This dealership knows how to make you feel at home. Although I didnt purchase my vehicle from there, I get all my car repairs done from there. They seem to be pretty honest and they dont come up with a list of outrageous recommendations as a way to squeeze more money out of you. When you go to a dealership, you expect that youre going to pay a bit more for the work they do. However, Ive never had to take my vehicle back because of poor service. Old man Joe, affectionately known, usually sees that my vehicle is handled properly from beginning to end. I love his presence and hes easy to meet. Honestly, Ive have no complaints with any of the staff Ive encountered. The ONLY thing I wish is that they had more loaner cars available when you have to leave your vehicle for several hours, or overnight to be repaired. But the flip side to that, is that they offer a complimentary car service to your home and back to the dealership if youre within about a 10 mile radius.

I have been coming here since they were called Strickland Chevrolet. I have bought two cars from them. Some of them are very nice. I bought a Cobalt and then I bought a Chevy spark LS. I still have the Chevy spark. Bayway Chevrolet takes care of my car and theyre the only ones that I allow to touch it.,🇺🇸

We had been to several dealerships to look at Tahoe’s/suburbans and Abraham was the only person who actually came out and greeted us and asked us if we wanted to look at it. Aside from the fact that we loved the vehicle he was the reason we purchased from Bayway. He also helped make the decision between the Tahoe and suburban by informing us about the trunk space. Tesha is a great saleswomen, we bought two vehicles from her. Unfortunately, one of the two developed an engine noise within 2000 miles. Brought it in and the shop foreman was very dismissive. He came into the room and introduced himself and immediately was determined to get me, and my vehicle out of there. If I could do it again, I’d stay away from Bayway.

Mr. Cox was great and entertaining. He made the entire process of purchasing a vehicle smooth and headache free, very different from my past experiences. The receptionist, I think her name was Peggy was very warm and inviting. By far one of the worst customer service experiences ever . Heather Castillo was very disrespectful, deceitful, and a scammer . She was unprofessional in the way she spoke about myself and my father which she did not have to bring up . She lied about the carfax of the vehicle i was Looking at the time . She wasn’t in the office when she confirmed she would be which messed up my set schedule for the day . That was after the fact she already took my money and i was Trying to get a refund and when she got hurt she didn’t make a sale she came at me disrespectfully. And discriminated me due to my age . But i was A buying customer just like everyone else . Then she began to lie to me about who the general manager was when i asked she told me Kyle, which is the preowned sales manager not general . Bayway was one of the few dealerships that had a Traverse model that I was interested in and although it was quite a drive to the dealership, it was worth it. Sales Consultant Raquel Hanks and Sales Manager Paul Dodd didnt give up on the deal and made it happen.I would definitely recommend Bayway Chevrolet and Raquel Hanks to anyone looking for a Chevrolet.

Jay is the best! Im 120% completely satisfied with both him as my salesman and with my new chevrolet. The facility is full of nice and knowledge staff and its very clean aswell. I was not even shopping for a vehicle but my wife was shopping for a new vehicle and Jay also sold me a new Chevrolet the process. Sofia hooked me up with some sweet accessories at an awesome price on both parts and labor. Sue did an awesome job at wrapping up the finances in a fast but thorough manner and the service department did a great job at installing my new parts. I had a great buying experience back in 2019 that resulted in my family buying 2 new and 1 used vehicle here. Recently, I was a little disappointed. Ill caveat this by saying the salesperson was professional and polite and there definitely isnt a customer service issue here, from my perspective. However, here recently I test drove an older model vehicle (18 years old) with slightly less than 80k on it with several issues, yet they had it priced towards the high end of the range per the KBB (keep in mind, my understanding is the high end of the range entails a vehicle with only minor cosmetic issues (scratches and dings), but otherwise 100% functional). One of the windows was off track and held up by some paper wedged in the door. It was nonfunctional. One side view mirror was off track from the electronic adjustment mechanism. Another nonfunctional item. The fabric on one of the visors was detached and sagging, which isnt a minor cosmetic issue (its pretty overt). Some parts of the center console and dash were cracked and broken off, which may be considered minor. The breaks felt tight and made sort of a popping noise. There was smeared white paint on the front bumper and driver side panel, indicative of a fender bender or minor accident. On top of all this, Carfax (and bumper.com) had literally no record of ANY service done on the vehicle (very atypical). Yet, they insisted it was worth top dollar. Why? I dont know. It may just be the difference in buying new verses used but I was really quite surprised at how overvalued the vehicle was. Ill probably continue to give them a chance in the future.

I purchased a 2019 gmc acadia when I bought it I swear the thing had 4 black rims after taking it to the car wash a few times I noticed 2 of the rims turned grey and alloy I dont know if they painted the rims to sell it or what but I never would of bought a brand new vehicle with 2 different colored rims by the time I noticed it was to late. I had a great experience. The salesman, Moses, was extremely patient with my when going over my options. I had a lot of questions and they were addressed prior to moving anything along. I was able to see all of the models of the vehicle that were available and I even test drove the one that I ended up leasing. It was a really nice experience. When I had a doubt, we took a break and even went back out to see the features that I wasnt sure about. Moses was so thorough that he even asked a colleague to share his experience with a different model with me and to share his opinion. Everyone was so patient, honest and helpful. I had the best experience Ive had in a dealership to date.

Corey, Nathan, Caulin and Tyler are awesome.. they took care of me and made my car buying experience easy. A lot of dealerships will try to pull one over on you, but not them. Corey and Nathan are both extremely laid back and knowledgeable. Tyler is patient and children friendly. The worst car buying experience ever! The management team at this dealership is unethical, they will lie and try to cheat you out of money. When you catch them in a lie no one admits to their wrong doing are apologize for being dishonest. The only reason I completed the purchase of the 2021 Corvette was to prevent them from selling it to someone else at a 30K markup. They tried everything possible to make me cancel the order but I refused to let them make the extra 30K. PURE GREED!!! Im still waiting on a call from the customer service manager; I never write bad reviews but I felt this is the only way to be heard since I havent received a call. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone. Buyer Beware!!!

Josh was responsive to my email inquiries which led me to come in to the dealership to see the vehicle I was looking at. After going to a few other dealerships in the Houston area I made my way back to Bayway to complete my purchase.What started as a five star review is now dropped to a four star review due to the poor performance in the service and after sale additions side of things. What should have been completed in an entire day that I dropped my vehicle off is now requiring me to bring it back a second time due to poor time management.And we keep having to lower the bar with each incomplete interaction . . .
