Giving used items out after paying good money for it what a joke!

The guy that was getting the coils for the alco order deserves a good raise.

Our non-profit group has used them for years and they always deliver great service and products. From the admin staff who answer the phones to Johnny and Josh working the desk and BJ with sales they are all top notch. They go above and beyond to assist their customers and we look forward to continuing our business with them for years. Great Job!!

UPDATE: I want to thank American Wallzone for responding to my concern. Their sales manager immediately sent someone to evaluate my defective windows and ordered replacement materials. They installed the new windows this week and I am very appreciative of their follow through. Having someone involve themselves personally to intervene between a customer and a huge manufacturer is why it is so good to buy local.Please do yourself a favor and dont buy anything here. We replaced the windows in our home with Plygem windows purchased here. They have started to fog between the double panes and after several months of trying to exercise our LIFETIME WARRANTY through Plygem customer service, I reached out to American Wallzone since they recommended and sold them to us. The woman there literally told me that our claim was so small that they really wouldnt care. No idea why a local company would recommend a window to their customers if they knew the warranty was completely worthless. I asked them to help us negotiate with Plygem but American Wallzone has now also stopped responding to my communications. Since our original claim, we have a total of 5 defective windows so Im sure we will ultimately have to replace all of them but it certainly will not be from this company. By the way, 1 star is only because zero is not an option.

Customer service is great!

Gotten to use them a couple of times now and always received great products and great service. They have almost every product you can imagine for the exterior of the home so it can make an easy one stop shop. They also have great admin staff so makes for an overall great experience.

This is my go-to for Windows I absolutely love this place Michelle is the one you need to ask for if you were ordering doors or Windows she is the master behind the whole store she will get it right every time on time the weight supposed to be I had actually had a hiccup in that store and she saved it she is amazing and their products are amazing and they stand behind all the manufacturer warranties I found out they are sheets in their employees out as manufacturer raps raps and I really dont care how they did it or who did it as long as I got done and the warranties got covered by the manufacturers A1 A1 love this place
