I just want to post a clarification. This Lincare location is a home infusion pharmacy---not the oxygen and medical equipment provider reviewers are referencing. That is the Lincare located in Hoover. The Pelham location provides antibiotics, steroids, IVIGs, TPN, and nutrition for home infusion as well as excellent customer service.

They are very difficult to deal with. I have had to make multiple calls to get oxygen service set up for my mother. You can rarely reach the person you need to talk too and have to leave a message. They rarely return phone calls and there are numerous times I have called during normal business hours the the phone has just rang (10+) without any one answering.
