Great customer service. Great employees. Prices are reasonable

I rarely buy shoes because I hate having to try on many different pairs and then getting frustrated. Well my current shoes were literally falling apart so I came here to see what I can find. This store has an excellent selection of many different brands and styles so I had enough of a selection I didnt need to shop around. The store manager was awesomely helpful with helping me find exactly what I needed and I ended up buying two pairs of shoes. Also props to the manager for helping me solve my life mystery of locating the nearby Cinnabon store so o can get my roll fix. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and would shop here again.

Great prices, good selection and friendly staff. I had to come back and exchange a pair because i got the wrong size for my husband and they made it so easy, no hassle to exchange them and still gave me the original discounted price off for the bogo deal.I will definitely be back

Very poor customer service given at Pearland Texas Town Center location by Asst. Manager Angie. Chose a shoe with posted sale price of $9.99. Once size selected and placed on register and rang at $14.99, I asked if she could check price because sign under the shoe stated no someone must have put them in the wrong place. She went 2 rows below and picked up a box with one shoe in it stating that was the shoe on sale. I asked since the shoe was clearly under $9.99 sign wouldnt she honor that price she said no and proceeded to argue with me that she was not going to honor nor does the company allow her to. When asked for manager she said she was the manager although it clearly stated Asst. on her name tag. At that point I decided to not purchase the shoe at all. I feel as if her customer service skills are lacking and policy of customer satisfaction are poor at best.

Love shoe shopping there since they generally have good deal.
