Unfortunately this Party City undelivered on our balloon order for the second year on a row. They were offering free delivery on orders over $49, but they dont deliver to our zip code and we under 10 miles away. Our order wasnt ready for pick up the day of our party at 10am as promised. They couldnt find the order. They broke one of the mylar balloons we provided. The order still wasnt right when we got it home. The baloons were flat the next morning.

The manager completely ignored my question when asked directly. Twice. Acted like I didnt even exist. I was only 2 ft feet from him. So positive he heard me.

Good costumer service but I thought it was going to have more it was my first time here but not impressed.

Found everything easily. My Balloon was ready before I got there for my scheduled time. My babys photoshoot came together due to multiple little finds in the store.

Can be a long wait for balloons on Saturdays but theres several options to skip the wait. Balloon orders can be placed days, even weeks in advance. Balloon orders can be placed right from the comfort of your home through the party city website even delivery is available.

Need more help. Having to wait 2 hours for some balloons is 🤪.

They asked me to wait two hours to fill two balloons that we purchased from them a day before, I tried to explain to them that we were never informed of this long wait and their response was we never knew until now. We had to do my daughter’s birthday without those balloons that could’ve been filled in 3 minutes.

What can I say about this place! Always delivery right what I need, when I need. They are always accurate and always on time!

We showed up at 6:30 on Friday (they close at 9) to get some balloons for my sons party the next day. A man named Charlie kept telling us to get in line when we were still looking at the balloons. We got in line as he said and he was still talking about how we don’t know how to get in line IN FRONT OF US. Terrible customer service. Never going back.

Rude staff. Had to wait an hour and ten minutes for balloons to be blown up, when quoted 20 minutes. Costs $1.19-$1.59 to blow up each balloon, after paying the cost of each balloon. Then they told me I had to pay for a bag to put the balloons in. Absolute hustlers.

Store is clean and organized. I didnt give 5 stars because they never seem to have the large pink letter balloons available everytime i go

Whole store is a JOKE, very unprofessional they’ve had to fire workers for stealing, workers are rude!! I’ve seen bugs in the back of the store by the restroom. even the managers are rude and sick!

Very slow cashiers service, the waiting for few people is crazy... its the last place I would go to.

I came here to get gloves for my aunts great Gatsby party I did however have a hard time finding them and they were a bit pricey for this cheap material ($10.99)it was a last minute purchase so I just bit the bullet and paid for them. I got my dress and headscarf from Ross across the street to create what you see here.

Very unpleasant experience. Worker behind the cashwrap wasnt wearing a mask. His coworker even told him to put a mask on, however he felt too good cause he didnt listen and kept working with no mask on.

Party City is always hit or miss. How do you not have white ribbon for balloons?!?! Its ridiculous to not have ample supply of essential items and ribbon for balloons is one of those items that should be available. Then to tell me theres other colors and ribbon I can purchase?!? What Ive just spent a good chunk of money for an event and thats your suggestion... Ugh! Do better!!

I bought a pair of Jack skellington hands for Party City. They are bit too big. I wear a size small in hospital size gloves. I will need to stuff cotton in tips, but other than that they are perfect. Highly recommend if wanted cheap substitute.

Not such a good experience this time. The lady working on the floor assisting customers with locating products was great however, there were four clerks behind the counter and a line of three customers waiting to check out.I couldnt see why we had to stand in line and wait.I asked one clerk for assistance but she stated her register was being used, as she walked away from behind the counter and went to the back of the store.

I responded to the pickup link that was sent to me when I was in route to the store. I inputted the required info when I arrived, but the attendant didnt come out after 15 mins upon arrival. I had to call to tell them I was there so someone could come out with my items.

Reason Im giving it a two star review is because the cashier at the front is extremely rude. Like she doesnt really acknowledge youre there. My advice to management is to get better staff or to train them better, they will scare customers away. Hire some grown people, not kids who are extremely rude.

Having a party,why not have a great party. Go to Party City and you can have the greatest party favorites. They have balloons all sizes, costumes,toys for special occasions, candy, you name it they probably have it. Go by there for your next awesome party and see.

Reasonable prices and had just about everything you can think of for your traditional party. My fiance and I are planning on going here for our reception decorations and such. Plenty of items to do DIY crafts with as well.

Had a blast looking for pink and gold decorations for my daughters Sweet 16 party. She was like a kid in a candy store going from aisle to aisle! Great selection

They carry more party supplies at a good price than any other store I frequent. They were a bit low on my favorite item this past trip, though. Probably, due to graduation.

Always have what you need BUT the price is outrageous!!! Two and 3xs the price at other places. But good luck trying to find it in stock at other places. I guess you got to PAY to PLAY!! Party City has party decor that no one else carries (Transformers), I appreciate them for that. I have an issue with their display of pricing. The transformer balloon (414) displays $9.99 on it but rang up $10.99. I depend on price Accurate price tags and usually try to calculate my order ahead of time. When I mentioned it to the cashier he just laughed. Come on Party City, you guys make plenty of money, update your pricing thats on display. Its only fair to your customers. My $1 is valuable.

Small but have you in and out

Had some issues with some of the products and customer service was helpful in resolving our problem.

I called ahead to have them hold a few items for me so that I could get in and out quickly and they were very helpful. While there, I needed a few more items and had a bit of trouble locating them because of the way the store is organized, but they have everything, and I was able to get what I needed. And even a few things that I didnt know that I needed that I ended up getting.

Its nice!! They have everything you need at this place and more. The only thing I want :P is for them to sell M&Ms of blue and pink in bulk!! Other than that, youll find d everything you need and more for your party! :)

I think their inventory is severely lacking. Its never been this difficult to find what Im looking for but within the last year, I have left this store with absolutely nothing on several occasions. Save yourself the hassle and shop online.

Meh. Stinks, & it was really dark in there when we went. This must be the ghetto place to go for party supplies. I dont know where else one would go though. Maybe its the only place there is to go.Our visit was fun though, as soon as we got there a horrible rainstorm blew into the area. Someone parked almost in the front door- literally- she ran inside and said gotta do whatcha gotta do. Then soon thereafter a customer was leaving. He ran outside and tried to park good truck close to pick up the rest of his people- there was a car waiting ahead of him- he began to lay on the horn incessantly. Pretty soon he became impatient and reversed carelessly, nearly taking out pedestrians and another car. His mom just telling the whole time stop! Stop! So embarrassing.

I was here seasonally there isnt much to brag about the prices are huge for what your gettingThe managers are okay some bad some goodOverall they have a fairly wide diversity however there is still much room for improvement the store is mostly unorganized in many placesAlso it appears as though anyone who works there is not there for long from the information that i received from employees and even managersManagement isnt the greatest there are definitely leaps worth of improvement ahead but overall its a relatively okay storeOne huge thing i have to say which is not the employees fault is the quality of the merchandise is tacky cheap and overall cheap when your paying such a high price it was so bad even though i had a huge discount i wouldnt have bothered to buy a costume because really there was really nothing of quality in terms of costumes that wasnt just tacky and overpriced

Ran in looking for something in particular. They didnt have it. Good selection of items for parties. Halloween costume selection gets smaller every year.

This part city had lots of the things and the employees where pleasant. But they didnt a good selection of what I was looking for. However they where pretty well stocked on lots of other things.

This Party City is almost busy all the time. Usually a 2-3 person wait. Well organized. You will have to ask if you need assistance otherwise employees go about their business.

Drove 30 mins to party city to get balloons and supplies for my daughters birthday. Came home in 30 mins the balloons were deflated.

Overall its a pretty good experience. The selection is fantastic and great customer care.

The customer service needs great improvement. The costume we wanted was not there. We were told to go to the kiosk and order and the shipping would be free. The computer kept freezing then refreshing after a few minutes only to keep doing the same. I asked an employee if it was working. She said its just slow. After some time, I gave up and asked if the manager could assist us and order the costume. An employee requested for the manager to come to the front twice. After several minutes the employee comes back to say her manager is sorry but the kiosk is the only way to order. Her name is Jenise. Hey thanks for your help Jenise. Maybe, order better equipment for your store so that you ad your customer can order. What is the point in offering to help your customer save on shipping if they really cant. Another option, have the costumes you advertise so we dont need the kiosk.

I went for a last minute gender reveal project and spent 10 dollars and it was a wonderful experience.

Went to purchase items for my little girl. It was a little disorganized but it was crowded and expected. They have a large variety of themes and holiday items. Would visit again.

Pretty overpriced with little selection. I made the drive to Arnes Warehouse and got 6x the merchandise for qhat I would have spent at Party City.

They have so many things here, staff is generally nice, but there just isn’t enough of them. Front end operations are brutally slow. Try not to go on Saturday afternoon.
