I have called this dealer several times to buy a cart. The lady keeps telling me she will have Steve call me back. I have not received any calls. How do you sell anything if you never talk to prospective customers. Unbelievable.

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION A D CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered a cart and was told 3 weeks to get it in. After 3 weeks called and they couldn’t give me a delivery date or even an update, Steve said be patient so we were. At 4 weeks called and got the same thing. At 5 weeks went by there and was told by Kasie that Steve would call us, he never did. I called the next day and was told Steve would call me and he never did. The next day my wife went by and asked for a refund, Wayne said he couldn’t process it but would have Kasie call me. 2 days went by with no phone call I went by there and they said our return was being processed….. but still no one had called us back.

Our purchase process was seamless. The people here are knowledgeable and very helpful which made us feel good about our decision to buy from them.

I am still trying to figure out the boat I want but I know I will be back to these guys when I am ready. They have been such a big help in answering all my many questions and they have not pressured me into making a quick decision like some other places I tried to visit. I felt I was being helped by a friend when I was there instead of a salesman.

I got a flat tire driving down the interstate and pulled into the gas station to change it. Casey from blue water marine walked up and thanked me for my service since I was in uniform. He offered for me to pull down to the shop and he would help change my tire. He took care of everything for me and we talked for about 10 mins. Just an overall great experience. I know it doesn’t have a lot to do with boats but it says a lot about a business when they have someone with that much character that is willing to go out of their way to help a complete stranger.
