The job and customer service deserves zero stars. My experience turned out to be a NIGHTMARE and I REGRET dealing with this place in the end and I will NEVER return nor recommend anyone to use this place for collision repairs. They lied three times telling me that my vehicle was ready and each time I went to pick it up there was obvious work that had not been completed. Also the way we were treated should never be tolerated. We were forced to take our incomplete vehicle and escorted off the premises by the police. This is after we called the police for them telling us the vehicle was complete but wasnt and they took our rental car keys and wouldnt give them back... then ordered us to take our incomplete vehicle by a service king rep who was so rude to the point of the situation almost escalating to a physical altercation. The whole arrangement was so full of deceit and trickery... like a bait and switch move only to get your business but deliver poor workmanship and customer service. I have NEVER felt so mislead, disrespected and unappreciated in my life to such a degree!!! As of today my vehicle is still incomplete / missing the inside panel door that they told us was installed three times, then at the final attempt to pick up our vehicle they tell us its on back order. Not to mention all the other mistakes prior... like a bad paint job, dust left all inside the vehicle from the work of them taking out shelves to repair the dent in the vehicle and then they didnt put the shelves back, there were scratches / scuff marks / dings that we had to bring to there attention after the fact of them telling us the vehicle was complete and ready for pick-up. We were out of our service vehicle for over a month + and going back and forth with them the entire time for mistakes that they should have caught before telling us time after time to pick-up our vehicle. It was too much for one to endure! They took so much personal time away from us that we missed work, doctor appointments, family time etc. The continuous running back and forth and making countless phone calls to them, insurance and rental car company that I felt like I worked more for them then I did my oneself. Talk about a NIGHTMARE I wouldnt wish on anyone!!!
I waited for over an hour before someone finally helped me. Every person was attended even people who showed up after me. It was ridiculous. They need to do a better job.

Set up an appointment through Progressive only to be refused service when it came time to dropping the car off. Also downright refused service at any time in the future. Unsure what the issue was but wouldnt recommend this company or location.

I took my car there a couple weeks ago and got a repair done to the rear. Daniel was my service advisor and couldnt be more pleased with the repair. It looks brand new and they used all genuine Mitsubishi Parts unlike some places that use 3rd party to save money and pocket it.Thanks again! 2nd time I have been to this Service King, best in the business.
Very friendly staff but it has been a horrific experience. They milk your insurance way beyond whats necessary and the technicians are not competent and caused additional damage to my care and transmission with their carelessness. It took 5 trips back to get all the problems fixed. On my final trip to get them to reconnect the fog lamps they tried to play it off as if I didnt know how to turn my lights on. They fixed the lights but lied and said it was turned off. Unacceptable but at least I have my car back finally.

A bolt blew through my tire on the highway next to their shop. I was able to drive it over to them before it completely went kaput. They were very understanding and took me in even though they don’t typically do that. Switched my tire over to the spare so I could go get a new one. They went out of their way to help me in a stressful situation. Very thankful I ended up at their location. The manager Efrain was very kind.
It’s never a good look to blame the customer for less than perfect work. First you tell us to give you a great rating and if there’s a problem bring it back. When we did you absolutely didn’t honor your word or work. I wish I would get another survey. Sometimes you should believe when the customer tells you that you failed. Hey! I was in a minor car accident which damaged my rear bumper. The other persons insurance told me service king was one of their on your side sites so I choose this place for my repairs. Im glad I did. The quality of work was awesome and it was done before the expected time. I was also given updates step by step. Great service that i will suggest anyone to go to.
Rating 5 star for constant communication while vehicle was being serviced. Safety measures were being followed as well as a wipe down of my interior upon pick up. So Far very good it hasnt been more then 24 hrs. I love the the lifetime warranty on service and parts used.
I came here because my license plate was never installed after a front bumper replacement from another body shop. I came here asking them to see if they can install it and asked how much it was. They did an excellent job and the staff was very professional and friendly.
They were prompt, caring and did a wonderful job. The car was ready sooner than they promised. I was given daily updates until the car was ready.
They are a little behind on work orders but are friendly and glad to help assist as soon as possible for repairs. You must call and schedule an appointment before arrival and its curb side service. Very convenient to be paired with enterprise car rentals as well. They also offer a number of service and car give quotes for any work that might be performed.

I would give the employees 5 stars but the business 4. The advisors go out of their way to be helpful, but the repair on my jeep had to be redone. They will be my primary body shop.

I was in a rush to work and I was so uncertain that my appointment was going take 10-15 minutes but it actual was fast and easy. I wanna thank Daniel at the front desk for his great customer service and initiative he took when he saw me check in for my appointment and I address my concern to him about me arriving late to work. Also at the time of picking up my vehicle everything was phenomenal I would recommend this location to any of my family members and friends.

Service King just made repairs to our car after someone hit us. They were very informative, helpful, and timely! They kept us informed about every step, and accomplished the repair by the promised day. We got the rental car from their site, which helped. This is a stressful process, but they took all the burden off us. We recommend them! Amy Schultz was our advisor, and has been wonderful to us! We had a RED Ford Escape, and so far, so good. I am extremely pleased with the repair completed on my vehicle. Everyone who I came in contact with was very nice and welcoming. My one and only issue is that my vehicle was not cleaned out on the inside where dust was all over my dash and console.

This company is not legitimate as they broadcast, Im still having problems with my A.c, & lights are still appearing on my dash after they was suppose to fix the problem after my insurance paid them fully for a critical wreck . they sent me to all 3 locations & they acted as if their franchise couldnt fix the problem unless I went the actual place where my car was towed to & unfortunately they still didnt fix the problem ... So now I have to bring my car to them again, in this miserable heat, take time from my job again, because you guys couldnt do your job right the first time its only been 2 months since they serviced it,... then this last time, I had some valuable collectables mysteriously vanish from car after they, quote on quote fixed it this is very stressful on my end & very unprofessional service from you guys. Im so dissatisfied& disappointed
Wife was rear ended and we brought our vehicle here upon Esurances recommendation, they were the insurance other driver had. I dealt with Tony at Service King who said he would call me soon to let me know an estimated time frame of repairs, that call never came I was updated through their automated text messages. About a week later I am called that my car is ready for pickup, around 9am. I said great, I could be there within the hour. Tony said to please wait until he verified everything and he would call me back, that call came after 4:30pm, six hours later. We had prior plans so we had to pick up vehicle next day. When I arrived Saturday morning I was greeted by Daniel and was told Tony was off, figures. Attached are the photos of my vehicle when they tried to turn it in to me. Photos taken at Service King. I took my vehicle out of here that same day and took it to the dealership where I purchased it. Customer relations were nice, the only reason this rating gets 1 star. Quality wise in body work performed, this establishment is the worst excuse of a body shop Ive seen so far. I would never bring a vehicle here for repairs. I highly recommend using the Service King paint and body shop at Pearland,Texas, 2330 Smith Ranch Road. The front bumper repairs, including a hood dent, to my 2012 Porsche Cayenne after a large animal impact, were perfect! The car looks new again. Kudos to Daniel, Jason, the office team, and all shop technicians for an excellent repair. Car rental with the Enterprise in-house unit was also perfect.

I recently had my truck repaired at the Service King in Pearland. Fernando Luna, my service adviser, was a great customer service provider. He made sure I was well informed and did the very best to get me all the support I needed from my insurance company. Communications and updates were great. The whole staff were extremely nice and friendly. As for my truck, it was repaired a whole day ahead of projections. The work on my truck looked great. Fernando was just as excited if not more excited than I was to see the repairs on my truck. It was a first class customer service experience. I would highly recommend them for auto body repair work. I had my car towed over an hour away just to get it serviced by this location. management is amazing and the front office staff is very friendly and always helpful. I love the fact that there is also a very conveniently located enterprise inside so you can get everything you need in one stop no hassle! adjusters and project managers are very easy to get a hold of and always keep you informed on the status of repairs as well! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here in the future.
Its funny how they will do everything to earn your business once the work is done and you tell them you didnt like something they will string you along till your survey expires from your insurance.. and then they vanish .. never to be heard from again. The repair they did is amateur I can see the sanding swirls where they didnt go fine enough/drip marks .. IF they have a QC department like they said they do he should be fired for passing this job ..At the end of the day who does that QC work for? ... them .. I should have got my brother who went to paint and body school for 2 years to do it I bet he couldve done a better job ..word of advice dont wait on that survey fill it out asap if they did a bad job dont let it wait.. they will preach it to you to give them the best rating until it expires then they dont care about you any more .. I wish I didnt wait ..
I had a fender bender and allowed Service King to repair my car. I went to pickup my car and had got a few scratches on my car while in their care. After going back to complain about the scratches the Shop Forman decided he would fix it as long as I give them a 10. Once I got home I looked over my car and I was in for a surprise. I think they painted over the scratches without sanding it. Poor workmanship. They can not paint my bicycle. Totally disappointed. The store manager did call to fix the problem, but how many times do I need to be inconvenience? Needless to say I took it to another body shop and the car is perfect...
A customer service rep scheduled an 8:00 am appointment on Friday to have my car assessed for damages. I dropped my car off and picked up a rental car. My service rep told me that he would be calling and texting me with updates. By Monday, I received none. After calling and leaving messages Monday, I received a call from the manager informing me that no one had looked at my car because they were backed up. So instead of telling me to bring my car another day, they took my car (which was drivable) Friday and forced me to pay for 4 days for a rental car. The manager asked then if he could tow it to another shop. That didnt happen until Tuesday evening. Now I have unnecessarily paid for 5 days for a rental car. No compensation was offered- just an apology for something that could have been avoided from the onset.My experience at the other location was just as bad. I guess this is how Service King does business. It has now been a week and a half without my vehicle.
Took my car in for an estimate and Fernando Luna was my service advisor. He was very informative, friendly and very customer friendly. He went over the details of the work to be done on my car he assured me my car would be ready in two days. Instead of two days I had my car back in less than 24hours. And it came back looking like a brand new car!The entire staff at this location were friendly and very helpful. I would certainly recommend service king for any Auto body repair. My vehicle was in a major accident. Bryan McLemore was the service advisor assigned my repair. He did an excellent job explaining the process and keeping me informed as to the status twice a week. Service King is such a great business! Fernando really helped me out. I was a little nervous going in because it was my first time but he really treated me well. He was quick to make friends and gave me all the information I needed. He even had my car parts ordered already! Not even 10 minutes after getting there. They even send updates of your car through text. I dropped off my car on Monday and Ill pick it up on Thursday. In and out in a week, amazing! I highly recommend Service King they are quick and friendly. I would definitely go back.
My truck was brought here over a week ago after a bad wreck on the highway. I had not heard any updates so I decided to call. I was greeted by a very rude employee stating they have not even looked at my truck yet. I called their competition and was informed that it is a practice at this service king to put older or cheaper vehicles off to the side and work on more expensive vehicles first to put more money in their pocket. Which is absolutely the wrong thing to do. The service king employee did not care that my truck was still sitting there for a week and did not care when and if he got me a repair quote. I informed him I was contacting my insurance co about this and his replay was, whatever. No one should be treated this way at any business. This service king prefers to service the wealthy first then the average joe. I am having my truck towed from this location to their competition down the road. I would not even waste your time with this location as you will more than likely receive the same treatment as I did if you have a later model vehicle. Save your self a headache and keep your dignity, take it down the street to Caliber Collision. I was treated and treated like a human at Caliber.
I took it in for a minor fender bender repair and everything went pretty smooth and quick surprisingly. Christina and the front desk lady were very polite.
Customer service is decent, they send me updates of the repairs of my vehicle via email daily which was cool. But when it came to the repairs, not so cool. I had to come back 3 times because they didn’t finish all the way. They have to focus on quality, not quantity. What’s the point of fixing more cars a week if the customers aren’t satisfied. They just not going to come back next time... I’m sure none of you guys at that that shop would appreciate having to come back to get something fixed multiple times while when you could have got it done the first time. Would I come back here? Probably not.
Fast checkout time. Really good and friendly customer service. Car was ready when they said it would be. The only reason I didnt give it five starts is because there was no communication between them and myself. I had to call them too find out if the car was ready.

Made it an easy process from the beginning to the end. Even the guys at Enterprise were on point. I HIGHLY recommend this location.
Adam Hernandez was my service advisor after a deer decided to run into my Durango. He made sure that everything was fixed correctly even when the insurance adjuster messed up several parts for my car. I am so glad that Adam was able to make sure all of the correct parts were put on my vehicle and that all of the parts were installed correctly as well. I would recommend Adam and the Service King team because I have a lot of experience with body shops, but the customer service is top notch compared to others. I cannot forget the front desk staff too who have gone above and beyond to help me out since I first had my vehicle dropped off.
They dont deliver as promised. They made a commitment of 4 days to replace a bumper and headlight. After 3 days, theyre now telling me its going to be 12 days. Had I known it beforehand, I would have gone somewhere else. They are good in the beginning before you turn in your car for work. They must be getting a cut in the car rental arrangements with Enterprise which is just inside their office.
They need to take the Service out of their name. The only reason I used them is because my company mandates it. The other collision repair places are much better.

The staff is amazing, even though my car is most likely totalled Amy made my husband and I feel so important and valued. She took the time to let me call and ask the questions I needed to. She is so personable and deserves a raise and a vacation!
They repaired a leak for me that had molded my carpets. They also replaced my carpets and everything was ok for 4 months. Then the mold came back in exactly the same spot. They did an incomplete diagnosis and didnt repair the primary leak into the vehicle. They are telling me its not covered under their warranty even though they clearly didnt fix the issue. It is as if they expected me to be the car mechanic and tell them exactly what to check and where.They say they fixed a leak and are there for not responsible. I asked them to fix my moldy carpet and the reason it became moldy. I didnt know where the water was coming in.If you want this place to fix your vehicle you better know exactly whats wrong with it and be able to explain to them what you want fixed.
Very Bad Work done on Repairs....No Communcation on how long? What is being done? When its ready? They dont accept cash atleast let you know to be perpared? Get Mad because insurance sent owner and Lien holder the check. Never again or recommend..

Dont even consider this place for your car repair. I wont go here NEVER EVER! The most horrible place to fix your car I have ever been. When you read the reviews bellow, more focus on the bad comments. They are really angry. This is my first review ever in my life for some service.They told me they could fix my car in 5 days but never updated the car status after 3 texts at the beginning until I checked the status by phone. They delayed the repairing time three times without detailed explanation. Even the manager didnt give me the return call even though I left a message. The service adviser is very rude, hung up the phone while I was still talking, and never kept his promise. They needed 16 days to fix my car. My car damage was very simple to fix. I dont think they have experienced people for cay body work and painting. Even it took 16 days, my car still have scratches. I just dont trust their work.They are irresponsible and unprofessional. They dont know how to service their customers. I cant believe how ALL STATE recommended me this place. It should be zero start if there was zero option.
I took my vehicle to this location for body work and at first the experience was really good, but when it came closer to the time that my vehicle was suppose to be completed it became harder to get a hold of Joseph about my car. when he did answer my calls he could never give me any answers about my vehicle all he could say is it might be done. All i wanted from him was a yes or no answer so i could ensure that my rental car was extended until the work was complete.My car was suppose to be completed a week ago but is currently still being worked on. They supposedly completed the work this Monday but when I went the to pick up the car and there were issues with the work.-New bump had paint chips.-They got paint on some of the engine components.-Grille was not clipped on and was popped out.- Bumper was not mounted correctly and was pooped out as well.- the was tape marks painted on my car where it had been tape.- Lastly the headlight they installed the lights were not working.When i told the Joseph guy about this all he said is well i never inspected the vehicle because you were rushing me. I told him that i was not rushing him that he could not give me any answers and keep telling me that it might be done it might be done. Also he said the paint on my engine and on the fender of my car was already there and they did not do that. he kept blaming me for all the issues with my car. After all that i went inside and was talking with the rental car place and when i come out i hear him talking bad about me to his manager about how i rushed them and thats why my car wasnt repair correctly.ALL I CAN SAY IS I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS FACILITY AGAIN!!!they do not know how to treat people and they blame you for there bad work.
DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I brought my vehicle to be repaired and the first time they called me and said my vehicle was ready, the paint on the front bumper was cracking in the corners. They advised they would fix it and call me when it was done. After a week of not hearing from them, I contacted them and they told me it would be ready the next day. I call them the next day and they advised it was ready to be picked up. I drove all the way over for them to tell me it was not ready! After that, Hurricane Harvey happened so it delayed the process which i understood. I called a week after the hurricane, when businesses began running normally which they advised, someone had parked next to my vehicle and caused damage to my door! They advised they were going to repair it and it would be ready in a couple of days. Later that evening, they sent me a message saying they mixed up my car with another one and my vehicle was ready to be picked up. The next day i go to pick up my vehicle and observe a dent and paint transfer on my back passenger side door that was not there when i brought it in. So after going through the pictures they take of the vehicle when you bring it in, they could not determine if it had been done prior or while in their possession, so they said they would repair it. After a few days they contact me once again and tell me everything is fixed and its ready to be picked up. I go to pick the vehicle up and now the car would not start due to the battery, which i had purchased (brand new) 2 days before bringing my car in!!! He said it just needed to be driven to let the battery charge up again. Well thank goodness I had a battery charger with me, cause i ended up having to jump it anywhere I went! I called them the next morning and they advised they would replace my battery and it would only take 20 min. Well here I am 2 and a half hours later and my battery still has not been replaced. On top of that, I found my car running on the side of the building, wasting my own gas!

I ordered the parts on Monday, they were delivered as promised on Friday. They called to let me know, I took my car in on Friday and the parts were installed promptly (no waiting) in less time than promised and at a reasonable price. All the work was done correctly and came with a warranty. The service and scheduling personnel were polite, prompt, professional, helpful and friendly.Ive had other work done there before (full paint job, body and fender work on a truck). I ignored the negative reviews I read as my experiences have been positive. I recommend Service King in Pearland.
I had my brand new 2017 Land Rover Discovery brought here for repairs the day after Christmas when I had been rear ended. The repairs were fine however my right rear tire since picking my vehicle up roughly two weeks ago keeps losing pressure. I have called twice and left voicemails for Jason and Bryan with no response. Christine the receptionist gave me Bryan’s email to follow up in writing and the email was rejected by the server. I would have had nothing but great things to say but my communication is being evaded and I will be forced to pay out of my own pocket to replace a tire that wasn’t damaged when I dropped my car off for repairs. I hope in the future your communications in customer service can get better.
I didnt feel they were up front about repairs and then didnt even complete all the repairs so now Im having to fight with the insurance company to complete the rest of the repairs. Wouldnt an alignment be automatically needed for a vehicle that had been rear ended? Wasnt done 🙄
My car was taken in for minor damage to bumper and trunk. Repairs were good, looked brand new, replaced bumper and trunk now closes completely fine after a rear ender. Jesse Beaucamp kept me updated and even got my car back to me earlier than stated. Would recommend good service.
My car was sideswiped by a hit and run driver! I took it to Service King and they were amazing! Bryan McLemore was my service rep. He explained everything thoroughly and kept me updated every couple of days. The whole experience was quick, easy and convenient. They did a great job on the repairs and much faster than expected. I highly recommend Service King, and, ask for Brian McLemore if you want exceptional service.

Extremely disappointed in handling of my vehicle. Found chip in door indide had residue . Plus kept car 2 wks fot minor repair. Will use dealership next time.MondaySpoke to manager who showed small chip already there prior to eepair in photo,she then spray painted as a courtesy therefore I retract statement about damage. The management was extremelycourteous about complaint.
I took my car to be repaired and this place was a nightmare.It took a long time to get my car back and parts installed were wrong parts and paint was not done ..I went to pick up my car after called it was done three times with my car not done right ..i finally pick up my car and asked if I could get a gift card for all the incovinces and per asst.manger he would look into as of this day never heard back .I will never use this place again as never had a bad experience like this ..my license plate was not put on right but due to not wanting to deal with this place Im dealing with it like that..Its sad how I had to talk to insurance adjuster on the parts that did not fit being put on my car ..my question was why does this business put wrong parts on and not let adjuster know so correct parts could be put on and now if I have any problems with what work they did I dont feel comfortable to have this place fix my car again..very disappointed in there service ..
So I get sent out to this location by the insurance company of the person that hit me. I arrive 30 minutes early to my appointment. I ask for Eddie Guadalupe. They tell me he is not there. I then am assisted by a supervisor who has another adjuster help me. The guys name is Fred. Supper good guy, very professional and friendly. They tell me estimate should be ready by afternoon. He calls me and tells me that he was not able to do it cause he doesnt have access to that particular insurance company. So I wait for the weekend and call Saturday ask for Eddie, did not work. Monday, tuesday, and Wednesday did not work. Thursday I call and leave a message in the morning. I finally call back at 10:30am and get in touch with him. I tell him situation and he tells me that the insurance that hit me rates are to low and that I would be responsible for the difference. I tell him it doesnt matter that I still need it to move foward and get my vehicle repaired. I then tell him that Fred already took pictures and that that he can get in contact with him. He says no he cant do that. I then ask if I can get an estimate just to send to the insurance. He says no because quote I am not going to do an estimate that takes three hours to make so that you can take it somewhere else.. So its been a week and now I have to wait several more days to get my vehicle checked. Very bad customer service by this guy.
If you are ever in need of repair for your car or vehicle....NEVER use Service King to do the repairs. I had a vehicle in there in May to do a simple accident repair, and we are still working through the claim to date. The Service King location in Pearland Texas has to be the worst experience we have ever had. They missed some repairs and then tried to go back to the insurance company for more money on items they had already been paid for. Tell all of your friends to never take your car there....find a better place....unless you want a bunch of issues.
2 reviews5.0 star rating 3/19/2016I took my Lexus ES350 to Service King to have my front bumper repaired, The bumper had torn from the bracket after I hit another car backing up and I was afraid it was going to fall off. The bumper had several scrapes and I did not want to use my insurance, so I wanted the bumper repaired instead of replaced. The repair was completed when promised and the repair job was perfect! Everyone at SK was great to work with, especially Cameron. I was kept up to date on the scheduling and communications were excellent. Thanks Service King Pearland!
