We had a wonderful experience with our bathroom renovations with V & W in Pelham! Michelle was outstanding throughout the whole process, sharing her knowledge about fixtures, researching to find the perfect tub, and helping us find alternate items as issues came up in the middle of our project. She was always there to help, even staying late to help us scramble when we needed to find an alternate plumbing fixture. Deliveries were on time & professional. We are absolutely thrilled with the result and couldnt be more grateful for Michelles help and the outstanding service of V & W!

I visited V&W Supply the other day for some items that I needed for repairs. And the guys and ladies there are so nice and helpful. Went out of their way to help me understand everything... Very friendly place to visit!

There was a mix up on when the faucet would be delivered. Michelle called and made sure we got our product in time to get everything completed. We had a great experience and truly appreciate them going above and beyond.

Had a great experience. Staff worked with me to replace a part on our bath. The didnt have the part in stock but had a kit that had it. They sold me the part out of the kit. They showed me how to replace the part. Great Service

They clearly didnt want to help, may be it was to early in a monday morning, or the order was to little idk, they dont sell moen products so if you looking for moen dont go there....

Terrible experience with receiving broken toilets that V&W refused to replace. The porcelain was cracked in the box on 2 toilets when our plumber opened them to install. V&W required us to purchase 2 new toilets. Will never buy from here again.

Needed a toilet tank lid. They could have sold me a tank with a lid, but they gave me a lid for free. They definitely care more about customer service than making an individual sale.

Was told the faucet I ordered would be there that afternoon or the next morning. Called the next morning and still didnt have my complete order. Come 2 p.m. I decided to stop by the store for a refund due to the fact my plumber would be coming over soon to install it and we still havent heard anything. They charge a 25% restocking fee for a item that I still havent received. Dont Promise something you can not fulfill.

This is a great store with excellent customer service. I needed the new Kohler Bellera faucet (K-560 with Docknetik and Sweep spray) and kohler chose not to change model numbers so they could unload remaining inventory. This particular faucet is not available online or lowes/home depot. The store manager understood exactly what I wanted, ordered exactly what I wanted, walked me through the installation, and was incredibly knowledgable/helpful. He also took the time to help me troubleshoot a shutoff valve problem on another sink. Kohler makes a great product, the faucet is awesome, and this is the place to purchase. Great staff, local business, will definitely use again.
