I bought a car from Rich in October. My mechanic was impressed with the condition it was in for being a 2003. The car runs great! I am very happy with my purchase and with Richs style of selling. He was very nice with no pressure. I would definitely buy from him again.

I bought a car from Rich. Haven’t picked it up yet, but so far so good. The car that he sold me is in great condition and he is very careful to explain the whole process.I had my doubts about buying from some random guy in an industrial building, but he appears to be legit. I’ll write again after l pick up the car.Well, I picked up my car today and it was everything that Rich promised. He called my insurance, he brought my paperwork to the RMV in MA, where l live, he had the inspection completed/passed and he had it ready on the day that he promised. Thanks Rich!

Hands down the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I was in touch with a sales rep abo it finding a vehicle in informed them of my budget and not only were they not helpful in that request but they were very rude when trying to negotiate. If I could screen shot what was said to me I would. He called me irresponsible for attempting to negotiate a price and we were unable to make a deal over 50$. Absolute worst dealership and customer service.
