He then used my home depot card on accident he says to pay for cement that was not used for me. I trusted him cuz Ive known him for 12 years which is why I gave him my card and paid him before the work was done. Ive called and texted and facebooked his personal number and business. He reads my messages. Responds and says he will send my money and then I dont hear from him til a week later and by that time hes got more excuses. His phone is back on and he still wont reach out to tell me anything. So Im assuming that he stole my money with no intent to give it back. 710 dollars of mine he has. Do not ever hire tim. If you do go with him to get the materials. Sorry to put you on blast but Im over not hearing a thing from him. Ive filed a report and hired an investigator.
