Sold Me a faulty handgun, Im thankful I realized it before I needed it. When I went in, it was cleaned and I was told good luck. If you sell a faulty product, pawned or not, you should take care of it. Refund, replace, or fix it. Wont ever be purchasing from here again. Not when the pawnshop in calera, Sixtyfive pawn was ready to replace it for me before we realized I didnt get it from them. Id give 0 stars if i could.
I pawn shop often and this is a good place to do business. Derek (not positive of name) was great. The ladies (Im terrible with names) are also kind and respectful.
I have had two FFL gun Transfers. Employees are very nice and transfer was easy.
It’s a pawn shop. I’m a negotiator by trade, but hate it when I’m on the other side of the table. They treat people fair and stand by their work. Go in with realistic expectations that this is a business and you are the one asking them for money. You can walk away at any time. No hard feelings. Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff

I stood at the counter for 17 minutes waiting for someone to assist me with purchasing 2 tablets. Other customers, even the ones that came in after myself, were asked if they needed any help. Not sure why, but I was blatantly ignored.I cant comment on the quality of customer service here because I didnt receive any.
