Called and asked for a quote on repairing a charging port today. The employee refused to give me a quote without looking at it. Told him I had a buddy with sprint that looked at it and was pretty sure this was the issue. Was told to have my buddy repair it then. Wildly unprofessional. My goal was to get quotes to compare prices before I chose a store. Guess what bud y’all lost.

I went to have a screen repaired and the service was priced fairly and done quickly. Johnny was very friendly and accommodating, not just to me, but every customer I saw him interact with. Will definitely be returning for any phone issues i have in the future!

HORRRRRIBLE!!! Believe every negative review you see on here! I simply called to get a ballpark dollar amount on replacing my broken screen... You got to bring it in! This guy is very unprofessional He does not need to be running a business!!

It matters not how to (tore) up your phone is he works wonders! He is very knowledgeable as well...he offers much more in products in sales...like masks...drones..speakers...microphones...plans... check it out!

The owner provides excellent customer service and quality products. He replaced my iPhone 6S phone screen few months back after I dropped it off my rig and shattered the screen. It took him under 20 minutes and I was on my way. Johnny also has genuine Apple chargers on hand because the aftermarket one I got at the big blue store did not charge my iphone properly.

I have had many cell repairs all across town (Im hard on my phones) this place is the best.See Johnny! His prices are competitive with quality products. Not all cell repair facilities use quality replacement parts. Im glad I found a place that does good fast work.Nothing but good stuff from this place.

Got my phone screen replaced by this place and the screen didn’t even last a week. Came back and he blamed it on me saying that I broke it, in which there was no physical damage, I never dropped the phone. So I pretty much paid for a phone screen that doesn’t work... and he tried to make me buy another one.

I will give this place more stars if the option was available. I walked in one a Saturday and was out in 10-15 minutes max! My iPhone X was unlocked and my son’s iPhone 8 Plus. My daughter had a cracked iPhone 6s and this was fixed all in 10-15 minutes. My family and I received excellent service, professionalism, and timely service. Had a cracked glass on my iPhone six, and I took it there. John fixed it right then and there in about 20 minutes . only $43.00. The repair kit on eBay was about $25.00 and reviewers were warning not to try to do it yourself at home. SHOP PEARLAND LOCAL!!!! wonderful experience.

I found the store via Google and I am so happy that I did. I had a meeting in a building next-door and drop my phone off after I dropped it in water. They took it apart was able to find the problem and fixed it at a very very reasonable price. I highly recommend the store!

BEWARE, this guy sells fake phone screens!! I walked in to get my iPhone X screen replaced and he asked me if I wanted an OEM or Afermarket screen. I told him OEM, long story short this guy sold me an aftermarket screen and it bugged out with colors and replaced it again with ANOTHER cheap China aftermarket screen. Which he swears up and down is an OEM screen and then he goes to say it isn’t Apple OEM but it’s OEM. I don’t think this guy understands what OEM means... save your money and take your phone somewhere that doesn’t use cheap china screens!!

Brought in my Samsung 6 around 3 pm to have the cracked screen replaced. I mentioned to Johnny I was needing it the same day because I was leaving out of town the next day on business. He said no problem and was getting right on it. My phone was ready at 6 pm,..wow! And it cost less than expected. Thank you Johnny for the quick turn-around; Looks great.

DO NOT GET YOUR IPHONE FIX HEREDO NOT!!! I got my iPhone 7 screen fix and it glitches and locks my phone randomly when it’s in my pocket.. for minutes!!! He took pieces of my iPhone. Do not get your screen fix here!!

Called and whoever i spoke with hung up on me when i explained what was wrong with my tablet. If i could give a zero i would. Bad customer service and just plain rude when they dont want your business. This place needs to shut down or hire people who actually care about there customers.
