I have had quite a bit of trouble finding a business that would take the time to give me a proper estimate on my 2016 Audi Q3 Prestige. Richard took the time to go over every inch of my car and listened to all of my concerns from the Tropical Storm Cristobal that hit the Gulf Coast last month. He was patient and answered the questions that I had. He gave a fair estimate and emailed it to me before I left. Great service.

I had an accident that jacked up the backside of my van. Doug walked me through the process, made sure I knew what rental company to call (called them when I arrived), kept me updated about parts and time frames, and returned my van back to new! He worked with the insurance company and had me back in my vehicle before the expected date! I would highly recommend Gulf Coast Paint and Body for anyone needing repairs big or small. Staff is amazing and the work is perfection!

HONEST AND INTEGRITYone of my roommate took my vehicle with out my permission. she hit the rear bumper. i though it was broked, i went to samsing Nissan and they wanna me paid 1300 dollars for repairs. I was driving back thinking where i can get the money and i passed by this store. The old guy came to my car and after 2 min he used his fits to put my bumper back where supposed to be. he didnt charge me a dollar.two week later, i have someone broke my rear bumper from my other car ( yes i have multiple vehicles, let me alone). the insurance of this guy pay for it, however it was a supplement for more repairs. He finished the job and gave me my vehicle full repair and trust me if i get the check (650 dollars) please come back. I thought maybe the insurance will send the money to him, but not, of course they sent it via check to my house. I went to this business and pay back. He dont even remember i had a left over. Good guy, please dont take advantage of the old guy. We need more honest people like him.

I wanted to customize my Mercedes Benz C250 2013 and Doug (the owner) made it happen. I told him exactly what I wanted and I told him as long as I get the end product I would be satisfied. He made it happen with a reasonable price and it looks great!! Wish I can post a pic of the finished product. The drivers door was also dinged and he fixed it it looks brand new. I was really impressed with the quality and price I got it done for. Doug will not give you the car back unless its perfect in his eyes and yours. He really is meticulous and cares about his work. He will also give you good recommendations/ suggestions on what type of work you want to do on the car. I recommend his shop 110%.

Excellent job on my crash repair, went out of their way to help me find replacements parts for my 2001 car so that it wouldnt be totaled out! And rounded up all those parts and rebuilt everything in one week.

Doug was amazing. I went to many other shops before this one to get estimates on my repair ($800+ at each place). He came out and immediately knew what to and went to grab some tools, came back out, and fixed it right there. He saved me so much time and money. Thank you Doug!!

These guys are AWESOME! They spent an enormous amount of hours to get the paint to match on my pearl white SUV and it came out perfectly. They charge VERY fair prices and they bend over backwards to make customers happy. Although I hope I dont need to take my car back anytime soon I will always take it to Gulf Coast if I need to.

I recently took my 76 VW Bug to Doug and Richard at Gulf Coast Paint and Body to have painted and to also have some surface rust removed. Upfront they assured me they wouldnt let me pay until i was completely satisfied with outcome of the vehicle, and I was completely satisfied 100%. A completely flawless paint job is what they delivered. The car looked like it just rolled off the assembly line when i left their shop with it. The customer service is outstanding, and these guys definitely stand by their work. The price they quoted me was reasonable and fair for the quality of work they did. Other body shops around Pensacola quoted me more expensive prices. One bodyshop I was considering using at first kept jerking me around on the price, but Gulf Coast Paint and Body was consistent with their quote. I am glad i used Gulf Coast Paint and Body and will definitely use them again if i ever need any more body work done in the future. Do yourself a favor and take your car to Gulf Coast Paint and Body. 100% customer service satisfaction is their primary goal.
