Im just not understanding how you can allow your residents to live 35 consecutive days with NO FRIKKIN AIR CONDITIONING and NO help? Like how? But youre living your best life like you couldnt care less about them. Do explain.

I called this company to get a quote. The manager answers. As a common practice once the phone is answered and you introduce yourself Hi my name is so and so I am calling from So and so how are you doing today? The manager just says what do you need. There was no Hello im doing great... how are you... or just a simple how can I help you would have been great. If this is how customers are treated/greeted calling in for quotes imagine calling in to talk about bills and payments must be terrifying. We did not even get a quote. We will pass on this vendor. Customer service skills are 0. Yall have a wonderful day!!!!

Overpriced water, the more alkaline the more they charge, from $1.00 to $4.00 per gallon. Theyre insane. Its cheaper to buy the brand name bottled alkaline water at the store!

Wonderful service and great prices. We switched to the Hydrogenated Alkaline Water when my wife was diagnosed w Colon cancer and feel it was a key piece in her defeating cancer.

Today was my first time visiting, and the owners were very friendly. They let us sample the water and at first I was a little skeptical but after sipping my bottle water in the car I was sold. The water here tastes like nothing which is a good thing and afterwards I didn’t desire to drink my coke. My family will be coming here from now on.

Super friendly people. Very good customer service. Will help fill and load up. But you pay 25 cents more per gallon for high alkaline water there than at the Briarpark/Harwin store. While there may be justification for the increased cost, I share this info from a consumers perspective.

The water is amazing! Our whole family now drinks nothing but water from the Water Tree! So glad we found this place - the owners are very pleasant as well! Just wish you guys would sell glass water bottles so we could each have one to take with us everyday! 😊

OUTSTANDING ATTITUDES AND ALWAYS SERVICE WITH A SMILE!

Water Tree Pearland is falsely advertising and using deceptive trade practices. I have been buying hydrogen water for $3.50 for the past year. I believed that was reasonable. Got a coupon from Pearland community magazine 65% off. Went in to redeem my coupon. Bernard (the man in the picture) told me the water is $10 a gallon, so the use of my coupon can get me my water at regular price. Corporate Dream Tree is selling it for $1.50 today and $3.00 on a regular. I asked to talk with owner because this is fraudulent advertisement. He told me no although he was talking with her on the phone. Then I find out your water is really not alkanized like you advertised. I posted on Facebook and found out many of those who use the water tested the water for it not to be alkanized like they advertise. I left my card to wait on a courtesy phone call which I did not get. I emailed the owner and she was not willing to even hear out my issues. The owner and manager were very rude. The customer service was horrendous and the price for the hydrogen water was rediculous. This is a scam.

Workers are very cold not very friendly but only place we found close enough to us to get this type of water.
