I just got my 2011 Toyota Highlander back today and am super impressed with the job they did. The car looks brand new! I will definitely call on them in the future and recommend their services to others. Also the price was significantly lower than other quotes.

We were flabbergasted!! I did not expect much from the paint package I chose, but WOW!!Several tips:I did remove all (most) of the window trim, the grills on the front bumper, and the spoiler before turning in.I waited over a month (as suggested) then applied a coat of ceramic instead of wax. I am told you can apply both.I used black trim restorer for the outside trim because it was faded badly.LOVE the way it keeps bugs off and water beads and runs off car beautifully.GREAT DEAL, QUALITY JOB for price!!This is a 2009!!!! Honda Fit with over 250,000 miles on her. Amazing. ❤

Called the day after painting was done on my vehicle about bubbling and cracking in the paint. The owner told me to come by and he would take a look at it. When he looked at the vehicle he said “there is no warranty on body work and Id have this problem for the remainder of the time I owned this vehicle.” He was very unprofessional and doesn’t stand by his work. I definitely would not recommend this shop. Anybody that doesn’t guarantee their work isn’t worth your time or money using!!!

After reading a few reviews I decided to ignore them and take a chance with this company. I am very happy I trusted my grandfather(Had his pinto painted here) and had my car painted here! $550 dollars later and here are the results. This is my $700 Nissan 300zx painted by Fact-O-Bake. The pictures are the before and after! The store also let me pick it up a few days early!

We had our 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe painted here two weeks ago and the result was terrific. When we brought it in, the paint was peeling down to the primer. They repainted the entire exterior the original color with a base coat-clear coat. The job was done well with no runs or over sprays. It looks as good as new.

They did a great job painting my car. It looks brand new. I dont know how durable the paint will be but it looks great for the price I paid.

We brought our daughters 1995 Camry Wagon in and Fact O Bake did an awesome job! They installed a passenger side fender and went way above and fixed the back of her car. I got a fifteen-year-old car painted here. I didnt want to spend much since the car wasnt worth much. I didnt have to negotiate for a great enamel paint jib at a very reasonable price (under $1,000). The car looks much better than I expected!

They did an amazing paint job for me! My cars paint was faded and beginning to come off completely in some areas. They had a lot of work to do on it, but it took them less than a week to finish it. I recommend them if you need to get your car painted. Its affordable, and they do an excellent job!!!

I have had two autos requiring body repairs and repainting. Both quotes I received from Fact-O-Bake were much less than other Pensacola Paint and Body shops AND, the resulting body work and repainting were both SUPERIOR in my estimation. The paint matched perfectly and no one can tell that either of the cars ever had any repair nor re-painting. I would recommend FACT-O-BAKE to all my friends if they want superior workmanship with guarantees.

It was a lot of mistakes on my vehicle! When I took it back the manager wasnt apologetic at all. He had an attitude like he was the customer. Telling me it wasnt like I got a 3,000 paint job. No professionalism at all, its sad, Im shocked at his words he chose to use. My car is darker than it was when I brought it in they didnt match my paint. Because Im a woman they got over on me with that sorry paint job. He wasnt expecting me to complain. My spoiler was so loose its about to fall off. So many bubbles on the paint.

I resurrected an older model GMC truck and wanted the paint to look good again. Other paint and body shops couldnt accept my job because of all the insurance work they do...Truthfully i never thought about Factobake but i met the manager and he worked my truck right in to their schedule. Finished the job exactly when they said they would. The paint job was better than what i expected for the price i paid. People need to understand that Factobake does not advertise for performing multi coated custom paint jobs..But for a very good price you can expect a quality paint job that looks good.Thank you Factobake Pensacola!

I have taken 2 vehicles to them. The 1st visit, the salesman was extremely nice, the 2nd was extremely rude. Both times the body work was superior and cheaper than anywhere else. I had 1 vehicle repainted and they got paint on the glass and painted over the grille and fog lights!

Excellent customer service,up front fees and helped me keep my car instead of the Insurance Company totaling it out. I highly recommend them!

Great paint job at a reasonable price

Have had two vehicles painted here, first one was awesome. Second one, not so much. The second one after the first time they painted it they didnt paint the corners of the doors, there were runs of clear coat all over the car, we take it back, point out everything, the second time theyve painted our car, theres new chips in the paint, some of the runs are still there, and theres over spray all over the car. I am not happy and I will never refer them to anybody again. The do crappy work, they dont take pride in what they do, and they have crappy attitudes if you say something to them about something being wrong. #ScrewFactOBake!

Low quality paint job, with no warrantee. Most shops will give you a lifetime warranty, theirs is a 5 year pro rated. Nothing says more than standing behind your work. Exactly 5 years after getting it repainted, all the clear coat started peeling. Just suck it up and spend the money to get it done right, or else youre really going to regret it!!

They told me my body work would be 500.00 and they also wrote it down on paper.I was thinking it over and said ok it sounds good to me. Then he say we will do the best we can, may not be able to get every thing out. You told me thats why i was paying so much. well i am not going to put my guys just on your car all day.So why would you charge me for something you cant do.The will bet any body prices no they will tell you who to go to.
