Our experience with Cottage Supply Company began with Ted Bentley, who is hands down the best cabinet guy in town. He was able to design a beautiful large kitchen with island, as well as 4 bathroom vanities, for our new house were building. High end, quality cabinets with beautiful hardware, that all was installed by a wonderful team that arrived on time and left things clean when they left.Building our new home also came with having to make hundreds of decisions. Thats where Jill Campisi came to our rescue. She was able to take what we told her and showed her, and bring it all together for our flooring choices. Tile, flooring, surrounds, and backsplashes. The end result of what she pulled together for our home, turned out more beautiful than we could ever have imagined. All of her install crews were on time, knowledgeable, clean and very meticulous in their work. We could not have had a better experience with Cottage Supply Company in Pelham!

We had a toilet leak out the bottom seal and ruin the floor in a couple rooms. Getting the floors replaced, the walls redone, things painted, and the plumbing fixed was a sizeable project, and we hired each part of the restoration / remodel out to 4 different companies. We had issues with every single group of contractors except Cottage Supply Company, who we hired to do the new floors and carpets. They were extremely fast, charged a reasonable price, acquired their supplies quickly, and got the job done with a level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that surprised even the other contractor groups. Multiple times, the other workers commented, Your floor guy did a good job. We ended up having to personally redo work ourselves that every other business did on this project, but not Cottage Supply. Their work was outstanding in terms of its quality. Not only that, they did things we didnt even pay them to do, going beyond the call of duty. Really, really impressed with this company and their floor guy, Adrian. They are at the top of our list for future projects.

Cottage Supply Co. recently completed a home renovation project for us that included new hardwoods/tile, removing a wall, and completely overhauling a bathroom. From initial consultation to the work being finished, we were very pleased. Good communication, quality work, competitive pricing. Highly recommend.

I really dont know places like this hire people who have nothing to do nor similar to a degree in this world. Shame on a company to do this. When hiring did you ask if they are problem solvers? My guess is no. Needed two end tables done. Lady came out to look and to take measurements. Said she would get back to me. 4 weeks later I had to hunt her down to ask about it and her response was it wasnt going to work. So you leave a client in guessing when I could have been asking your competitor who was very helpful and did exactly what I needed and found a solution. Round of appause to this world you hire someone off the street when there are people out there with degrees in this field.
