & had to use within 30 days of issuance. I went to the business one afternoon and the guy behind the counter (Jeremy) was very nice & told me that it would be best for me to return 1st thing in the morning so they could get me right away without wait & the service repair would take approximately an hour, but if I came 1st upon opening Id be seen in that order. I returned on a Saturday & waited 20 minutes prior to opening, they opened their gates & I pulled my Corvette up to the service line. The guy asked me what I needed, I explained, he said to go to the counter, at that point, a couple fast walked past me and got in front walked in. While I waited to provide my referral form and spoke to the man behind the counter (Jeremy was off), this sketchy guy took it upon himself to get into my Corvette and move my car out of the service line to bring another vehicle in to service it. (Theres 3 lanes in the service line) My belongings were in my car, he had no authorization to do so nor a key. I was obviously not pleased with the disrespect and lack of care shown in the first 5 minutes. Upon exiting the office I asked who moved my car and told the guy that he should have gotten me if he was going to move my car, I was right inside. I waited for the guy in the counter to be done checking people in and spoke wuth him about where I was in terms of succession because I had been told that if I came 1st thing, my car would be seen in that order, the counter guys chuckled and said yes I saw you waiting 20 minutes before we opened. He walked out & I told him I wasnt pleased with the guy taking it upon himself & going into my car, moving my car without my permission & my belongings inside. And though I didnt say this, I thought to myself, really my car shouldve never been moved if it was 1st in line to begin with. They took several cars and people and skipped me had I not spoken up.The employees didnt make me feel comfortable in their demeanor at all, their body language and energy was off, it was an uncomfortable atmosphere. I sat in the office watching my car closely and listening to the people being checked in, it seemed like the 2 customers that came in for oil changes, they had to run out and get synthetic oil somewhere else because they didnt have it in-house. The guy kept apologizing to two different parties about the delay in their oil change, both was the same excuse we had to run out and get more, we ran out, thats whats taking so long but then youd just see 5 guys outside leaning on one car talking and laughing without a care for long period of time. I was there for approximately an hour and 45 minutes (not counting the 20 minutes prior to opening). The waiting area wasnt the cleanest but it did have bathrooms and a small tube tv. Id never step foot in there again. It was unpleasant and uncomfortable. The guy who got into my car without permission apologized for upsetting me not for what he did and again I told him you need to ask the owner before you do things like that and he blew me off with a sarcastic have a nice day. He was unprofessional and Id never recommend anyone go there period.

Im not at all the type to post a one star review, but with my experience thus far I am compelled to do so. So my Nissan Maxima has been in their shop since near the end of September, and here we are December and my car is still there getting worked on. My issue with this whole situation is that I have 3 kids and a wife, so two cars are necessary in our household, but we have been down to one car since I turned my rental back in which I had for over a month, thinking theyd be done with it. But about a month and a half maybe two months after getting it to them, they gave me a call saying that it was done, so I went and paid for the repair which was almost 1700 dollars. So I got to pick up the car which they had for over a month at the time, only to find out that I now have a spare tire on it, which wasnt my biggest concern. So I drove the car home and about 6 minutes from my home it shut off on me in the middle of traffic while I was driving. Thank goodness I wasnt on the highway or had my kids with me or it could have been much worse. So I called them and had it towed back to them, only for them to have it for yet another month with no updates of whats going on, so I asked them why not just take it to Nissan since they arent getting anywhere on it. The manager said that for me to take it to Nissan, I would have to pay Nissan for the repair, which is after I paid profast for the repair. So basically what hes telling me, is thank you for paying us for nothing, and either wait more months for them to finally get around to figuring out whats going on and fixing it, or take it to Nissan and pay them to do what profast was paid for. I used to come here a lot for oil changes, brakes and other small things on my Nissan. But this situation they have me in now, I will say that this is like a shade tree mechanic type of work and service, hold the car for months, then suggest that you take to Nissan to fix and pay them after youve already paid profast. This incident now has me questioning their levels of expertise, Im not sure of how they are with other cars, but if you own a Nissan, especially a Maxima, I would recommend taking it elsewhere, unless you can go at least 3 months without your car.

The price quoted,,, changed.. To twice as much!! My truck has never had a check engine light on,,, ever!!Took my truck in to get a tune up for a 4 state road trip.. 2 States later (6hrs), now I have a check engine light on, skweaky rear brakes at leaving their shop,, a rear tire that only has 25lbs of pressure at leaving their shop,, a tranny that is now slipping like a fat guy on ice.. If you go there,, good luck..
