Terrible customer service. 6 months late on my order which I have been understanding of but I would check in every couple of weeks for updates at first and he responded quickly but now I cant get a call back,answered call,email response or any kind of communication at all.

They were great! I had my shower redone and it came out beautifully. After getting my immediate quote, I only waited 2 weeks before my new shower was finished!! Before I called them, I called a few different glass companies to replace it, and they told me itd take a 2 week before they could even quote me.

I own a local construction company and have had terrible experience with installs on shower doors. I had Isaac come out and give me a quote on a project and decided to give Oak Mointain Glass my business. Due to Covid and people not willing to work, the glass took a while to come in. However when it came in I got a call from Isaac and scheduled an install immediately. Like I said Ive used multiple companies and the work was always below expectation. Isaac and his crew came out and installed the best looking door Ive ordered to date. The craftsmanship of the install was like nothing Ive seen before in this industry. My company will solely use Oak Mountain Glass from here on out.I highly recommend them. Just understand materials can be very difficult to get in due to lack of help at the manufacturering facilities.

I am super disappointed in this service. Our glass was ordered 7/27 and was supposed to take 8-10 days. I understand supply issues however the customer service and communication has been simply awful. Our glass came in 2 weeks ago tomorrow. When the phone is answered Issac says he will call you back and does not. We have gotten no answers as to when we can expect delivery, and if we will ever get our glass. I understand COVID is making a lot of things slow, however your customer service should be phenomenal. A simple call back or estimated date would be great! A company that cannot keep their word is not a good company. We have called for over 4 days and have gotten no answer or call back to any of our messages. Meanwhile we are out of our deposit of $2800, no answers, and no call backs. I would encourage you use other providers.
