Its like any other F21 store...the staff here are nice and professional

Needed some basic white sneakers to throw on. I was lucky enough to find these and they happen to be on sale.

They close at 6:45 not 7 pm. They need to update their hours instead of rolling their eyes at guests who try to come in at 6:50

I walked in the store with a drink in my hand and was told I couldn’t come in with it. This is a shopping center mall. That doesn’t make any sense to me. Nor were there any signs saying no food or drinks allowed. Very disappointed. They just lost a lot of money but I will take my business elsewhere.

Not quite as big of a store as other Forever 21’s, but the friendly staff makes sure all your needs and concerns are taken care! Can’t find the size you need? They’ll order it for you online and have it shipped to the store for free! Plus, they always have numerous promos going on!

I didnt interact with any of the people working there. But this is the best forever 21. They have great displays. Its never a mess. They have clothes in this location that others didnt have.

Right now they have 50% off the entire store and I cant get enough of getting good quality jackets and clothes from there! Theyre New years collection is amazing and 50% off

This is probably the most organized forever 21 I’ve been at, it’s pretty and has a good amount of stuff to choose from, tho a bit small.

The location of this store is convenient, but it is not a big store with a vast amount of options. However, the workers are friendly, and they always point me in the rigut direction when Im looking for a specific look or outfit.

Unprofessional staff. Staff does not seem to know what they are doing. Asked me if they could take my phone in the back with them just so they could have my order number rather than looking it up.

Very friendly staff. Cashier chatted while she checked me out like we were friends which made me feel good about spending my money.

This store is unorganized. Its a mess all over. Clothing thrown here and there. You can barely walk around or find anything. This is one of the nastiest forever 21 in town. Limit yourself here. Its gross.

I am a frequent customer at this store but after today I will stop to shop with any 21 store. We just check out and paid cash for clothes, my daughter just change her mind for an item. The manager said he could not return the money, he will issue store credit instead. People, do you want to shop at store with policy like this? I am sure 100% will say NO. So 21 company, do you think you can survise through this 21 century? This seem to me like a internet company scam.

This store was a mess. There wasnt any organization. Clothes were on the floor. The clothes that were hanging were over stuffed on the racks. All the staff, and I do mean ALL the staff, were having a talk party while customers were walking around. I walked around 3 times trying to catch anyones attention. NOTHING. I then called the store from my cell from in the store to ask a question. They put me on hold then hung up. I was looking right at them. This place needs a good cleaning. From the floor to the employees. Start with management. Awful
