Good prices but unfortunately they have poor communication with customers.Paid my deposit for my phone to get fix in a couple of days, but 2 weeks went by with me having to keep calling about an update on my phone.

We took my husbands iPhone here to fix something inside that needed to be fixed before we can turn in his phone to get a new one. When we turned in the phone to them the screen worked perfectly fine. When we got it back the screen had a black spot on the corner. The person who helped us was great but the owner of the place has no customer service AT ALL. He wanted to charge us $45 (not about the money, it’s about the principles) for something that wasn’t there when we turned in the phone. He was going based on the fact that the screen wasn’t an original apple screen and we kept trying to explain to him that it doesn’t matter what screen it is we didn’t turn in the phone to him like that. RUN from this place as fast as you can they obviously don’t care about customers it’s all about the money.

RUN....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!Took my iPad and iPhone here. iPad does not keep a charge after service. iPhone broke after 1 month. Made me pay $30 for repairs. What happened to the 60 day warranty? This sucks. Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache.

A mess of place, I went to I change the battery of an iPhone 7 something so simple and I miscarried the phone, when they found what was the cause of the fault .... I erased all the information q had on the phone (photos and videos) ...... fixed but I lost all my phone information without asking me if I had made the phone back ..... not recommended for any reason ... they do everything very fast and carelessly ....
