Fair and honest people. It was late and limped into town with a bad water pump. It was a Tue at almost 4pm and I needed to get to Olympia for Thanksgiving. I was stuck and now on foot. These folks gave me a ride to a hotel and told my he thought he could get a part from his supplier. We went to sleep not knowing what to expect the next day. I get a voice mail the next morning and the man tells me my car is ready. I walked to the shop and turns out it took more than just a pump. Turns out these guys stayed at the shop till 8pm so I would have my car in the morning. Price was fair and I would recommend these folks as strait shooters and very trustworthy. If you like fancy waiting rooms move on. These guys atr honest.

They have an awesome staff who always treat me right. Their attention to detail is excellent, and they honor their warranties. I would rate them the best auto repair center in the area easy. My most recent repair they went out of their way to find me a wire-harness and charged less than 8 bucks for it. I feel they do go above and beyond and Im thankful they are here to serve.

My Duramax shut down unexpectedly while passing thru town, had it towed to J&B on recommendation as I live hundreds of miles away. Brett & team diagnosed it quickly and provided great communication while they worked to solve a complicated issue (cp4 fuel pump fragged). Once the truck was good to go, I traveled back to Pendleton and was able to pick it up during off-hours, which was another example of great customer experience. Truck ran great, better than before.Would definitely recommend to anyone needing engine work!!

Had to tow my 14 Jeep Grand Cherokee here on a Saturday night after-hours, after losing a high-speed game of chicken with a guardrail up on I-84 just outside of town... shop was closed til Monday and I needed to hustle it back to Seattle so I picked up a rental first thing that morning and just left my car in their parking lot with my keys in the dropbox, not knowing what else to do.Monday rolls around, I gave them a couple of hours before ringing in at roughly 10:30am and whaddyaknow, these summnaguns had already given my car the full shakedown, diagnosed the mechanical problems that would need fixing just to get her roadworthy so I could limp her back home - AND they had already sourced the necessary parts in Boise. The parts rolled in about a week late, however I sincerely doubt that it was the shops fault at all - COVID-19 was messing up everybodys shipping logistics back then.The last of the components for my new wheel assembly rolled in at 4pm one day, they wrapped up the repairs by 2 or 3 pm the next business day, at which point they actually delivered the car themselves to Les Schwab for an alignment, which they totaled up on their own invoice so that I only needed to make one single payment with everything itemized on there. Repairs for a completely new wheel assembly, all parts & labor PLUS the full 4wd alignment on a fully specd 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee after taxes and fees came back in at less than $1,000. I couldnt hardly believe it.Excellent service, good honest folks. Let em take care of you and youll get taken care of right, so far as I can tell. Thanks J&B!

Had my vehicle for months on hold. After we specified we only wanted a motor replaced for a certain amount, ended up with $4 THOUSAND DOLLARS more of unwanted or warranted added parts and labor fees that were unnecessary. They were hesitant to listen to our complaints and only compensated us $145 for overcharging! Will not return and will take our business to the Auto Clinic in Pendleton. They are upfront and honest!! Take our word for it!!

Awesome service! Car broke down on a trip and I had it towed here. They fit me in and got me back up and running quickly and at a fair and honest cost. Very thankful!

My clutch went out on the highway going from Astoria, Oregon to Denver, Colorado. The cab driver recommended this place for my clutch. I went in and talk to them, had my brother in law in Boulder, Co who is a 35 yr master tech call him. And he took a credit card over the phone. Finished the next day, and picked me up at my hotel. Nicest guys, didnt do anything I didnt agree too. Fair prices, and best service.

I broke down on the freeway, 3.5 hours from home. They got me right in and the bill was very fair. Great service and a great staff.

Had a check engine light come on in my six hour trip between Boise and Wenatchee. Stopped here and I’m glad I did. Super friendly, they checked the light, told me I was OK to make it back to Wenatchee, and oof I went. I would highly recommend. Very friendly :)

Nice people and good mechanics, though they did a lousy job on my car. In the end it cost me three days of vacation at a time when I could ill afford it. Home of the free tow, but they didnt offer to pay for mine or for the rental car I had to get because of the mistakes they made. But, they did get me in right away which I appreciate, and they tried, and they fixed it in the end, and life goes on. If I lived there I would consider taking my car there because I think I just had a bad experience at a good shop.

I had a to drive back to Utah, but my vehicle broke down. They had a full calendar. They saw my situation and made space in their busy schedule to fix my vehicle and get me and my family back on the road. Great people!!! My wife and I broke down while traveling thru and a phone call brought the owner Jim to us, he was able to get our truck started and we followed him back to the shop. Our alternator was shot. They ordered up a reman and installed it in less than hour and we were back on the road again! We were returning to Alaska and it was a great service experience. The cost was very reasonable and the service was great! We would highly recommend this business as a place to repair and or maintain your automobile! Thanks for the great service!!

They give a free tow whenever you have issues to their shop, definetly saved me when my alternator went out. Recommended.

What a blessing they all were!!! We were having brake issues on our way home to Colorado from Portland Called them and Cheree got us in Trent took a look and explained everything as to what needed done and took care of it!!! Even lent us a car to go get lunch! Our dog Tulo felt comfortable and made himself at home Cheree gave him a doggie cookie and he was in love😁 Thank you sooo sooo much for getting us back on the road safely!!!!

This place is highly recommended! We had some problems with our 1990 VW Vanagon and they got to us right away and didnt over charge us.

I was stranded in Pendleton, they took their time to help get me, when they couldnt fix the problem completely, they let me know there may be some issues, but they got me back to Portland, I got my car fix and they squared up with me and were very fair.Thanks for your help guys.

Dont recommend. Took my car to a different establishment to fix what they had messed up. Highly disappointed. They blamed their insubordinate employee, but wouldnt back their work.
