Unreliable, untrustworthy.Call #1 - I was told that they were about to install a door, and that I should call back later. I did call back later - no one picked up the phone.Call #2 - I was asked to send e-mail explaining what door I would like to buy - received no reply to that e-mail.Call #3 (several days after call #2) - I was told I will get a call back later that day - no one called back.Word of these people worth nothing as they simply dont do what they say they will do. Do not waste your time with them, like I did.

Jack did a fantastic job replacing our entire door and door jam. The frame wasnt square and Jack did the work to make the new door fit perfectly. Jack R, one of the owners, is extremely abrasive and rude. Just be careful who you do your business with. I scheduled for an appointment. Luckily I called the day of the appointment, the owner said his staff wouldn’t come out because they had supplies to put away. So I rescheduled on Sunday . I had brick cut out from the garage for a door access to the back yard. And then got an exterior door installed. The entire work was done in a professional manner and looks really very good.As a matter of fact, I have asked Jack to install a storm door also.The price for both the installations is very reasonable and competitive..Overall Triple R doors and Windows is an excellent company to deal with in every respect.Good job done Jack.

Triple R Doors installed a new mahogany front entry door with sidelights . The door and components were of top quality. The installation jack did was also top quality and his attention to detail was very impressive. I would highly recommend Triple R Doors and Jack to anyone looking for door of windows. I called for estimate to replace a building door, Guy answers the phone and says “ He is booked and busy “ and hung up👎. Very unprofessional.Update: on my door repair : I hired a reliable company who gave me a quote and I hired them to repair my door. I dont understand why this company guy is blasting himself on Google acting like an unprofessional jerk! Is it normal to attack people who give reviews on businesses? OMG! He is crazy, SUCH A INTERNET BULLY BECAUSE HE GOT A BAD REVIEW! GET OVER IT GUY!

From the start the level of professionalism from this company seemed to be a bit sketchy as my multiple attempts to get in contact with them went ignored. After about the 5th attempt a guy named Jack answered the phone and told me someone would be getting in touch with me by the end of the day to give me a quote. After waiting a few days with no call I called back again and Jack said he could do the repair on Saturday and would call Friday to let me know the exact time. Of course there was no call on Friday and he was a no show Saturday. As a final effort I called Monday and He told me he would come Tuesday at noon. I explained to him that I would take off of work to meet him and he promised to show up. So here we are Tuesday at 2pm and he still has not shown up. I call at about 2pm to see whats going when he tells me he got stuck on a job and that he wouldnt make it. I explained again that I took off work to be home for him to do his job and he again promises that he would come later on in the day after he finished his job, so I waited all day to no avail. He stopped answering my calls and I havent heard from him since. THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DELT WITH! Do yourself a favor and skip past these guys! Save yourself the time, energy and the full days pay you might lose waiting around for them to show up!The response to this review by the owner is yet another reflection of unprofessionalism and bad business practice as it is false. If pricing was an issue then I never would have scheduled multiple appointments for them to come work. This review has nothing to do with pricing but everything to do with this companies ability to follow through with scheduled appointments and communicate with integrity. Before posting this review I sent a message to the owner letting him know of his unprofessionalism and that I would be reviewing his company. I then received a angry phone call (which I recorded) from him where he yells, and curses at me, telling me not to threaten his company. After the call I received a text message (which I have pictures of) from him which was a bit threatening. If a business owner finds a customer rating and review threatening I would think they would take their customers time a little more seriously. Like I said before BEWARE and BE CAREFUL with this company! This will be my last response to this guy, but if I read another false post form him I will update this review with a screen shot of the threatening message he sent along with the audio of the phone call he made and then everyone can judge for their-self.
