I got there this morning at like 520am. The girl at the drive through had the best smile and kindest voice. She got my order made quickly, and overall, a great experience.

Its Starbucks, over priced but O same damn good! Frappuccino is the way to go!

They made me the wrong drink and didnt do anything to fix it. My wife ordered a dragon fruit drink with mango in it, and said specifically no lemonade, yet they made it with lemonade.

Sooooooo slooooooow. Drinks are amazing though, if you have 25 to 35 minutes to wait in a drive- thruor lobby.

I’m not sure why it says they’re open until nine when they arbitrarily close at 1. I’d say either stay open until the hours they say they’re open or change the hours listed so people don’t have to waste their time driving there to find out they aren’t open.

This is my favorite Starbucks to visit the staff is always kind and my drink is always perfect and the service is fast and great!

They always go the extra mile to make everything perfect! Super fast and very friendly! Wish they could fix those pesky pot holes at the entrance/exit. So I have to stop parking at Bob Evans next door.

Today was not a good day. Waited in the drive-thru. Thats to be expected. The Strawberry Cream Frappuccino, however, was awful! Tasted like strawberries in water. Couldnt go back and make them fix another due to an appointment, but I would be hesitant anyway because it would be the same crew..

Came by today for a mid afternoon pick me up for me & my coworkers. The lattes were great, but you unexpectedly lifted my spirits too with the enthusiasm and service I received from the two baristas manning the drive thru. I smiled all the way back to the salon. I love seeing that and know it comes from great leadership. I wish I had gotten their names so I could call them out publicly, but please thank all of them for making my day!

I was the fifth car in line and waited over 20 minutes for my coffee. Ridiculous

Parking and driveway are axle busting. Service slow but pleasant. (Even pre-ordered) Drink quality fair probably related to slow service. They were working hard so probably management or organization issues.

I am too young to drink coffee. However, I am quite certain that this place doesnt sell coffee. My mom goes here nearly every day, and if she doesnt get her coffee in the morning, she is just plain mean. I think its drugs, guys. I mean, its got to be, right? Well, either that or more likely its just because they serve a superior product prepared with care by skilled artisans and baristas who truly care about their work and value every customer that comes in. I dont think Ive ever heard my mom or dad complain about the worker being rude, unlike what happens nearly every time they go to the other coffee shop in town. CoughDunkincough cough.

Always friendly, they always take the time to make little cream cups for the kids so they arent left out, for free! Just a friendly staff every time. And of course, the coffee is delicious!

Nice people to expensive for my taste

This use to be a great place. Fast polite and always new my order. There was guy named Zack that apparently doesn’t work there anymore. This place has lost their quick service and doesn’t know how to ring in orders. Be prepared to wait more than 20 min in drive thru

I was recently bragging on how much I loved this store and it’s mobile order system. However the last three times there has been no advantage to doing a mobile order - I saw people come in after me and leave before me while I sat and waited for 20+ minutes. Today my order was put aside because they ran out of a syrup. 15 minutes into my wait they finally let me know. 10 minutes later my drip coffee is ready. It’s now 35 minutes after my initial order and I finally have my drink with a half hearted “sorry ‘bout that.” I think it’s time to part ways with this store.

The atmosphere here is clean. The staff is knowledgeable. 4 stars for the feeling or vibe within the location. Just seems cold. Efficient with the drive thru traffic.

Way overpriced, but it and other businesses like it continues to trend. I personally prefer good old McDonalds coffee. Just give me black coffee with nothing added.

The staff is always friendly and they provide excellent service. The coffee is exactly what you would expect at any Starbucks, excellent. There is a nice little area for sitting outside during the warmer seasons.

After having a diffcult time, I walked into Starbucks in East Peoria and was greeted with love and support. They gave me some water. Thats family. Great service.

What a joke. We went to the drive thru and it was about 5 minutes to 6 PM, and a worker walked out and told us that they close at 6, but we could come back when they open in the morning. We were the last car in line, but the way the drive thru is made, you cant just pull away... so we had to sit in a line for nothing. This was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Rainbow was very nice and helpful, the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is delicious and the store is very clean and spacious after the remodel.

Be prepared to be ram-rodded by the crowd with smartphones glued to their faces and hands. I came in and waited twenty minutes (YES 20) for one drink. I watched people walk in and leave well after I came in. I finally asked why this was happening and was told mobile orders come first.

Typically wouldnt leave a review but this experience was horrible. My brother, a friend of mine, and myself came in to get drinks. Now we have a friend that works for the starbucks, she rang us up and everything. After getting our drinks, we go and sit down. After sitting for about 2 minutes, a worker (I do not remember his name) tells us This isnt a place to just hangout and pretty much tells us we need to leave. Never again will I come to this store.

I went to Starbucks this morning because Dunkin donuts didnt have any expresso so I thought I would try out Starbucks cold brew coffee. I didnt care for it that much and it was a medium for $4.87which I could have got basically the same thing a cold brew espresso coffee at Dunkin donuts LARGE AND THEY TASTE MUCH BETTER. the gentleman that help me at the front counter was very very polite and seemed really interested in serving you I think his name was Eric and he seemed to have a very nice pleasant personality they definitely had the right person taking the orders. I just think that their coffee is overpriced.

Lines are crazy and the menu is too expensive.

Before I begin I should warn you of what to expect. Expect incompetent workers who DO NOT LISTEN to your order and think it is okay to substitute the item you ordered with something else WITHOUT telling you. That is NOT safe in my opinion.Once again WRONG ORDER. There is a sign on their drive through speaker that specifically says that they are out of certain food items as well as drink items. If you are out of the item that I requested why don’t you TELL me BEFORE I complete my order instead of substituting with another item? I ordered a Venti unsweetened white tea, with a splash of heavy whipping cream, 2 organic sugars. What do I get? Guava juice with a splash of heavy whipping cream and sugar. Needless to say I will NOT be coming back.

Amazing coffee

It seemed to be a difficult morning for the cashier. The lady in front of us ordered some egg things which he did not know if they had any. I asked for a piece of coffee cake but what they had is different than before so i changed to a bagel. He wasnt sure if they had cream cheese. Ultimately i just ordered a coffee, black. That always seems to confuse starbucks people. Unless you can say at least 4 coffee modifiers with your order, it blows their mind. The wife enjoys a sprinkle of cinnamon with hers but they were out of that too. Its our first stop since the remodel. Hopefully they get inventory sorted out soon.

My order was on time and hot!! I will go back again for large pick up orders in the future.
