First time using their business and I had a great experience. Brought my bass in and they did a great job at doing a setup. It hasnt sounded this good or played this well in a long time. Very friendly and a nice little shop. Definitely prefer going there than somewhere like Guitar Center. Go give them some business! They deserve it!

I had never been in the store before and stopped by to sell a guitar today. I spoke with Dan and he was very friendly and helpful, and gave me a fair price for the guitar. I would recommend checking them out.

Ive been trading with Guitar Gallery for a while now and Ive always had a pleasant experience. The store is more than 20 miles away from my home, but it doesnt phase me to drive down. This week I sent my acoustic guitar to have the action set and I couldnt be happier with the result. Marlin did fantastic job. They go above and beyond here and that is why Guitar Gallery is my music shop of choice. They also have the best vinyl collection around.

I just ordered a custom Martin guitar from Dan at Guitar Gallery in Pelham, and I could not be more pleased. The process was very enjoyable and exciting, and, as always, I was treated respectfully and very well, as always. This is why I keep coming back. I encourage anyone looking for a Martin guitar (or any other brand) to call or visit Dan or Tre before buying elsewhere. You simply will not find a better place, or nicer, more professional people.

Sadly, it appears that GG is moving away from guitars -- their bread and butter. This is no longer the place where I bought a Taylor 614ce and a Rickenbacker 381. Nowadays theres not much of a selection, and the actual Fenders, etc., have been replaced by the cheaper, Asian-made cousins from Squier and the like. Too bad; I know times are tough, but it seems that GG is running up the white flag and surrendering.

Very friendly staff. I went in and they were able to assist me with picking my beginning guitar. Best part is they were not pushy, but were genuinely nice. I forgot part of my items and the called me to let me know before I got far away. I will buy from again.

Got a Used guitar and i say it with qoutes cause the guitar was practically new but i got it for no more than 100 bucks staff was extremly nice and helpful even giving me recomendations on future gear to purchase all in all amazing place for pros and beginners

I went in just to look around at the guitars, and maybe get a wall hanger for my SG. The people bent over backwards to help me, and even helped try to find my dream guitar (a model that doesnt come in left-handed version for a reasonable price). Even though they couldnt find one - because the company doesnt make them, really, so no slight against the Guitar Gallery here - they took my name and number to let me know if anything close comes in. I hate Guitar Center, and always used to go to Bailey Bros for the smaller, more friendly and knowledgeable people, but Guitar Gallery beats them by far. Definitely telling my musical friends to stop be and check them out.

Do not buy from them ! They tried to sell me a questionable amp that had a nut bouncing Around in it, and when I try to return it to them within 10 days they chastise me and said it was my fault and charged me $90 to accept the return! Dan stated that he needed to be compensated to do a return .These people are Crooks!do yourself a favor and order from Sweetwater or anywhere else that does not have a 10% restocking fee.Sweetwater will deliver to your door and do hassle-free returns without chastising you for your purchase.Also there are lots of free guitar lessons on YouTube for your children so you save your money and stay away from them !Worst place to do business, by far.
