Great service! They were able to give me an estimate down to the penny and they had clear communication. In addition. I really liked how I could follow the repairs progress online. I had a wreck and my insurance company was being a huge headache; however, this company made sure to take care of me throughout the whole process! Best customer service around. We bought a set of tires and wheels and had them mounted and balanced. While the vehicle was there, we asked them to do a front end alignment and get me a quote on some body work. Not only did they do all of that, they gave my husband a ride to work and picked him back up so he could drop my vehicle off to get everything done. No complaints at all. We kind of stumbled upon this place, but well definitely be back for any automotive needs we have that they can help us with.

Adam was super helpful and stayed on top of our claim until it was resolved. Our insurance was a bit of a pain in the butt about approving our claim but Adam and the crew were very patient and persistent on getting things done. Cant thank the guy enough. I brought my vehicle, which was still driveable, to the shop six weeks ago, as we were told that they were ready to start the repair. I still don’t have my car back, I haven’t heard an update from my estimator in over two weeks, my insurance company is unable to get anyone to answer the phone, and now my rental car coverage has expired. I literally have no idea when my car is going to be ready and at the moment have no transportation.

Professional and very helpful. We had a skid plate under our car fall off due to the recent storms and hitting something in a puddle, so we brought it in to inspect damage. Not only did they fix the plate, they also told us after fixing if we wanted to order and repair the whole apparatus like brand new.. They fixed us and then gave us a quote with price, parts, workers cost, and other things for if we wanted to do so.I have been to Gross and Sons before for body damage after being hit, and they always made it as new and were very helpful.10/10 recommend.

If you are wanting a factory quality paint job and a painless process, I can not begin to tell you how great of a job these guys do. I brought my at the time 20 year old car to Gross and Sons after being involved in a major accident. At the time, many of the parts could not be found being of such rarity therefore i opted to instead, have the a car undergo a few upgrades. I have attached a photo of before and after to reference. These guys do not just specialise in paint, but everything body related! Having a tuner car, I was a bit skeptical on if they would be able to accomplish the look i was pursuing with the addition of aftermarket body pieces, and i can tell you they surpassed my expectations.10 year later Update: I have had a relationship with this company for 10+ years and can tell you they stand by there work and promises. As the car began to age, some of my paint started to show signs of damage. But just as the shop advertised, they made it right by repairing anything they noticed was not correct. They went above and beyond to do right by me and i will continue to speak high praise to their name. Eddie and Bill make the process as smooth as possible, and Mike and Jason do amazing repair recommendations and work.

I was recently involved in a rear end collision in a Cadillac CT6. We choose Gross and Sons to perform the repair due to their great reputation and the fact they are certified to work on Cadillacs. Little did anyone involved realize that Cadillac had provisions for supplying parts that would prove a nightmare for everyone involved. Without spending an hour explaining what problems were encountered by all involved I will simply state Roseann personally handled all the headaches Cadillac provided, found solutions to some very difficult and unique circumstances, made arrangements for the car to begin the lengthy process of being repaired, and encouraged us throughout this nightmare. Their customer service and attention to detail is simply unparalleled. I highly recommend this locally owned and operated family business.

So, I have to give this an average rating cause I dont really have a lot to go on as they did not fix my car. My biggest complaint is that I did not hear directly from them or my insurance that my car was being totalled. I got more third party calls from the salvage yard or promos to replace my car hours after dropping it off, confusing me, because I thought my car was being fixed. It wasnt till I called them myself to figure out why I was getting these messages that I confirmed my car was being totalled. Never had anyone explain why or anything, just come get your stuff out so we can get rid of it.Its about the equivalent of having a family member at the hospital and getting a call about making burial arrangements before hearing from the hospital itself that the person passed. Not appreciated.The people were nice enough, and probably do good work when its fixable but communication could have been better. Cant rate their quality of work.In reply to their response: I had an appointment scheduled with them 3 weeks in advanced, and I dropped my car off personally, so its not like they didnt have my info.And if it was really a drop and go, why would I be hearing from third parties before you. How would they know its totalled and who to call before you took it apart?

Very nice people running the shop. Even though they were very busy. They were able to take time to give me a simple estimate on my truck. When other shops wouldnt. Would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Update:I was able to speak with Eddie Kelly and explain what was going on with my brakes after getting my car back. He was extremely professional and stated that he was going to figure out what was going on and get back to me. They offered to reimburse me for the additional work that needed to be done to fix my brakes, and I appreciated them reaching out to rectify the situation.I will say that my car looks fantastic and no one would be able to tell that I had been rear-ended. They obviously take great pride in their work and want to make sure their customers feel valued and taken care of.Though the communication was very rocky throughout the repair process, I sincerely appreciate the effort, time, and willingness Eddie took to listen to my concerns.Thank you!Original:Took my vehicle here to be repaired in April following a car accident. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone throughout the process. Poor communication on their end and poor communication from my insurance company. Out of the 2 months and 4 days it was in the shop, I had to constantly call to get updates on my vehicle since no one bothered to update me. I also made them aware that I would be leaving for a job contract out of state for several months. I understand that they are busy and have lots of work to do, and my car was a big job. But they only managed to call me themselves ONE time, and called to tell me my car would not be ready two days before I had to move for my job. I can deal with using another vehicle, but the most frustrating thing was that no one would communicate with me.Upon receiving my vehicle, my brakes were faulty and now have to be repaired at a shop in a different state. Air all throughout the brake line and not as responsive as before. So now I’m stuck almost paying $500 to have my brakes repaired.The work looks good, but it doesn’t function as it should.

They went over and beyond. I had a small scratch on door from another car hitting it. Stopped by to see when they would be able to schedule a time for me to come in and have it taken care of. They were very busy with hail damage claims but yet Ivali (what a sweetheart) took a look at the scratch, took it to the back and buffed it out right then and there. Julie in the office was so nice. Everyone I came in contact with was awesome. I used them in the past and have been COMPLETELY satisfied with the work they do and how professional and friendly they ALL are.

It took an extraordinary long time (nearly three weeks) to have the repair service completed. Minor dent and paint repair from debris flying into my truck during a hurricane. They said that there were issues with the insurance company approving additional work. Either way I was left without my truck while they sorted it out. The reps were always friendly, but I had to call each time for an update. They only reached out to me once the repair was complete.Now that I have the truck back. It’s very obvious panels where pulled off and there was a thin layer on fine white dust all over my kids car seat. I can tell an effort was made to clean it up or cover it up. Overall the repair on the exterior looks good. Hopefully I’m never in need of a repair service again, but if I do. I’m not sure I’ll reconsider Gross.

I visited Gross & Sons Paint & Body Shop for the first time yesterday. I am not from Pensacola, so I got a recommendation from someone at Audi Pensacola - he was very high on Gross & Sons. When I arrived at the body shop, I met Ival who was immediately helpful in assessing what is superficial damage on a brand new car. I am picky about the condition of my cars, and was distressed about the damage, regardless of how minor it seemed. Ival explained that repairing it “correctly” would involve at least 3 hours of disassembly of the frontend of the car, followed by some tricky painting of the entire bumper. So Ival offered a different solution – he took my car to the repair area for about 15 minutes and worked some kind of quick magic on it. Thanks to his expert buffing and touch-up painting, you have to look very closely to even see the repair at all. I can still come back and get that more extensive repair if I change my mind, but for now I am pleased. I appreciate a business that looks for the most sensible solution rather than the one that costs the most. I’m sure I will have another reason to visit a body shop in the future. When that day comes, I will definitely look up my friends at Gross & Sons!

The staff was really nice and caring! I will say the hours are definitely not 24/7 for the office so make sure to call in and check theyre open if youre going to pick up items out of a vehicle.

Very professional. Have used twice for body shop repairs after accidents. They do excellent work and have never had a problem with them. They keep you informed during every step of the repairs. Would highly recommend them.

We got stuck on the side of the road and we weren’t able to get access to the insurance company to get a tow truck. We called the local area and got ahold of this business and David picked up. We explained that our wheel blew-out and we thought the spring broke, and getting ahold of anyone was near impossible with it being the Fourth of July. He not only helped us through the situation, but offered to call his Uber driver. said he could get there in five minutes, and it was pennies on the dollar of the cost. He was super super polite and gave us an awesome experience.

Gross and Son Paint and Body were there to pick up our car after the accident, worked seamlessly together with Geico insurance and Enterprise Rent A Car as if they were one company. Gross and son was convenient, wood talk to me by phone and text and always kept us up-to-date about any changes or suggestions. We were very happy with their work.

I was rear ended to the point the entire hatch back had to be replaced. Did a great job communicating with my insurance carrier and myself on repairs and what needed to be done. Very easy to deal with.

They towed my vehicle from a scene of a car wreck and I was told it would be $225 for them towing it from the scene three blocks to the shop and about a mile to my house well I didnt get there the next day the day after that I went and it was already up to $350 adding $43 a day I would have never got my vehicle back to State Farm wouldnt have been the one paying for it I wont be going here again ever for anything

I grew up around a body shop. My dad was a body man and my brother now owns a large body shop in Ga.I moved here many years ago and have had 3 unfortunate run ins with crazy drivers. They really know how to take care of you here. Theyll keep you informed and always treat you with respect. I used Gross and Sons for an insurance claim because I wanted the best service for my Vehicle. Overall the paint and body work turned out ok however the customer service that followed was not so good. After I found multiple issues such as a non working passenger door handle, fried factory amplifier from them improperly jump starting the car, and alignment still not right among other things, I contacted them to have them correct the problems. I got excuses at every turn with them denying any responsibility for making things right. I ended up repairing the door myself (simple reassembly error on their part) and spending $500 to have the factory amp repaired. When a customer brings a car in and spends over $8,000 on paint and body work, it should go without saying that working with said customer is a no brainer when it comes to accepting responsibility for mistakes. Plus, usually when you have your vehicles alignment fixed you get a warranty. Apparently at Gross and Sons it’s a one and done deal regardless of if the alignment is still incorrect.

These guys helped me out of a very difficult situation. I had a GMC truck that I was towing behind a class a motorhome. After arriving at my Destiination in Florida, and I am from Tennessee, I found that my hitch point on my truck was completely loose. The folks at Gross & Sons Took apart my front end, isolated the damage that was done to the bypass frame bar and replaced it.But the real service they provided me was that they devised a way to reinforce my base plate and replace the bolts, nuts and washers with a better grade and replaced my base plates that are used to tow behind my Motorhome.If you want honest work, done right, and at a very reasonable price you can’t do any better than Gross & Sons body shop!

My experience started with a huge gash in my hood from some flying projectile on the highway. Geico set me up with Gross and Son and I’m glad they did. When I first walked through the door, Teri with reception met me and explained the process concisely and kindly. I didn’t have rental car service on my policy, but she went out of her way to make sure I had a safe, clean vehicle to use for what I thought would be several days—and for an excellent price. It turned out I only needed it for less than 24 hours. Fastest service I ever experienced for body work... never have I known a body shop to be so expedient in their service. Everyone was exceptionally kind and professional, and my car was vacuumed inside and windows cleaned at pick up, which really sealed the deal for me.I 100% recommend this business to anyone looking to fix up their car.

My daughter was pulling into her parking spot which has a concrete pillar on one side, sneezed and the car and pillar had a fight and the car lost. The plastic bumper was badly scraped. She took the car to a body shop competitor, got an estimate and to say the least it was quite high. We googled and found the Gross & Son website, read the reviews and decided to place an online estimate. Best move ever! The next day Eddie called me and we chatted not only about the car but several other topics too. Great down to earth guy. I gave him the information he requested and he wrote up an estimate that was well under half of the other estimate. Because of the great vibe of our conversation I decided to go with Gross & Son and not seek other estimates. My daughter drove the car to Gross & Son that day and just like they advertise Eddie drove my daughter home safe and sound which can be quite scary for parents this day and age. Come to find out later from Julie that my daughter was asked if she needed groceries or anything else since she would be without a car for a few days. Who does that? Anyway Gross & Son had the car for a day and a half which was much less that I thought it would be. I have not seen the car except in pictures but my daughter says the car looks great. I am looking forward to the next time my wife and I are in Pensacola to stopping in to Gross & Son and thanking Eddie, Julie and their incredible staff for taking care of my daughter, her car in a personal, professional and fast manner. To say that this has been an awesome experience would be an understatement and I highly recommend them. Thank you!!!!

I was very disappointed in their service. They picked up/towed my car April 1st and didnt have the job completed until July 2nd. I was not given a loaner car until June 23rd.

Did a great job only complaint I have is a few dirty finger prints inside on headliner and interior, and now a piece of the roof trim came off!!! very disappointed, as far as coming back, I am not using a day of leave to get what should have been fixed right the first time!

Our repairman, Mike, did a great job repairing my car. Weve had them work on several things with our cars and their prices are always fair. We absolutely recommend them.

My car required some paint repair on a back panel and on the bumper. The work Gross & Son did not the back panel and bumper was superb. However, when I drove the car away from the shop I discovered that:a) the brightness control on my screen had been changed to make the screen very dark;b) the dashboard indicators were almost illegible because the lighting control had been darkened;c) the temperature control was completely changed;d) the running lights and headlights controls had been modified.Why a back panel and bumper required modifying four internal controls eludes me.

They were unbelievably excellent! The work they did is the best I have ever seen!! Not only was the quality top notch, they were great to deal with....very professional, helpful, friendly and communicated timely . I cannot say enough good things about Gross & Son. Unfortunately I have been involved in a few accidents over the past year so I have had experiences with a few different auto repair shops. Without question Gross and Son is the best repair shop I have ever worked with. When I first walked in I met Julie, Julie was very friendly and welcomed me with a huge smile even though she was busy with 2 or 3 other customers. After Julie thoroughly explained the process to me I met with Steve who reviewed my damaged vehicle. Steve explained the process to me as well and explained it in terms that I could understand. I was up against a schedule conflict the following week and Steve assured me they could get my vehicle repaired and back to me in time. During the next few days Julie keep me in the loop with the progress of my repairs and she even went above and beyond in helping me with some questions I had about my rental vehicle. Sure enough I got the phone call from Julie that my vehicle was ready to be picked up and it was 2 days ahead of schedule. When I arrived to pick up my truck I was greeted again with smiles from everyone and this time reviewed the repairs with Chris. Just like Julie and Steve before him, Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and explained things to me in terms that I could understand. The repairs to my truck were beautiful and I couldnt be more happy with my entire experience at Gross and Son. I will never use any other repair shop in the future and If I do have to have work done on my vehicle I hope I am able to work with Julie, Chris and Steve again, they are top notch and truly do care about the customer and quality customer service.

I chose Gross & Son because Geico recommended them, and because they have so many great google reviews. They were amazing. They were friendly, efficient, made you feel like they were looking out for you. And, they even washed and vacuumed the car, before I picked it up. Nice touch. Very appreciated. Most importantly, they did a great job of blending the new fender with the rest of the car. Highly recommend them.

I had a good experience with Gross & Son Paint & Body shop. I liked the fact that everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I received some updates on my van through texts so I felt like I knew what was going on and that things were progressing. They seemed pretty quick with the repairs and I felt that they were thorough with making sure they caught all the damage. When I picked up my van it was washed and vacuumed, which is definitely not how I dropped it off. I think that is what sets them apart from other places. It seems today that many places do the bare minimum and expect you to love it. To me returning my vehicle all nice and clean made my day.

Best body shop in town. They did an immaculate full color change on my daughters car and when her bumper got ripped off by a parking bumper they immediately patched it back together until we could bring it in for a full repair. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I only had liability insurance when my daughter had a small accident in my vehicle. I explained the situation and the price i was quoted which was already lower then I had expected was lowered even more during the repair as the tech was able to fix parts instead of replace them. He showed so much empathy with my situation he promised to try his best to get it as low as possible. I was so pleased with the service, the cost and the work was beautiful. My car looks like it never had an accident. Thank you so much to Gross & Sons.

One of the best repair shops in the country. Repair job was incredible and the car looks brand new. The parts that were replaced were replaced with brand new factory parts at a loss to the shop and that was much appreciated by me. I received a call every other day to update me on the status of my car and the car repair was completed several days before the estimated date. The car was cleaner when I got it back than when I dropped it off and on top of that, the customer service was amazing. Gross and Son worked with me to get a rental and work around my schedule. Great shop, great people, very satisfied.

Gross & Son did an amazing job repairing my Jeep! Their customer service is impeccable! Completely exceeded my expectations! This is the only body shop that I have ever used that has their own car rental service. This service makes it incredibly convenient! No need to make separate arrangements with Enterprise or Hertz! Grow & Son is an all in one package. Eddie, Julie, and Roseann were all a pleasure to work with. Every question was answered and explained, text updates about my vehicle were extremely convenient also! It was a pleasure working with this entire team!
