One of the few places that even though I pulled in at the exact closing time they didnt turn me away but instead they held open the door and waited on me before finally locking up for the night!

They are open later than All of the other Tobacco stores in the area have a wide variety of products, cigarettes, drinks, lottery, snacks, paraphernalia etc. Ample parking... clerk waseffecient. Prices on the cigarettes was a tad higher than other shops in area.... however this was the only shop open latein the area

I have been coming here for years an for the most its in an out which i like. But its the prices that keep me coming! They are the cheapest around. You just have to deal with a bad smell sometimes. I thinks its one of the employees breath. Idk if its because of the type of food they eat or just not brushing but it can be very unpleasant sometimes. An the employees are not very social able! They dont talk much even when you try talking to them.But like i said the prices you cant beat. An because of that you also have to deal with a wide variety of customers!! Some decent folk but some ignorant a#$wholes too 50/50

Was not very pleased with their customer service!They advertise they have all hookah supplies, they don’t. They have a very limited stock. I told him (employee)that I was from out of state and told him I was looking for a specific flavor and if he could help me in finding another location that sells shisha and I would everything else from him.the foils, coals, tongs, hood and hookah set up. He could have made a $300 sale but instead he told me he’s the o leg one in the area that sells it and it doesn’t sell very fast so stock is always limited!As he was saying this I looked up on google maps for another location...... .02 miles away was a store called “Hookahs and Vapahs”. Now that store, had everything and then some, great customer service also

The prices are fair usually, some things are on the high end or expired or gross. The store is kind of dirty and very tight aisles. Got filters here recently and they had a coupon on them that expired in 2017 and they tasted like dryer sheets. But Ive never had a problem with the employees. Even when theyre busy theyve been helpful and polite.

So if you know of them, you know them. Just like myself i was one of their patrons at the old barn store and followed them to their new location, but found it way to small and tight. Ive recently visited and i gotta say i truly do like the expansion!!!

Good place for smokes, especially if youre in the Lowell area. Just a 10-15 minute ride up Bridge Street from Downtown.

This place is constantly packed with customers. They stock the puff plus disposables and while the cost is slightly higher than other places I still choose to go here because they are closer to me and they always have all flavors. Good service and you are in and out quick.

More smiles would be nice. A clean establishment. The shopping area is packed; narrow aisles.

Have gone to these guys for ages now it seems, and Ive always had positive experiences with them as I can recall. Just is not a whole lot to really discuss about this type of business, haha. As far as tobacco products etc. though, they are one of the most conveniently located places for me considering where I live. They are just over the MA/NH border in Pelham, and seems they tend to have some of the best prices when it comes to those products...as well as having pretty good hours just about every day of the week. Id pretty much recommend them to anyone; and theres already at least a couple of friends/ppl who Ive recommended them to in the past.

The staff is very matter of fact. Better prices and service across the street at First Chance/choice.

No taxes helps a great deal more affordable for tobacco here i got 6 packs of Newport 100s for $47.00 was very satisfied compared to Massachusetts tobacco products some stores are $ 12 dollars a pack too expensive for me i will go the distance well worth it

Prices are great, but, they are not always open at 7am. been there several times at 7 or past 7 and the doors are locked, thank goodness the guy across the street is open at 5am! a few cents more, but open! i did ask why not open at 7, and all the clerk kept saying is we are open at 7! not!

Great location thats just over the Massachusetts border. They carry a few lines of e-juice but offer lots of flavor profiles within those lines. Additionally, TJ has a good assortment of ecig hardware and consumables like coils. TJ has lots of parking, a large inventory of MJ glassware, and helpful staff.

I purchased a Lotus starter kit forced$25 dollars. Five days latter the charger blew up. It even burnt holes through my couch and blanket.I called the store, explaining my situation and expecting the store to want to uphold their good reputation and stand by their products that they sell. Instead, he had no interest in resolving my issue. He said they didnt give any warranty and that I would have to go to the manufacturer.There is no warranty on the packaging as I told him. He told me to look up the manufacturer on the internet. He would make no solutions that they would even give me.DO NOT BUY ELECTRONIC ITEMS FROM THIS STORE!
