I ordered what I wanted online and went there to pick it up. Every one there is kind courteous and efficient. Everything worked out perfectly.

I absolutely love this location. all the staff have always been so kind and friendly to me. especially Guillermo, who is my favorite employee! always greets me, helps me find fragrances i may like, and tells me about the new items they’re carrying. i’ve been to other BBWs, but they are just not the same. this is the best bath and body works store!

I placed an order online with this store and called to make sure my items were ready for pick up. Spoke with a young lady and she confirmed my order was ready for pick up. Next thing I get a call regarding my order saying that one of the items I purchased had been sold. That a worker had sold one of my items that I purchased, that it was a mistake in her part! I was very upset - how can someone just go in and sale someone elses purchase. Anyway, the manager said she was sorry and she could replace with another item. I had been looking for this item for a while found it and purchased and then this happens. Unacceptable. I went ahead and cancelled it all! Watch out with this store when you order online that this doesnt happen to you. Manager apologized and I know it wasnt her fault but the workers need to follow directions and pay attention to what they are doing!

BUYER BEWARE for their semi annual sale. They do NOT keep their website updated when it come to inventory counts which means that you can place an order thinking you will get one thing but then once they actually have your order half of your items are cancelled off and they WILL NOT offer you the opportunity to cancel the entire order. So if you ordered a set of a product or items that work together and then they cancel half of those items then you are left with product you can even fully use. If you are going to buy from them I HIGHLY suggest that you do not order online.

This store always has friendly workers who are very helpful to find what fragrances you are looking for. It is my go-to store.

Extremely HOT inside of store! Front doors open, not sure if they are doing it for Covid? Or if the A/C was broke, made for a very unpleasant shopping experience. Store associates very friendly.

They provide great customer service, and keep the shelves neatly organized and replenished. Always great visiting here they take time to help when needed to ask about coupons, scents, recommendations.

One star for the spray I got only. Zero for the rest of the experience. Went there to get Forever Red because I heard it was back. Not the same! Some much alcohol. Yuck. So I decided to look around to see if I could find something else. The blond troll looking lady thought I was going to steal as she kept hoovering over me because I was taking my time. Really? I make waaay more money than she does and she had the nerve to treat a customer this way. And even said something about how many I tried. Needless to say I did find something I liked. The stress relief pillow mist in the aromatherapy line was nice. Didnt like the lotion or cream. Bath and body works is not the same. Their products are cheap smelling now. Sad

I always have a great experience at B & B.They always their customers, always courteous, and I like their products.

Bro just imagine as you enter sicko mode last part plays. They got lit colognes. Atlantic smells like YSL replica. Graphite is like Tom Ford but issue is it will only last you half way through a day. I just dont get why dont they make flannel into a cologne.

Staff is nice and they’ve got a lot of good products. However, I don’t trust this place anymoreThey asked me for my phone number and beginning the next day I’ve gotten at least 5 spam calls a day. This place sells your phone number to spammers, no doubt. This is not an acceptable business practice.

The new store was easy to find and had convenient parking which is a vast improvement over the old Pearland location. They had more than enough staff to help me find whatever I needed and everyone was extremely friendly.

This particular B&BW store is by an Academy store and it doesnt seem to have a large selection but does have the more popular scents of the season. Its good for a last minute gift or if youve run out of something.

Visited this store with my 10 yr old granddaughter. employees were just behind us as if we were shoplifters . that was very uncomfortable and everytime we move or picked up something to smell sample product the employees would go check to make sure we put it back. you would think after spending $255 there and keep looking they would know we werent going to shop lift. they followed us all the way to the door. we will never visit that place again. I almost did t buy the stuff there but i didnt want to go hunting somewhere else and dealing with traffic . the store was in Pearland Pkwy strip . was a very uncomfortable experience..
