I have been a Costco member for 2 years now. I have the Executive Membership and for me it is totally worth it. There are endless of discounts every month,(there is almost always discount on detergent). But if you see an item you like, specially if it is on sale, grab it before it’s gone. Some items at Costco are sold only one time or seasonal so make sure you get it while it’s there.

Located as part of Costco shopper center, no membership is needed. Fairly small place but it has most of the name brand stuff you need at really good prices. Open normal hours like a liquor store is, its very well organized and easy to get in and out of quick. Only a few beers though Ill add.

The Pearland warehouse is the best location with ample parking, fast check outs and great employees. Customer service is efficient and courteous The gas pumps are clean and fast. Prices are the best and attendants make it safe.

Costco is my favorite place to go shopping!! Many good products are very reasonable and amazing prices 🤩 which stimulates my shopping spirit to get myself more with amazing products! :)I got to buy some good energy bars for my work! Good rotation of items at prices youd expect from Costco. Recently returned a computer monitor with no hassle. Costco is my store of choice when grocery shopping.

Costco is great! Avoid Saturdays and Sundays if you can, it gets a little crazy. Other than that this place always seems well stocked and clean!

My 2nd favorite warehouse to shop. Large and delicious pizza deals can be found here.

This is my favorite Costco in the Houston area. They have great deals and unlike other Costco’s, don’t have long checkout lines. I’ve been to Costco’s in Sugarland and Houston where lines are longer during the week than they are at this one on the weekends. The employees here are really wonderful and some of them remember me. Highly recommend coming here and getting a membership if you don’t already have one. If you do get a membership, I recommend the executive membership along with the credit card, especially if you’re going to fill gas at Costco. The executive membership is $60 more, however, you’ll likely get that $60 back with the 2% rewards.

Extremely high price than sam club but you have options to buy bulks or not very organized and clean in pearland

5 stars for being practically empty!!!!First time at this Costco and little did I know that Costcos are laid out differently, I had to walk around to find what I was looking for, but overall a good experience.

I love Costco! They’re always friendly, great store brand and thankfully they make the “same” formula comparable to Similac Pro Advance for cheaper. It’s been great too buy that in bulk.

Plenty of supplies needed as always and very friendly fast checkout. Love the member amenities of cheap ice cream and ice coffee mochas to go when we leave.

We’ve been Costco member since they opened on this location, never had any issue with Costco customer service and usually I don’t give bad reviews. But today I was really disappointed in Pearland location, the Costco card checker lady was unprofessional and unfriendly. My wife came first showed her membership card then a couple minutes later I showed up and told the card checker lady my wife was inside, she stopped me at the entrance door and won’t let me in. Then I asked why you won’t let me in and she said “I have to call her out to wave her hands or I let you in this time but next time you will be wait outside the store” I was like how is the world she treated customer like that. I wondered how did she get that job and have she ever get trained? It ruined my experience at this location.

Waste of an hour. Tried to sign up for a membership and the lady kept pushing us to do the executive membership... after we told her we only wanted to do the gold star membership, she pulls up a website for us to do it ourselves. Then, the website didnt work! After 20mins of nothing we walked out and I refuse to come back. Stop upselling if we obviously dont want it!

Will never visit this location again. They harassed my wife when she went to pay because her name was not on the account ? Have shopped here for 5 years and never an issue. Guess it was easier for their employees to re stock 45 items than to let her pay like she always does. To add insult to injury, she came home, logged into the account, ordered the items, had them shipped ( free shipping), and they take any credit card on line but not in the store......just bad business.

Every employee at the customer service counter needs to go away or do better by treating the members with respect and appreciation. And stop acting like you doing us a favor by having a job. How can Costco allow employees to ignore customers, talk to co-workers while serving customers, never address the or look at them to say welcome and how can I help, never smile, rush the customer even when there not busy etc. Yall would not have a job if it wasnt for the community / customer / members. So get it together and do right by the people! I like to know what manager or supervisor allows this type of attitude and treatment toward there customers. What in the world is going on with these companies that allow this behaviour. I would think customer service is where it starts with kindness... But not at this store. Very sad!!!

Overall great store that is clean and well organized. Its evident they know what 5S is. The Costco staff is friendly and efficient. However.......The only reason for this place getting 3 stars is because the wireless shack inside the store. It would be in your best interest to save your time and money and just go direct to the provider. James the representative is only looking to make his numbers and collect the commission. Treat this wireless shack as one of those shady authorized dealers in a strip mall or businesses combined with the smoke shops.I understand there is some incentive to buying inside Costco, but I suggest you do your homework on what that true savings is. Its very misleading and might be valuable in very simple transactions that can probably be done at the provider near by. Keep in mind, this place sells for Verizon, T-Mobile and ATT, all in which have stores less than a few miles away.

Costco known for their excellent customer services. DEESIRE who is working at the self checkout 8/4 @ around 15:30 refuse to help scanning my 24 items. I CANT DO EVERYTHING. as what she said!

Rarely feel congestion of customers while shopping @ the Costco location and relatively easy in and out experience even with a good number of customers evident based on cars in the parking lot. Inventory I also typically well stocked. Managers and staff are helpful if you have me of info.

Worst Costco location I have been to.First off, I am an avid shopper at Costco as well as a Costco shareholder. I have lived in various cities over the years and have visited many Costco locations. With that said, I have never been to a Costco with as poor customer service as the Pearland location.The check out register and customer service desk experience at this location feels like a middle ground between a Wal-Mart and a normal Costco. Customer service employees often give off a general disdain for doing their job, and do not often want to hear if something is wrong and needs attention or fixing.Management, if you are reading this, please do something about this location. Maybe if we could boost morale we could see a turnaround.I am writing this review because I had a terrible experience with customer service today by Costco standards, and left the store feeling undervalued and unwanted as a customer. When you leave Costco feeling sad... you know something is wrong.

Best Costco in Houston area. Best selection. Best employees. We live 18 miles away, but definitely come here over Galleria or Sugar Land stores.

Mainly my Gas station, :) usually best rate on gas. Good selection bulk stuff at good prices.

I always fine a good deal and Pizza is always on point. Wish they bring back the Combo Pizza.

Im able to get in and out and they stay stocked.

The store is usually very clean, and organized but today I had a touch experience. I went to buy a hotdog, and this worker Victoria was so rude when I told her that I could not get my receipt since the kiosk was out of paper. Her attitude and eye rolling was so unprofessional. If you are that unhappy at your workplace, please do not take it out on your employee.

Got the quality food. Everything is well organized 👌. All employees are so friendly and kindness. Really like to go there.

I was disappointment to see that in times like these Costco is creeping up prices on necessities! Especially when we as consumers are not recieiving salary or cost of living increases.

Local Costco. Wide isles, fresh fruit and vegetables, meats and househould supplies. Also has tire centre with batteries. Not to forget pharmacy, eye/glasses store, liquor (beer and wine inside Costco and others at Kirklands which I belive is not related to Costco), food and gas!The parking lot is huge, and right next to Rt288. Easy in and out.

Shout out to the logistic team MSC for making it possible to deliver my refrigerator during this unfriendly weather. Costco has amazing team of professionals that goes out of their way to make sure that customers are taking care of. Love Costco !

Ive always been highly impressed with the whole operation at this Costco location. The staff are professional and friendly and the level of cleanliness is impeccable. While I always enjoy recognizing hard work, during my trips to Costco I especially like taking the time to thank the cleaning staff for their diligent work and high standards. As an aside, I was highly impressed with the way the management and staff handled the COVID situation at the beginning of 2020. They were professional and efficient and managed the operation in top notch fashion!

I am not sure if I should be sharing this... If you live in Sienna Plt, I would recommend this warehouse over the Sugar land one, even though this warehouse is a few mile further. This location is not as crowded as the one in Sugar Land, especially on Sat or Sun. It is well stocked also.

Costco normally has a great selection of meats, produce, paper products and laundry care products. When I shopped there recently, it was void of a good meat selections for ready to eat meals. I guess due to the winter storms, the trucks were unable to deliver timely?

Barely anybody here at the storeI am here buying water for people in 2 different living spaces separate from my own. ....who cannot leave their house because they have cancerI offered to show my driver licenses which shows I am 2 hours from home to help two other households.Costco will not make any exceptions if you are trying to help other people by providing water to themSo this one little container of water will be for two households .... not good Costco.I have been in many stores who allow one person to come buy everything in the shelf and now this. Amazing ignorance abound.

A lot of merchandise is out of stock comparing with other Costco Warehouses. Plus a lot of empty boxes inside refrigerators and around the store. It was much better before.

Friendly! We love their pizza. We order when we go in and let it cook while we shop. Bathrooms are always clean, and produce is always top notch!

Great store for a family. Just be careful to buy items you’re going to use a few times because everything is in bulk. Shampoo, lotion, whipped cream, snacks etc is in bulk.I had some problems but they always refund and are very nice.

The customer service here is outstanding and it is clean. Everyone knows where things are and they had plenty checkout lines open. I was able to grab the V1200 Vitamix along with the accessories during the roadshow last month. The stainless steel and the Aer just came out. Then getting them on sale was a plus!

Different Costco then where we lived before, chickens look like Cornish hens. In Oregon the chickens were huge barely fitting in the rotisserie container.

My #1 go to when it comes to Costco. Love the items, staff, not so busy during the times I go, gas is always set at a decent price, and parking is very spacious with plenty of available parking.

Worst Costco ever in the Houston area. Frequent things out of date, greeters that always hound you for your card, enforcing rules that other Costcos dont care about, CDS members that arent enthusiastic about their jobs, upper managers with bad attitudes, etc.The only reason it gets 2 stars is because its there.I rather go the the Costco in the Houston Galleria than this cesspool.

This is our new favorite costco because on the day we visited it was a lot less crowded....we like that...... even if it was a fluke. All the costcos in our area are within a few miles of distance from our home so well stick with less crowded thank you very much. We picked up a frozen blended drink from the food court, no chocolate swhirl, it went down very good and well be back to verify the lack of crowds.

The service is outstanding and there is a large variety of products from which to choose. I order one of their consistently delicious pizzas when I get there, shop, then pick it up on my way out of the store.

In general Costco is good place to shop but some personal accidents happened with me other than that I like it

Had to do some last minute grocery shopping but I always love coming here for all there hard & wonderful bargains.

Great products!! I asked a person who worked there about a stand-up desk I had seen previously on a visit, but the location of the item was currently Christmas items. The person said they no longer have the item. My son-in-law found the items (7 desks) and I was able to purchase it. Wish the person would have attempted to look for it or at least ask someone else if they still had it. Glad I was able to purchase it! Cant wait to get it set up!

Costco is a great convenience for me as it is no more than 5 minutes from my home. There is such a wide variety of items to choose from. Each time that I visit, I am able to get in and get out without spending too much time. Everything is well organized making it easy to get what you need. There is always someone at the checkout area to direct you to the appropriate line. The checkout process is pretty streamlined and designed to get you on your way as quickly as possible.

Love their gas... Tightly focused with a splash of ethanol. Its oily aroma provides an excellent sense of presence as it is transported into a Melchizedek volume for libatious consumption over the course of many days. What more is there to say?

I shopped for the first time with Costco. It started out as the best experience everyone that I encountered was smiling and very helpful. I got in line and thats where I met Erika. I waited a long time to check out and she rushed me out of the line canceled my order and pushed me off to the side it was the first time I felt unappreciated as a paying customer. I then encountered Tiffany and Desia. Tiffany took a Hands-On approach to helping me figure out how to shop while Desia completed the transaction with numerous apologies she was such a professional. The gentle man selling egg wraps with a smile was personable and polite. when you devalue customers at the register they dont return that was my last experience with Costco

I just love this costco! I have a family of 8 and we go through a lot of products. Kirkland brand anything is really good and great quality.

I will always love my Costco. For the most part their customer service is pretty good, not quite Chik Fil A good, but there are definitely stand outs for me. While products are usually good there are times when the food is old; but, their generous return policy gives me comfort in that the occasional bad food is the exception not the standard.As of late there is a customer service professional that annoys me when going to customer service. She is the only one asking to see my card, asking what I am doing and it is just very off putting. When shes not there I never get asked. Its just her..........Full disclosure I almost always forget my card.

Love the fact I didnt have to wait in line to enter the store. Was only there to pick up one item, but will return for sale price items I really need. Would really like to be able to scan & go. Being able to grab something was a plus & the beef hot dogs were the awesomeness.

Social distancing clearly marked. Carts sprayed between use. Large well lit parking lot. Conveniently located just off freeway.
