I’m new to the scrub world and I love it! I stepped in today to check out what they have and new owner, Mr. Terry, was great. Thank you for all your help!

On April 9, 2021 purchased a rollator chair from Adaptive Medical Supply weighing up to 500 lbs. for $235.00 the day before my aunts funeral. April 10th as I sat in the chair for the first time I wasn’t in the chair for 2 minutes when the wheel of the chair began collapsing and started to break my brother had to catch me before I fell and hit the ground. On April 23rd I contacted the store and spoke with Terry the owner and explained to him what happened he told me to bring the chair in I explained I lost the receipt but I had my bank statement to prove my purchase he told me without the receipt he could not refund me my money but he could exchange the chair for the same one why would you give me the same chair for the same thing to happen again when the chair was returned he still refused to refund me my money nor would he give me a store credit the hell with disabled people I recommend that no one buys from this store

Terrible service and they get away with it because they have a monopoly on medical equipment locally. No sense of urgency for the simplest of jobs. Look online if possible.

This place is great! Unfortunately Im very bad with names but the gentleman that helped me was very nice. I have a hard time finding things in my size and I had never gotten scrubs before but the man helped me find some very quickly and they were very reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back Im the future ☺️

They offer a great selection of scrubs... different styles, colors and prices. They also have a great selection of other medical supplies. I definitely plan on going back for more scrubs and other things.

Blake gave me excellent customer service he is just awesome he is also very helpful in all kinds of ways and he explains things very detailed he deserves a raise.There is a lady there I dont know her name but she has a bad attitude towards people she gets too close to your face she needs to control herself in front of customers honestly she gives very bad service

She was very helpful even when I came out of the dressing room she picked out scrubs that she thought I might like which I ended up loving. I had so much going on but your kindness made my day much better so again thank you!

Awesome selection of everything you need with the BEST customer service. These ladies have never disappointed me once and that was throughout nursing school and beyond. They help you find what’s affordable and what looks good on you. They’re not just after a sale.Y’all check them out! They have it all and a very wide selection of it.

Since this is my first time with embroidery, I started with a simple project, one eye. I had them embroider my project and they did an excellent job. I had a very rough time getting even this project started with other companies as the communication was not good. I strongly believe in good customer service/communication, having passion in what you do, and this is where Adaptive Medical separates itself from the competition.The process was completely smoothed out, I got updates consistently during this project and the final product and it was ready within only a couple of days. Simply put, their work is very impressive with affordable prices.I commend Brittnie and Dawn for their excellent customer service, they handled the majority of this project from my knowledge and even with some bumps in the road, came back and said We can do better. Ill definitely be coming back and if you havent tried their services yet, check it out!

My favorite place to shop for my scrubs and compression socks! They have a huge variety and all new styles in scrubs! They always have what I need and are very helpful!

Purchase my shoes from here. They were the wrong size so I wanted to do an exchange or money back. I have my receipt and the shoes were brand-new but in small print at the bottom of the receipt, 24 hours only to exchange. Its been less than 30 days and they refuse to take my shoes back or even give me store credit.
