Closed at 2:00pm on a Friday, Really? And employees inside on their phone…… I’m good, there is nothing inside this Lids worth waiting for.

Made a purchase for 12 custom hats on 9/20/20 for my business $223.88, 3 wks ago. Received 5 of the 12 hats. Had to return the difference cause they were printed crooked. I know this store is in the process of a management change. So Im hoping Ill see some results soon, along with the merchandise I paid for.

I went into this store to purchase a hat. Unfortunately, the customer service rendered was horrible. The manager was helping a customer and did not even acknowledge me as I patiently waited after finding a hat I liked. Another customer walked in and the manager immediately acknowledged and informed the customer she would be with her in just a minute. However, I patiently waited without any assistance so I placed the hat back on shelf and walked out the store still without any acknowledgment. In my opinion customer service is vital. In this case, it completely changed my mind to never spend money with the Lids franchise. Nevertheless, I was the only African American in the store during this encounter.
Wouldve gave 0 stars. My husband and I came in to get a hat design and in the middle of service she took another customer, came back to us and let us know it would be an hour wait even though she told us ours would take 7 minutes to do. It would make more sense to get ours done first because we were there first but she said it goes by who paid first. Wouldnt recommend
This store has minimal variety and unless you are looking for a Houston team then you probably wont get what you want here. Even for Astros hats Lids online has way more selection than this location. The worst part of about this location is they just open and close when they want and you cant call to check if they are open first because they do not answer the phone. I would not reccomend this store location
Came here not long ago to get a hat in the morning and they were not even open. Came back at 3 and still closed! Absolutely ridiculous. Not a good store. Yeah theres a lot of selection but it doesnt matter if you cant even go in.
This store is terrible. They hardly ever answer their phone. The 1 time Ive actually spoken to someone it took me about 30 minutes of calling nonstop. I placed an order to be shipped to store. About 1 week later I checked online to see if my order was in store yet because I never got a call or an email or anything. So I called the store only to be told they did receive it but it was broken. They asked if I wanted them to reorder it. Um YES. The original order was placed Nov. 3, today is Nov. 17 and still nothing. I checked again on website and it says order completed. I called the store but NO ONE EVER ANSWERS!!! To LIVE CHAT with customer service through Lids website takes an eternity if at all to be in touch with someone. Im number 13 in queue and my wait is 1hr 25mins. I think the only reason the line is moving is because people drop out of line. When I saw Im # 13 I decided to CALL Lids customer service but its just more of the same run around.

I just left the location with 3 employees present. No one asked if I needed assistance. After my sons found hats, the cashier tells me Just so you know, we can only take cash. I asked why didnt anyone tell me when we walked in. He responded, I was going to tell you
They have a huge selection of hats but they never ever answer their phone lol
Ordered a hat online and it magically disappeared from the store even though I had a tracking number stating that it was delivered to them.
