Stop on Saturday to setup a appointment and They were able to get me in that day and repair my windshield. There was no cost involved, no paper work. I had a windshield repair there before.
My tech Jody arrived not only on time but a little early. He called 30 minutes before arriving and was very professional and did his job great! I would have to say he was in and out with windshield replaced in 45 minutes or less! Fantastic job Jody!
They were able to repair my windshield. Great service. My only complaint is that you cant call directly. Everything has to be booked online. Id have liked to be able to get it fixed day of vs the next day. But thats just me. Once the car was there, it was done in 20 min!
The technician broke both drivers side and passenger side visors on my Audi when I had my windshield replaced. No one contacted me when this happened, nor was I even notified when the car was finished like they said they would do.I found out they broke the visors when I came in to pick up my car. Both visors have to be replaced.They weren’t even apologetic. The receptionist had a technician speak with me. He was very cocky and told me my car had cheap parts on it that broke easily and that they weren’t “gods” .Then I found out he wasn’t even the technician that made the mistake! I would have been ok if they had just taken some accountability and apologized, but they didn’t.I will never go here again and I DO NOT recommend using this place! They would get no stars, but I had to pick one.
A+ service! I got my windshield replaced today and it took less than an hour! The staff was nice, professional, and to the point. I received text updates and a phone call when they finished. The windshield is brand new and looks just like the factory one that got replaced. I highly recommend doing business with them. It was such a joy to get great service today!
My husband hired them to replace his windshield and broke his antenna. Advised my husband they are ordering one and will have it in 3-5 days and they will come to him to fix it. 2 months later after we called them to check on status of antenna they finally got it in but now he had to bring his truck to them to fix it. Since they are only open Monday through Friday, my husband had to miss work. His appointment was on Friday at 11am. 3pm and it is still not done. This place is a joke!!!! Dont use them!!!!

My experience is limited because I could not get an appointment in a reasonable time. Soonest mobile appointment was 3 weeks out and 10 days for an in shop appointment. Not good while traveling and you catch a rock that causes a big crack. I found a local shop that replaced the windshield that same morning. Good thing for choices!I will point out that the rep tried to use Covid as an excuse... in Florida thats been wide open for over a year. Lame.
Made an appointment to get my windshield replaced, they took my car back on time, maybe a little early, and were done in an hour and a half or so. Everything was smooth and easy. Great job!!!

I had to replace my windshield on my car was recommended to use SafeLite Autoglass! I hadCourtney as my technician guy who replaced my window. They came out to my home and replaced it. During this time I had a rosary that was hanging from my rear view mirror. It somehow was lost when Courtney replaced my window. This rosary was old and very sentimental to me. It was given to me by my father years before he passed so it meant everything to me. Courtney helped me look for it but we could not locate it. I was also in contact with Martin who is the the manager for the Pensacola Area. They truly cared so much that they continue to help me try to find it by coming back to my house and helping me look for it. That’s is exceptional customer service.Martin did end up finding it and it brought tears to my eyes.I would recommend this company daily to anyone especially how they always putting their customers first.
Have used this service over the years and never had an issue. Just had my 2016 F-150 windshield replaced at their location and they were nothing but professional. I arrived earlier than my appointment time and they took me right in. Windshield looks as if it was the original, very well done and they even vacuumed my floors.
I will NEVER do business here again. I made an appointment to get my windshield replaced on a 2021 vehicle. I waited several hours for it to be completed at the shop. Less than 3 weeks later, there was a leak and water damage. I brought it back and was rudely dismissed (the tech said he didnt see a leak)! I had to have the front receptionist come out to show her proof. She said she saw the water stains and as a result, the car was wrapped to prevent any further damage. Unfortunately, it did not work. I had to wait ANOTHER week for the replacement window to arrive. I brought the vehicle back and miraculously, they found all the leaks. They pulled off the windshield, only to put the same one on again. What was the point in having to wait a full week if they planned to use same windshield?!? They also left black hand prints on my headliner and black slivers of debris all over the dash and floorboard of my basically brand new car. The lack of communication, carelessness and overall bad business etiquette leads me to believe I wont be the only person unsatisfied.
The service was good, the shop did an excellent job. Once we took it to the shop. The 3 stars are attributed to Christopher who said he could not get to our window for two weeks. Told us that coming to us “was a privilege”. No Christopher it’s your business model, that’s what Safelite dose “can’t come to one of our locations? No worries-we can come to you with one of our MobileGlassShops”. So maybe don’t answer the phone with your condescending attitude. There are plenty of local shops that would appreciate the work.

I was skeptical at first when I got there because I had an appt and they looked backed up but they had it done in 45 mins, which included calibration. Im happy with the service and the customer care.
After scheduling an appointment in advance to have my window replaced, and after several e.mails and phone calls from Safelite to confirm my appointment. I get a call about an hour before my appointment letting me know they have to cancel because they didn’t have enough employees. Honestly to not only cancel an appointment literally last minute, but also because your employees didn’t show up, is a level of unprofessionalism I cannot even comprehend. I don’t know if the employees are treated badly or paid poorly, but clearly something is wrong because this company can’t even motivate them enough to show up. They asked to reschedule, but I didn’t want to see how much more of my time they could waste so I called a competitor and now have a appointment elsewhere.
Had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday, 1/13/21, between 12-5 pm. Stayed home all afternoon waiting for tech to show. Received phone call at 4:30 pm stating tech was still in Jay, FL and would lose the daylight, therefore could we reschedule the appointment. Appointment was rescheduled for Friday, 1/15/21, between 8-10 am. Tech showed at 9:57 am. He was finished at 10:25 am or the review wouldve been lower. Recommend not letting them give you a five-hour appointment window. Request a two-hour window if at possible, otherwise your day will be spent waiting and possibly wasted and rescheduled.
BEWARE!!!They replaced the windshield glass on my 2012 Infiniti car and tried to tell me it was my sunroof gaskets or ac line after it started to leakThey let my car flood multiple timesI would include name of senior techs that tried to deny it being the windshield and they didn’t even want to look at car..It was the windshield seal the whole time.Please do not use safelite.They do not care about your car or your time.
Safelite has been the only glass replacement company I have used on maybe 3-4 replacements. The quality of work has been going down as years go on. They broken parts on my vehicle and had them replaced but if these techs take there time and figure out how to take parts off a vehicle they wouldn’t break things as much.I had a windshield replaced I think a year ago and I noticed the floor was wet under my mat on the driver side. I call them up they sent a tech out and he tells me that it is probably the sunroof or molding (one part they broke). They order the molding and they send another tech out to install it and replace the windshield. So far no leaks. Of course this tech wasn’t careful and broke the clip off the inside window trim and expected me to be okay with it hanging, ah no! I let it go for a few days then it started hanging more (as in pictures) so I called and told them that it needed to be replaced. They sent the same tech out and can you believe he was trying rig it, so it will stay. Then he actually broke off the whole clip that is or was in the middle and still tried to rig it. I thinking like really! He then said he had put something over the clip that was broke to help hold it. I said, “no you didn’t, remember I was standing here watching.” One thing I can’t stand is for someone to lie about anything. Finally he says well I can’t fix it so I’ll have get it ordered.Im still waiting to hear from them on the part was supposed to be ordered. I don’t know if I will use them again.

My technicians name was Patrick ID 1854-114. He was extremely professional, courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Safelite and ask for Patrick. This was my 2nd windshield Safelite has replaced two different cars both times the workmanship has been fast but done correctly.
Did an insurance claim through USAA. Glass was not done satisfactorily and will need to be redone. My dash was scratched by the windshield falling into the car upon removal, which I was not told about until I mentioned it. The excuse given was that “it’s dark inside the garage.” Not the professional job that I expected. The manager offered to redo the glass and have the dash fixed, but I do not want them anywhere near my car again. This is the second time I have had my time wasted. 0 for 2, Safelite.
Service Call, they give option, i have to go for camera recalibration and save me a trip to the dealer. I use before in Orlando, but I get better experience here in Pensacola. Nice office, nice staff, excellent job. Thanks so much..

Had a pleasant experience here a few weeks ago. Got my windshield replaced. They were prompt, courteous, and finished the job in a decent amount of time. They started immediately when I arrived and were done in less than 2 hours. They have a waiting area inside with coffee and vending machines. The employees were on top of everything, and my windshield looked great after they finished.
I do not recommend this Safelite location for a BMW windshield replacement. After they replaced the windshield on my BMW, I noticed that the lower cowling was not seated properly. I gave this Safelite shop the opportunity to correct the cowling seating, but they reported they did not find anything wrong. After the windshield started leaking and their technicians could not resolve the cowling seating, I asked my regular BMW technician at an independent service shop to look at the windshield. They immediately saw that Safelite had removed the lower molding underneath the plastic cowling for the windshield replacement but did not replace the molding. That was the cause of both the cowling not seating properly and the water leaking into the passenger foot well. When I brought this up with Safelite Customer Care, they told me that the warranty was void since another shop worked on the windshield to identify the problem that the Safelite technicians were not able to identify. Per Safelite Customer Care, they absolved themselves of any responsibility for their improper installation and for the replacement molding. There is also an internal defect in the glass directly in front of the driver that creates a small light flare when the sun hits it in a certain way, but Safelite has voided the warranty as noted previously.
My go to place for glass repair and replacement
The technician has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. He comes to change my windshield and texts me and I reply that Ill be out in a moment. The office calls ten minutes later and I say Ill be out in a moment. I had been tied up with a customer and I ran outside as soon as it was done. This guy is pulling off so I call. He makes it seem like life was ending to turn around while still being in vision of my car. Fine, its done. I go to leave that evening and theres still tape on my car and a gap on the windshield. So guess which jerk is supposed to come check it out... The technician calls at 10:38 and says hell be by in about 15 minutes. About an hour later I call and text him and i get no answer. 15 minutes later he responds telling me that he came by, rang the doorbell, and got no answer. I have 4 dogs. I heard nothing and they didnt budge. He didnt call or text that he was there. He just left but took pictures to prove he was there. Still I have no explanation as to why theres a gap in tree front of my windshield. Good job Jared. I would like to note that anyone on the phone I talked to was extremely pleasant.

I walked in without an appointment and they took my car right back. All of the staff were very friendly and the waiting room was super clean. I only had to wait 15 minutes or so for them to repair my weatherstripping. Very happy with this place and their customer service!
Long story short, safelite employees lack communication between each other and I wasted time and money when I was turned away on a scheduled appointment. 2 stars because the people at the counter were polite when informing me they were not aware of my scheduled appointment to replace the windshield.For the long story; I talked to Tonya over the phone and scheduled my windshield to be replaced. Safelite wouldnt come to my house because it is considered a job that requires a senior technician because I own a classic car (which seemed strange). So we scheduled and confirmed a date the following week for me to arrive in the morning and the vehicle would be ready by noon for pickup. I show up 30 minutes before they open on the scheduled day, walk in to the waiting area, and talk to the employees at the counter. They checked their system and nothing was annotated for me to have the windshield replaced. Instead, the only note left on my account was that a voice message was left on my phone for a return phone call.The people at the counter said they couldnt get to my car that day because all their techs are out on jobs for the day. Theres a red flag because according to Tonya, the senior tech does his work at the shop but the employees at the counter are saying differently. So I wasted the morning driving to safelite and back home and wasted a day of work because my appointment was never added to their system.Most Florida insurance companies pay for windshield replacements free of charge, so I call my insurance and use a different windshield company. I used Novus, and they were great. Courteous and timely, they also had technicians come to my house and replace the windshield in my classic car (satelite wouldnt come to my house). My recommendation is to not use the big company Safelite that seems to be understaffed, cant handle the workload, and a staff that does not communicate properly and implement appointments in their system correctly. If you do decide to use Safelite, call them the day prior and morning of your appointment to ensure they have you down correctly so youre not wasting your time driving there.

Representative was very nice at the counter. They were quickly able to determine my windshield could be repaired and they were able to work on it right then. The technician was nice and great at explaining everything to me. I can barely tell the cracks are there. You have to really look for them. One of the cracks was fairly decent in size and now it’s magically disappeared. Very cool.

Safelite Pensacola technician Adam went above and beyond to replace glass on a rental car at my job where the security guards gave me a hard time for getting it done there. They kept giving me the run around of where to park and I had to move the car several times before Adam arrived. We even had to move when he got there. Adam took initiative and handled the location. Thank you to him and safelite for getting the job done and me back to my desk quickly. Kudos also the the local representative at the shop making and answering calls that kept me informed about my insurance dragging their feet on getting over the release to them. She was pleasant to speak to during this chaos! Im sorry I didnt catch her name! Most places would have just cancelled the appointment and moved along.

They did a poor job on my windshield, I actually took it into the shop because I thought that would get better workmanship.They sent a van out a couple days later and preformed another repair, the newer windshield fit better and was Solar Glass like the original, but with all the pollen falling Im not sure this one wont leak eventually.I dont know that Safelite would be my first choice in the future.

Lost a window to a falling tree during Michael. Dispatcher was pleasant and efficient, located a replacement within an hour. Installer 2 days later was also pleasant and competent, and thorough about cleaning up at the end.
While traveling across country our windshield was hit by a large piece of metal and put a hole in the windshield and shattered it. With the help of Safelite in Pensacola, they got us right in and immediately replaced our windshield so we could travel on. We so appreciated all their help and professionalism.

My experience was awesome. My technician Ron made the difference. He showed up on time with an advanced text and phone call. He was extremely polite, friendly and very professional.During the process, he explained each step, worked in the heat without a complaint. I offered water and a gratuity and he wouldnt accept either, stating this is my job and I love what I do. The technician showed up late, no eye contact went straight at the car and started pulling from a trash can full of excuses why he couldnt do the job! I offered to rearrange the entire garage to accommodate him, but no! was the only answer he knew! I was on a limited time frame because the vehicle had to be in service Monday morning. I just told him to leave! I called Lloyds and they bent over backwards to do my windshield by Friday afternoon. Lloyds took care of everything, sent over their best Tech, Firm Handshake!, Very Pleasant! Handed me a box of Steaks! Nice! He got down to business and got it done!! I will never ever consider Safelite for anything again!!
These guys were great. I had 2 spots to fix in my windshield where rocks hit. One fixed up perfectly. The other they did the best they could do, but it wasnt fixable to their standards. Even though I was happy with the job they did, they told me because they couldnt fix the second spot to their standards, I didnt need to pay a dime. Not only that, but without insurance, they were planning on discounting my repair from the $110+ that their website quoted, down to $62. From 110 to 62 to nothing, great customer service, and not much wait time, Id say these guys are great.

I have never had a better customer service experience than my most recent windshield replacement with Safelite! My auto insurance provider had the proper tools to schedule directly with me without even needing to be transferred to Safelite. I did have to call Safelite due to my own scheduling conflicts and update some details for the repair date, but had zero problems when I had to do so. There were frequent text messages sent directly to my phone as well as email updates to confirm and remind me of the details of the windshield replacement. The technician was very professional, punctual, and quick at his job. I literally had a positive experience with EACH individual that helped to schedule, reschedule, complete, and follow up on this work. TWO Thumbs WAY Up! Keep up the great work! WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!They replaced a back glass in my Honda Ridgeline.I have had this truck for many years..NEVER EVER has it ever had mold or mildew or a musky smell.After they replaced my back glass I started noticing a bad musky smell .Then after a bad rain I saw water around the back glass window seal and my carpet was wet.I took it back to them and they are trying to say water is coming in from my doors...ABSOLUTELY TOTAL LIE !!!My doors have never leaked !!!Spoke with the Manager Martin he was not helpful and refused to do anything..He was not even willing to dry the carpet out or wipe out the mold.I would never recommend this place to anyone.I had to rate a 1 because it doesnt have a ZERO !!!

Took them a week and rescheduling my appointment 4 times to replace my windshield. They screwed 3 whole days out of my week. Ruining my Friday makes me the MOST mad. They brought the wrong windshield at 8am and they didnt come back and finish until 4pm. Thats how you do business? They screwed up and tried to blame my insurance company. I would rather set my car on fire than use them ever again. Pensacola Glass will get my business from now on. Their apologies dont make me less angry or change the facts.
