I have used the store many times over the years and cannot deduct any stars. It is a great way to send back stuff to Amazon if you need to. It also has very good rates for just shipping in general and a very easy process. They have lots of shipping supplies too.

This place is great, the staff is nice and when I had a return for Amazon the guy was super friendly and even apologized that my item was damaged, even though it had absolutely nothing to do with him. They made me feel valued.

Very quick! Customer service was great, and Caleb was a tremendous help getting me to save some money on the shipping. Will be using them again.

I would give Steve and this UPS store a 10-star rating if they allowed. I live in Richmond VA and needed a piece of furniture, not only packed and shipped, but picked up as well. I did not give great instructions as to where to go, but Steve found the furniture store to get my stool, the day it was ready, packed it like a professional mover would and I received in 2 days from our first chat! I actually asked him to get another from the same store and 2 hours later it was in the mail. And, could not be nicer man! Thanks Steve. Pam Martin

This place is friendly and my score isnt a representation of the store but of the young man who waited on me. he is younger, like between 18 and 22. glasses and had a complex about himself as if he knows everything and no one else can tell him everything. I went to send off 3 packages and one of them was going to my grandma (which I explained it to him) he was more focused on what he needed to say versus on getting the customer in and out of the store. he was so slow, that a line starred forming behind me, to the point, other employees came out to see what the issue was. he needs to learn how to talk to people regardless of what they look like. I have 10 more packages to send off in the next 3 weeks, if I see him working, Im walking out.if I see one of the others working, Ill stay.

I drove 12 miles to send a package. Online said hours open to 6:30pm. I arrived at 6:10 and store was locked and closed. Waste of my time!!

What a joke!!!! I went in to send a briefcase back to my company in Atlanta and needed a box to send it in. The young guy behind the counter gave me a price of around $12.00 bucks. Thought was a little high so told him would get one from home and come back later. When I was leaving out of the store I noticed that they had moving boxes on display and picked out one for $2.50. Went to tape up the box myself and the guy said that I had to purchase the tape on the shelves to tape up the box. I asked him if I could use the tape machine behind him and he said that I could only use one piece across the bottom and said that wasnt sure it would hold. I said you couldnt add 2 more pieces and he said NO!!! Can you freaking believe this???? Im so PISS because of the at least 100 plus times in the last 10 years of doing business there. I know my little bit of business isnt going to affect this place either way, but someone should tell the owners of this place if they have to charge customers to use one or two pieces of box tape they should find another type of business to look into. Will never go back there again dont care if I have to drive my packages to where their going.What A JOKE!!!!

I emailed the store a document I wanted printed along with all the details related to the printing specifications. Unknowingly, I left off one key detail. Once I went to pick up the documents and noticed the details were off, without hesitation, the staff offered to fix the issue and re-print the documents. It was ready on the date and at the time quoted for no additional cost. The service was kind, efficient and totally professional!

I had a great experience with the staff and their customer service. It was quite refreshing given the multiple shipments I had to complete. They were very professional and the gentleman on shift even offered to carry one of my heavier packages. Great service!

This store is our office away from home! We can email things that need to be printed and pick up on the way to the office. Friendly and knowledgeable staff! A must use!
