A car hit me and damaged the rear drivers side quarter panel. I took my car to Eric after being referred to him. He and staff were fantastic throughout the entire process. They worked with my insurance company the entire time. And the work, wow! The car looked brand new when I picked it up. The rental car company was not sure when they could pick up my rental so Eric and team offered to take the rental car keys to the rental car company for me. Such great people. This place has exceeded my expectations. I had a dent on the bed of my 2016 F150 and now that my truck fixed, I have to say I am quite pleased with the entire experience. Paint matching (tri coat) and body work (aluminum) was on point. There were some delays because of back ordered parts, but all in all, Eric did a fantastic job on my truck and kept me up to date on everything that was going on. Constant phone calls and even pictures, are all major indicators of a business that is doing things right. A1 service! I will recommend this business time and time again.

Great auto shop. Eric and Kathy were friendly, honest, and informative. Kathy was constantly calling my insurance company to expedite the repair and Eric did a great job fixing and painting my car. They show you the areas where repairs/replacements are needed and wait until you’ve seen the old parts before throwing them away. Their customer service and work quality surpassed my expectations, highly recommend this shop for any minor/major work.

I was skeptical of all the good reviews. No way a place is this good. Well! As it turns out they were all true! Eric’s Custom Finishes fixed my busted up car in a fraction of the time of those big box places or the dealerships. Work was done very well and the process was exactly what I expected (this was not the first car I have had bodywork done on). The owners are friendly, honest, and do great work. I have already started telling all my friends about this place. They are worth checking out at least for a free estimate.

5 stars is not fair to give the review they deserve, I should give it 7 stars but I can not !!!!, they are the best body shop in Pearland, you feel like in family, and their quality does not compare with the Body shops used by insurance companies. The quality with which they work is unsurpassed and they are always honest with you from the beginning. I recommend them 100%.

This guy is magic with an airbrush! Just look at his personal car, thats not real wood paneling (though you cant tell!)

Eric helped me get the bow out of a large hood on my classic car. An exhaust shop accidentally closed the hood with the fender blanket still inside. It made a noticeable hump in the hood. Dropped my car off with Eric and he made it much better. Quick turn around time and a great guy to boot. Highly recommend!!

Eric is fair and a down to earth man that listens when it comes to a not at fault situation. He was transparent in his search for OEM parts at the best price and thorough enough with the repair to find and fix a previous repair flaw.
