I have to give it to Frank and his team in the shop! These guys are truly knowledgeable, have a passion for what they do and treat you like family!I emailed the shop requesting a quote on labor and tune for my Z06 and the response time was instant. With limited time of needing my Z06, Frank was able to get my vehicle in the very next day with a guaranteed completion date before the car show I had to attend.During the process of installing the parts, Frank gave me a call to inform me there was a small concern on a motor mount and asked if Id like to stop by to take a look at it before proceeding with the work. Once there he had his master technician and installer show me the minor complications they ran into and made me fully aware of what could be a potential problem. After inspecting the car and discussing the future plans we came to the conclusion that the motor mount would be changed out on the next visit. Noticing the communication and the care they had for my vehicle made me feel very comfortable that they knew what they were doing and that my car was in good hands. I was kept in the loop after install was complete and during the process of tuning the car.The overall customer service, communication and work performed deserves a 5 stars! I love that I didnt have to chase anyone down or had any worries while my car was in the shop with them. I was extremely stoked and happy with the power my Z06 is now putting down to the wheels! During the delivery of my vehicle Manny (technician) gave me a run down of the power my car was now making as well as recommendations of what would help improve the performance and reliability based on my driving habits. He also came out to make a minor adjustments to my intake after we noticed my hood wasnt closing properly.After driving a few miles the check engine light came on and it was brought to their attention immediately. They didnt hesitate to take a look at it and took care of it the very next day. In fact, Frank stayed in touch with both his tuner and I, and scheduled Roger (tuner) to come over to my house to look at the minor issue. That right there is some outstanding customer service! I highly recommend Excessive Racing Engines and will be paying them a visit again pretty soon for more upgrades. Their work ethic, care and professionalism earned my trust and business.

I wasn’t hearing the things I liked from the local muffler shops so I decided to give these guys a call. I just needed to change out an axle back exhaust system on my C6 Z06, nothing complicated and nothing that was going to make a big difference on their balance sheet. Nonetheless they treated me like it was one of their big horse power engine builds. Got me in right away and did the work while I waited. The price was on par with prior work I’ve had done in another city. I really got the vibe that there is no job too small and that the customer is what counts with these guys. I’ve had extensive work done on my car at other shops outside the area, and it has not always been 5star reviews.I decided to have them change out my rotors and pads with some stuff I got from an online supplier. I probably should have let these guys source the parts, and would have if I’d found out about them sooner. The parts I had required machining and massaging to work. They made it happen and the work is top notch. They even tried hard to track me down when I forgot to leave a contact number.If I had some engine building and dyno work to be done, I’d not hesitate to take my car to this shop. My auto body guy said he’s never heard anything bad about them... and that is a testament in and of itself.Thank you guys!

All I have to say is get everything in writing first. What youre getting and dollar amount. Car is great, but ended up paying way over what I originally told them I wanted to spend. (told them $7000 cap which they told me they could do everything for, ended up with $8500)Update to 5 stars: Years after owning the car, I had an issue where the car would not run. ERE went out of their way to send techs to my home to diagnose, pick up the vehicle from my home the next day, fix the issue, and drop it off at no extra charge to myself. I consider this service exceptional and unexpected, making up for excess cost.

Took in my 1998 trans am ws6, guys did a heads/cam package on it and knocked it out the park, car sounds amazing and runs amazing! Took my car here for headers install, a dyno tune, and a few weeks later a front splitter and side skirt Install. Excessive racing engines went above and beyond all expectations I had with the quality of the work, and the fact that they treated me and my car like I was part of their family. Frankie and his guys know EXACTLY what they are doing here, that I assure you. Had them install LT headers, mid pipe, and axle back on my 2010 Mustang GT. I had missing materials from the previous setup, and they went BEYOND the extra mile to obtain/build it correctly with absolutely zero hassle on my end. I own a 1999 Corvette, and I decided to go with a small cam / headers / x-pipe / upgrade at excessive racing engines. The price was very reasonable, and the customer service was excellent. Frank contacted me many times via text and phone during the process. I had his crew change out my radiator (it had a small leak) at Little cost. It was very easy to walk in the place and tell them what you wanted. You can tell Frank loves what he does, and you can also tell that he cares for the service he provides. I was also able to meet the guys in the back that put the time in to get the car running smooth. After the install, Frank kept in contact to make sure I was happy with my results. I will recommend excessive racing engines to my colleagues and friends.

Excessive has worked on multiple cars of mine. They build a rock solid 4v for my SN95 Cobra, and they did a H/C/I build on my c6 z06. Both cars always ran perfect, and they always treated me right. Dont hesitate to call them up for anything!

I would recommend this shop to anyone that wants to get work done the CORRECT way and wants to be fast after all is said and done with zero hesitation. I have yet to even meet these guys in person and done nothing but online business with Frank and have yet to have any issues come up that wasnt solved correctly and quickly. 10/10 will be taking my car there for tuning and to get work done as soon as i move to Texas at the middle of this year.

These guys did a jam up job on my ‘05 c6 A4. Frankie and his guys beefed up my LS2 to my exact expectations. She’s was fun to drive before, but these guys really woke her up. 450hp at the wheels with a moderate tune.

Called them and asked them to build them my 402 with customer provided parts they had no issue. All parts were shipped to these guys had no issues. Motor is running strong good oil psi and compression. Highly recommend them.

Just had cam package, intake, plugs and wires, LS7 clutch and longtube headers installed on my gfs SS....and frankie and the techs at excessive racing killed it! Did an exceptional job!!!
