Took almost 2 months to fix. Took forever to get warranty approval. Not all their fault. Issues with storm and holiday weekend. Can’t wait on a lawn tractor that long. They did an excellent job going to bat for me with Husqvarna. Great work. Just took longer than I would have liked.

Dropped off my Toro mower for a cable drive replacement and new blade install. The timing was several days before Hurricane Laura so all the generator owners in the area had the business swamped with work. After several weeks the work was complete and the mower runs great! Last year, I bought a 42 Simplicity Courier zero turn mower. I was shopping for a lawn tractor, but they let me demo a ZT and advised that it would better suit my lawn. They sold me the ZT, which was less expensive than the one I thought I wanted. They serviced the more and delivered to my house, a 50 minute drive for them. Ryan tested it out and gave me instructions. He spent 45 minutes with me.The mower has exceeded my expectations and it has had no issues with the more.I had spent more than a year researching before deciding on AR and Simplicity. I wanted to deal with an independent dealer rather than a big box store

Horrible customer service and horrible attitude of an owner.Dropped off mower on 5/8/2020 for repairs. The old guy behind the counter gave me the paper work to fill out and explained that they where behind about a week or so I said no problem.Two weeks later the old guy behind the counter calls and says they let someone go and that the tickets for the mowers where mixed up and need to know what mower was mine. I had to explained to him three times which mower was mine before he actually listen to me so I thought.Week four 6/4/2020 The old guy calls me and tells me my mower is ready, I asked what was wrong with it and it turns out its the same mower I already explained to him three times that was not my mower. I asked him when my mower would be ready and he told me it was not going to get fixed due people are bringing in generators to be fixed and they are busy. I called on 6/6/2020 to tell them i was coming to pick up the mower and get my deposit back. When I got arrived and talked to the owner he said it was not his problem and i must of made the old guy mad. Really? Never again.I would buy a heard of goats before i would take a piece of equipment back to your incompetent company again.

AR Engine repair has done a great job keeping my equipment running. I typically get my equipment back in a timely manner (the same cannot be said for many other shops in the area). They charge a fair price, take on jobs other pass on. They arent afraid to tell customers when a piece of equipment is cheaper to replace than repair.

I went there Saturday 8-16-20 to tell them about my problem with my Toro wheel horse which need replace my tie rods but i didnt bring my mower he was so nice he told me the guy that do welding was out so i came back Monday morning with my tie rods the welder was there he fix my problem with the best weld now my toro steer perfect i cant believe that he fix it right on the spot and aslo said if it break bring it back but we kinda both know it want break thanks again you guys for being patience with me i will always go there but after all that was done my belt pop but they didnt have my size belt there cause it was small but he told me to go to auto zone they can match it went there and they had it now im mowing agai thanks again for your service God Bless You ....Thanks again for looking out for me ......

They did good work on my mower deck and the price was agreeable. It is close to the house and I didnt have to take my stuff to the dealer in Houston and have it sit for a month.

My lawnmower was not starting because it had been sitting up for a long time. I called and spoke to Ryan and he told me to bring it by. He was upfront about what needed to be done and did not try to up sell any other additional repairs like other places try and do. Prices were reasonable and customer service was excellent. Now my mower starts with one pull! I will definitely be back for any small engine repairs I have!

I got a new mini bike from Walmart. Did not start. Looked on youtube and found nothing that helped. Had 2 friends look at it and they couldn’t start it either. I have a mower that starts then stalls - it happened many times before to my other mowers after not operating it in winter. So I know it is probably carburetor issue. Took it to the shop and explained the problem - the owner gave me an estimate of $75. Not sure it is the right price since I have my old ones fixed at Tunneys (now closed) for ~$40 .
