The service at this place had a huge improvement. Seems like everybody was rey-trained to to be polite and courteous. Congratulation to the local management. Thumbs up!!

UPDATE: This store is still awesome. I always find what I need. The employees are wonderful. They treat us with so much kindness. Im posting this review with photos.. You will see that the store is clean and perfectly stocked. Parking is fine. The Employees work hard.

Usually, not very business. I love being able to go in a nd out, pretty quick. For certain items.

The store was clean and stocked by I was super surprised that they didnt have ONE Human check out person. All of the lanes are now Self Check... not only does it take away from a person having a job, but it slows down the process and maybe I should get a slight discount for checking and bagging my own groceries.

The only knock is the SUPER small parking lot. One has to be careful in backing out. The parking lot at night us not well lit. Cheap of Wal-Mart with the country wide issues now with incidents occurring in the parking lots.You can find all basic staples.Check out lines are converted to full self check out.

No cashiers. You have to scan and bag your own groceries.

Dont like the new policy of taking out their registers getting rid of cashiers. If they eventually have all self-checkout I will not be shopping there again. Soon after they got rid of all cashiers. Never go again

They always have the stuff the my family needs. And the employees help @ the self check out stations which is cool. Would recommend to a friend/ family member.

I dont really care for Walmart period, but I would stop at this one occasionally before work to get a little something to eat. When I went in today, they had rearranged the store so that now it creates a check out line that stretches literally almost to the back of the store. I put away the items that I had chosen to purchase and left. I will not be shopping here again until something is done to allow for a faster check out. Nobody has time to wait for EVER just to have their money over. The stores layout wasnt broken... Why fix it?

It was Walmart. What I was looking for was easy to find.

Just wish they had more people to assist with the registers. I hate waiting especially when they only have have 1 person assisting the customers.

No cashiers. Only self checkout. I dont work here. There are no noticeable discounts on any items. Same prices as anywhere else. I imagine it gets backed up when there are a lot of customers.

Store is clean and well stocked but there are never enough cashiers. Right now 6 lanes one cashier, 4 self checkouts, but one is down.It is conveniently located, but if they refuse to staff it with more than 2 people. I’m going the extra few minutes to HEB.

Theyve gone to all self check out stands I dont pay to do their job, this is very discouraging.

I wa so glad to see this open several years ago and use it to get a few missing items. Quick in/out shopping 🛍. They have both self check-out and regular check-out available. The staff are friendly and helpful whenever needed.

My fav stop. They always have what I need and it’s conveniently located between my work and home. The pharmacy has fast, quality service and store associates are helpful and knowledgeable.

How do you guys have 50 different varieties of dressing but only the most basic Mexican hot sauces, like Valentina and the most basic flavors of Cholula?? Like you guys had over 5 brands of blue cheese. Who loves blue cheese that much?? I mean theres even like 5 brands of buffalo hot sauce! Why is it so hard to give some variety to Mexican hot sauces! Like at least sell Cholula Chili Garlic hot sauce. Like please add some variety. Im now having to order hot sauces online. I wouldve given yall two or three stars but you guys had so many different types of dressing like what!! Thats so unfair.

I really wanted 1.5 🌟 ⭐. This was my second time in here and probably will be my last. Each time I was there it was understaffed with long lines in the self check out. 1.5 star is because the few people there were friendly and helpful but two people cant manage 5 lines. The manager should have come out and got on a register to aid in the process.

OMG THIS STORE IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE ONE NEAR SMITH RANCH! They have moved everything from their original spots and I CANT FIND WHAT I NEED THERE! The neighborhood Walmart is AMAZING!!!

A smaller, more intimate walmart experience. I was able to get in and out without social distance concerns or a long line.

I will never go back to this walmart again. They are remodeling to making to so that there is one checkout line to go through to get to any register! I waited in line for over 20 minutes to buy 4 items. Never again!

You can go to the NHW for groceries for the week or just a quick meal prep. Staff is very professional and helpful.

Multiple times I have been to the store and have seen employees not wearing masks or keeping their masks down to their chin. This needlessly puts customers and other employees at risk.

The new check out configuration is VERY inconvenient. All were self check out registers except for one with an attendant. Very long lines all of the time now and very unhappy shoppers.

My knee was hurting, from walking all over HEB, searching for jalapeno Velveeta. I asked an employee of Walmart. She stopped what she was doing and kindly gave me the exact location. The cashier was also very helpful and nice.

Service is so bad at this location, always seems like youre bothering them when you need assistance, keep saying I wont go back but convenience got me again...ended up walking out to the next closest walmart

Convenient yet always busy when its time to check

I work for a small Business in the area and we shop at this Walmart several times a week for an essential item (milk) to keep the business running. Due to the unfortunate circumstances going on in the world the item we get is limited to 1 per customer. The owner of the business I work for spoke with the manager at Walmart and she said she would allow us to get more than one (we were only looking to buy 4). So we went to get our 4 gallons of milk and the lady working the front was extremely rude and said she needed to verify cause she didn’t believe me. I stepped aside while she verified. She came over and accused me of lying to her and that she will not honor what the other manager had Previously said she would. This is very disappointing that they are not willing to support their neighbors and small businesses. Looks like we will have to go to a different store to spend our money several times a week. FYI the owner of the business I work for has nothing to due with this post. I am just an employee that went shopping for the business and got very frustrated with how I was treated.

Go in and retrieve my items with no issue and check myself out. Parking adequate.

I bought some sharp cheddar cheese from there and when I got home, it expired in August of 2018. This was last week. Not sure how that happens, but absolutely disgusting. Hard as a rock and furry. I guess it was my fault to not look for cheese that expired 16 months before.

This place is better than ANY of the Walmarts in Houston. It has everything and if you dont find it a nice employee will check in the back. Good luck getting that at a regular Walmart

I went in today (03/10/2020) at around 8pm to get 2 lemon pepper rotisserie chicken and when I got there, there just 1 warm lemon pepper rotisserie chicken and the rest was cold. So I grab one warm and one cold chicken and headed home. Upon eating a few bits I noticed something just didn’t feel right so I peeled back the skin on a thigh and it was as raw as you could of imagined. I always see people post their pics of raw food online and stuff but I would of never thought it’ll happen to me! Be safe and check your food. I am not happy at all with this!!!!Update: They keep taking down my photos of the raw chicken. But if I get sick then it’s going to be a problem.

I like this store it’s very easy to get things you need quickly. Store is very organized and never too busy at checkout. Have good options for propane exchange with self pay. Staff also very courteous.

Not every Wal-Mart is the same, some are far better kept organized and clean. This Wal-Mart is amongst the better Managed stores.

Its Walmart not much to complain about at least on this experience.

Great selection, good service

This is not the usual Walmart! The prices are low, but thats the only similarity. Instead, every row is clean. Every employee is courteous and working. Its small, so you can shop quickly, and there are plenty of checkout lanes. Its wonderful!!

Perfect for a quick, no hassle trip. This Walmart doesnt have it all (and isnt meant to) but it does have front row parking and fast check out. I needed help finding a few things and had no problem finding a knowledgeable associate to help me out.

Good, comfortable store. The employees need training to be sensitive to the needs of the customers. They talk and play around with each other and completely ignore customers or treat customers like the customers are intruding upon their time and space. Love the store but not the mean employees.

Large store with a huge selection. The store brands offer a wide array of flavors and choices throughout the store. Every employee I interacted with today was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Very clean and organized!

Store was not very tidy some sections were unorganized and the cashier was not very friendly especially when I asked for a price check on an item. I also have to return an item I purchased because its defective. Hope this transaction runs smoothly.

Walmart at this location has changed their layout which led to long check out line. I was here at 4pm on Monday and it took me 30 mins to check out. Walmart needs to rethink how they layout their checkout stations. It is absolutely horrible and inefficient.

Worst diary section ever. None of the managers nor employess know how to do the inventory correctly. 4 days in a row came back with NO Horizon Organic whole milk. They have plenty of other varieties like Horizon 2 %, Horizon lactose free etc all the time EXCEPT HORIZON WHOLE MILK.Already talked twice to store managers previously to do inventory correctly and requested to switch count between whole milk and 2% horizon (increase horizon whole milk count and reduce 2% milk) but none of them listens. Result = 1 less customer in this location.

Good place to run in and out. Such a better place than heading into super Walmart and the never ending 50 lanes and only 5 open. Usually pretty organized and well stocked.

Love this place so small and easy to find stuff. Only problem I have is they occasionally dont have my type of dog food but neither does my other Walmart. Visit at least twice a week.
