Reasonable prices and quality lumber

Went here this past weekend to have a double hung, dual pane, house window repaired. The gentleman behind the counter gave me 33 seconds of his time stating that this type of window can not be repaired. . . BUT stated he could toss a single pane, uninsulated glass piece in it! I asked if he understood this was my house window and that would be unacceptable. He said “well that type of window can’t be repaired” and continued to walk away.Are you kidding me? Definitely NOT the person you want representing your company as the first point of contact when entering your establishment. Unprofessional for walking off in front of me and definitely not knowledgeable.Went to R & D down the street and as soon as I walked in the door was greeted with a smile. I asked the same and I was told absolutely can be fixed and I can get it to you in 3 days tops! They called me a day early and they did a fantastic job and charged me what Pelham Glass would have charged me for a single pane Mickey Mouse job from an asshat.GO TO R&D and see real customer service (with a smile) & save yourself time, aggravation, and some cash!!!
