I went to this NAPA location because it was the nearest one to me at the time. Connie was so helpful, although she didnt have my parts in stock, she called other stores to see if they had stock. We had no such luck. Connie was so eager to help me, I believe she went Above and Beyond normal customer service. I really appreciate service like that, I will still order what I need from her location in Pearland. 5 star rating for excellent service and outstanding customer relations. Great experience!!

First time there. They found me what i needed quick and easy. Good customer service on my first experience. Not very busy so that was helpful so I could go in and out. I would definitely use them again.

Doesnt know anything about cars and relies on their inaccurate system too much.They dont have the part we were looking for, so the sales rep tried to find another part that was similar. However, the amount of basic knowledge the auto store worker had on cars baffled me:Is a 2002 Miata a Mitsubishi or a Nissan?The part youre looking for doesnt work for your car, its only for manuals.Are you sure your 2002 Mazda Miata is a manual not an automatic?Lol!He was nice though, just not knowledgeable at all.

I called asking for form fitted oil hoses and a woman ask me to hold without explanation. 8 minutes later. I hung up with the assumption she doesnt know too much about the products in her store. Called back...the line was picked up and immediately disconnected.

Great sales guys! This reminds me of an old school parts house like I used to go to 20-30 years. Not like AutoZone and their do-it-yourself model. I like it a lot.
