The guys at the Pelham location has been wonderful in assisting with Helens First Friday events! We love how nice and accommodating they are.

Horrible customer service. Removing them from my store and going with competitor. They owe me money for almost 70 melted bags but want to pick up their cooler before they pay me. Ridiculous. Been trying to get them to fix the cooler for over 4 months. They said they cant just bring me a check. They have inconvenienced my business for 4 months yet taking two hours out of just one day to bring me my credit is too much to ask? Hopefully, they will eventually do the right thing and bring me my check. We will see. For now, I recommend you do business with some one else.

It is good ice when you can get it. They are usually two or three days late on delivery costing our business many sales!
