Totally will not get my business at all. Asked if I could walk through one of their homes just to see the inside of it. He responded back and said are you going to be buy shortly I said I just want to look at the inside of your home. He asked me if I had my Drivers License on me so he could hang on to it so I could do a walk through. I responded back and said don’t worry about it and he said ok and walked off. My two kids that were with me said it’s okay dad let’s go into Alvin Tx there’s more homes for sale. So we went to Clayton homes instead. Thank you Clayton Homes.

The best experience ever...went and looked around at other dealers around and my impression of them wasnt to pleasant. Over priced and seemed like me and my family werent worth their time. We went to Mobile Housing of Texas in pearland and our sales guy Jason was the best. Very up front, honest and a pleasure to work with. He bent over backwards for us and we so appreicated that. He never tried to push me on anything out of my budget and was very easy to communicate with. Jason set me up with insurance and helped us with the things that needed to happen to start the whole process. Never left me hanging on what was going on and we kept each other informed on everything as it went in. Jean his boss was also a pleasure to work with and Id like to thank him as well. The movers were also very nice and worked very hard. Where we movex to wasnt an easy task, but they suremade it look that way. Loved my whole experience and would highly recommend them.

After we got a nice knock on our front door by Mr. harvey him self our families house in Rockport Texas was no longer the fun place for the entire family to get together and enjoy. I had done research for months looking for new houses to replace and bring back the family memories. After many phone calls to various private and corporate mobile home dealers i came across Jason Soileau at Mobile housing of Texas. From the start it was night and day difference from other mobile home dealers. Jason was not the every day salesmen that takes a costumer as another number and sale. It was a very personable experience and was very professional in his approach. Jason actually cared that we got the right house for us and not just another sale, no extra sales pitches or up selling and he listened to my situation and stuck to it. Very responsive and very understanding of timing and stipulations i had to deal with. I would highly recommend Jason Soileau and his team at Mobile Housing of Texas to any of my friends or family for future mobile home purchases. It was a pleasure dealing with him and really shows what Texas hospitality is all about.

I went to this store at 5pm. There was one other customer and 2 employees there. I was told I would have to wait for over an hour to see inside of a unit. I had cash in hand. I guess they are not interested in selling!

We tried to start our home buying journey with Americasa. We had a unique situation and didn’t have time to waste. We did our application 3 weeks ago ( October 27th) we soon found out that our application was not even submitted in the first place. It was until I went up there on Monday (nov 8th ) was the application was resubmitted. Today we received a denial but I wasn’t initially worried because we were originally told that we could do in house financing. But that was a miscommunication as well you can do the in house financing up to 95k the house we wanted was 129k. The in house also does not include the land as well. I am extremely disappointed and just flabbergasted at this total waste of time .

I thank the seller Johnny who assisted me with the purchase of our mobile homeWe had some differences but we always reached an agreement like any businessThey will wonder why I give it a star then it happens that after they take the mobile home to install it on my land until today I am behind the man in charge of making the concessions on my land I have 17 days with my mobile home and he has no fixed the details I dont have air conditioning eitherThe boy Fredi only answered one of my calls and until now he ignored the problem thenSo that they hire people who are not responsible :::: which is what they imagine when they sell your new home, they should take that into account 🤔
