Amazing service. Always willing to go the extra mile. Joel, the supervisor is the most patient employee Ive come across in the fedex family. Clean facility and they try to get you in amd out as fast as possible.

They really need to work on their customer service attitude. I went there to just simply get a A paper printed out needed some guidance not Tech savvy the lady just kept walking away from me like it was my problem no guidance no help whatsoever had to wait for someone else.

I sent in plans to print as i have done for years, i received a call from Joel 30 minutes after i sent them in that they were completed, i said i would be right over, he advised that if i want to pick them up now i would need to pay a rush fee but if i wait until tomorrow I would not have to pay an extra $15, i said but the prints are completed, he said yes but he cant give them to me unless i pay an extra $15 for a rush fee for any jobs over $49.99, so i have to wait until tomorrow even though they are ready.I have never seen a business that you have to pay extra if you spend more money. I will take my business elsewhere where they want more business.

Ive seen FedExs exceptional performance during these times as part of my job, so I decided to rely on them for personal use as well. Went to the store an hour before closing. Store was in excellent condition - spotless, stocked, orderly - and the agent made me feel welcome. She was fast, professional, and delightful. I purchased both envelope and shipping, and I received assistance through the process. Extremely satisfied. I was amazed that at the entrance they have not only hand sanitizer, but even disposable masks as a courtesy. This is beautiful - going the extra mile for customers health and safety. Thanks for all you do, guys!

No customer service, extremely lazy, young kid pretending to be busy on computer just so he doesnt assist. Came in to print some pictures after waiting 10mins to get acknowledged the other employee tells me the machines are down... What a waste...

I applied here back in January 2021. They finally called me on May 4th. I called back to speak with Alex but he claimed he was busy with a customer and that he would call me back and never did. I received an email on May 12th stating that they decided to go with other candidates. I feel that this was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I love Kinkos because usually I print big templates for my job. But in this time I went to this store 20 minutes before they close and this guy Zeke had a bad attitude because I told him that I needed to print something big. Also he was charging me $41 when I usually pay $10 for each file I print. Terrible customer service by him.

Could I put a zero star review? RUDEST STAFF. I am not one to complain, I’ve worked in so many different places and this is just another level of “customer service”. It’s like they go out of their way to not help. They kicked me out at 0759 when they close at 0800 and I was clearly struggling with printing one paper due to THEIR printer errors. Zero help, 100% rudeness. Never coming back here again even though it’s walking distance from my apartment.

3 self service printers. 1 not working, toner finished (they had no more) and a lady hugged the other printer for 20 minutes at least.

Extremely non professional behavior by some employees. Id rather not take names. I was sending in documents today and I was at the receiving end of an extremely non professional employee. You think that physicians would be treated with a bare minimum modicum of respect but they treat you as if theyre doing you a favor. Im not sure what warranted this behavior but it was very reminiscent of a superiority complex.I hope they introspect a bit.

Absolutely terrible experience. Joel was incredibly rude. I needed to use the fax machine. I noticed that there was a separate charge on my account where some one else had use the machine. I called ahead of time before coming back to the store and was told not to worry that amount would be refunded to me. When I arrived to the store I met with Joel who was incredibly rude said it wasn’t the stores fault it was mine. Even though I’ve never used a fax machine at a fed ex location before or understood how it works. Put up signs. Don’t allow customers to get charged double charges that were not their own. That is incredibly irresponsible as a business. I will he reporting to the bbb and will no longer go to fed ex when sending a fax.

We waited in line for our turn. Everyone was OK with it. They took people as fast as they could. We had room to stay 6 apart.

I have been going to this location for several years. The staff are knowledgeable and fast. They also provide student discounts for printing services.

The day of my birthday Walked in this place and had one person in front of me. I walked in at 2:10 I stood in line until 2:35 one of the ladies working there (Wenzy) Walk’s up to the counter don’t even greet me or acknowledge that they are having an issue and apologizing for such a long wait she ask how can she helps me, told her I need to laminate and print. She drops the card with the information on the table and walks away. Long story short, I spent an hour at this fedex to simply print and Laminate. Jennifer came to complete Wenzy’s lacks but I can they this place not one person have descent customer service. Never again will I walk into such a DREADFUL atmosphere. Thank you WENZY AND JENNIFER FOR NEARLY RUINING A SPECIAL DAY OF MINE.

I usually love this place, fast and convenient for sending online document printing. But today I waited for 45 minutes for an already paid order while the manager spent the entire 45 minutes with one customer. Three people have walked out because they weren’t acknowledged as the waiting in line with no help. Unacceptable customer service, management, and attitude from the manager Stacey.

Rude customer service. I went to ask about a door tag number I found on the floor in front of my door without any name on it, and the guy who took care of me was rude. I don’t even know if the package was for me.

I am at this location now and asked if someone could help bring in a box for me, because it was heavy. The young lady said she was the only one there and could not leave the store. I feel the store should have better support and not leave just ONE person on active shift!

After waiting for 15 minutes to get helped from one of the two people who werent helping someone, I was told that my Military ID was not good enough for their policy which asks me to provide a Government Issued ID. It does not state they need to use the address listed on the ID at all, but I was turned away unless I already had a FedEx account number, which I do not have on me. I am extremely disappointed with the service personnel here and will not be coming back to this location.As an aside, I sent out a package from the Hollywood location who asked for my ID and then proceeded to ask me for my address.

Came to the store at 7:57pm today only to find the doors locked. As a customer began to exit the store, I asked if I can come inside to pick up a shipment. The employee replied “ sorry we are closed”. I then stated “ It’s not even 8:00 clock yet.” The employee then stated that they close the doors 5 minutes early to start cleaning the store and that I can come back tomorrow to pick up my shipment. This is horrible customer service during the holidays. My brother has worked for Fed ex 15 years as a contractor in the north Fl/ South Georgia region and I have always respected Fed ex until this incident. He was actually the shipper of the item I was attempting to pick up. So I guess this store closes at 7:55pm as opposed to 8:00pm.

Walked in to get music printed. I composed the music and the guy said he can’t do it because of copy right. Then he said he would have to get me to sign a waiver. He had someone else do it. Guess what she didn’t make me sign........ anything.

Theyll scam you into having to buy new boxes. I walked in with over 10 packages and they didnt accept any one of them because the boxes were compromised. They were in almost perfect condition. I had to drive three miles to another location to ship my packages. Unacceptable.

I have always had a pleasant experience with Jakira and Ozzy. Those two are extremely professional and helpful. HOWEVER, today, at 5:30pm I was helped (and yes I use that term loosely) initially by a woman who has no business in any customer service industry based on the service she provided today. She acted as if simple questions were a burden for her and gave me unnecessary attitude, and walked away from helping me because I guess she wanted me to figure it out on my own by her pace. Her tone of voice was impatient and rude from the second I walked through the door. A week prior, another employee with glasses didnt care to attempt to help me with a technical glitch that was occurring on the Ship Management site either after they advised me to use it to create a return label. His attitude and verbiage was basically sounds like a personal problem. Jakira and Ozzy make this place 6+ stars. They are professional and well-informed. But the woman that calls herself an employee of that establishment should reconsider if she is going to take out personal issues on the customers. Two seconds of kindness wont hurt you, and then im out the door. Jeez. Ill be letting upper management know as well that despite the gems they have at this location, there are some rotten apples poisoning the bunch.

This is a great place to have posters made at, and the staff is so friendly and professional! I used to shop at Office Depot at the Pembroke Commons plaza, by the China taste restaurant, and they are so terrible. I had to wait 30 minutes while only one worker tried to help 10 people at one time and i ended up walking out after seeing their manager doing nothing and just texting on his cellphone. This fedex location is so much better and the quality is so nice, i hope more people give this place business and not office depot stores, since they mistreat their customers.

The workers seem like they dont know what they are doing and it takes 30 min to print out a document. It didnt help that they dont have a notary even though they came up on search for FedEx with notary... Drink coffee

Excellent service. I expressed my concern about the package I was shipping because it was fragile and without asking, the attendant offer to put fragile labels at no cost.

Waited about 15 minutes to be helped when the store was empty and about 6 employees where ignoring me. When someone finally helped me it took them 20 minutes to tell me that the printer is broken. Horrible service just go to the office Depot a few blocks away if you need something printed.

The assistant manager named David would not enlarge a picture from a stained glass pattern book because he said it was copyrighted and he would be breaking the law. I showed him the copyright info that states it is permissible to copy. I have used this center manyTimes before without an issue. I left and went to Office Depot where they copied it without question. Too bad, FedEx, you have received a bad review and lost my business.

This place only has one employee at the front desk and they are just helping other people at the self print. UNBELIEVABLE
