I walked into the center and was taken care of on the spot. There was no waiting or other nonsense like in most places. I told them what other care I needed and was given an appointment for a later time immediately. I was also briefed on all the new hearing aids that Beltone has to offer and the price.I just hope this new office I am going to does not close without warning and not tell me until I drive up and find it closed down.

Poorest service ever! My husband left his hearing aid to be checked out about 2weeks ago and was told he would hear back in 1or2 days. To date he has not heard from them and they are not even answering their phones! Not only is The quality of the hearing aids poor but there service is as well. Think twice before you commit to spending a lot of money on Beltone hearing aids.

Need to get someone that knows how to work on and adjust or minor repairs to hearing aids.
