More of a warehouse than a store for customers. Minor 5-10% savings over other smaller, truly local hydro shops dont make up for rudeness, in addition to the fact that this is not a local shop anymore after being bought out by giant GrowGeneration. Computers have difficulty looking up stock in real time or ringing customers up in-store, and half of what they have is not even listed on the website (which makes it nearly impossible to find something you see online and then go in-store to find it by yourself), and when in-store items are also online, the prices are different. Finally, *prices are not listed on any products in-store*, so you have to ask staff. It then takes 5-10 minutes to find item on the computer and actually get a raw price. Then they have to factor in shipping on top of the raw price (only known after being rung up on the slooow computer)- even though you are in-store. Very little point in going to this store over other local, friendly, knowledgeable, and *transparently priced* hydro stores like GreenerTouch Hydroponics or even Florida Garden Supplies. If you absolutely need something only they have, just order it from the website, as there are no savings from buying in-store. Or better yet, order directly from the manufacturer, since they are effectively charging you for shipping that youd pay for direct from manufacturer anyway.
