After initially starting our search for a home water softener/filter we were discouraged. The first several Companies were looking for $10k+ and used aggressive sales techniques. When we contacted WSA it was night and day. The sales team was knowledgeable, relaxed and stood by the products. Their price was extremely reasonable. Installation was on time, quick and we have been exceptionally happy with the results. Taste has improved, cleaning is easier, no residues. Highly recommend.

**5 stars isn’t enough!!!**Although living in a quiet semi-rural area is great, having well water isn’t!! We had some pretty hard water that was leaving buildup and creating extremely dry skin. We also had a newborn on the way and had begun to stack up on gallons of purified & distilled water.. We decided to search the internet for some quick fixes to resolve this problem. After trying the vinegar/dawn mixture for cleaning & bogus shower head filters, we were fed up. Once our newborn came home I really began to do more research. I stumbled across Water Systems of Alabama while doing a internet search on whole house filters. Sent them a message that night and the very next day Mr. Larry replied to my email and scheduled a free consultation. Mr. Larry came out and was very knowledgeable of what system we needed to resolve our problems. He didn’t pressure us into buying any specific model that was available. He gave us the perks/price for each one and allowed us time to decide which unit we wanted. They were also able to set up a installation date within the next couple of days. Install day came and the technician was the best!! Very respectful of our home and knowledgeable of his job. He had to make some adjustments to make sure every water source was filtered and he did it with no problem. Since then we have had the best water ever!! Super soft and super clean! Thanks WSA you saved our life, appliances, fixtures, skin & hair!! Highly recommended!!

We are so happy with our water purification system. The sales person who came out to our home was so knowledgeable and the guy who did the installation did a fabulous job. We had such a great experience and love our new system. The water is perfect and we love it!

I could not be more pleased with the Promote 6 Softener and MRO Reverse Osmosis water system that Water Systems of Alabama installed for our family yesterday. Everything about the process from the delivery to the installation was first class. Shane Leach installed our system and did a fabulous job.
