It was a nice location... and it was huge... but the prices were outrageous. Like one scrapbook is over $25 and up. Better off going to Walmart for scrapbook stuff.

I ordered 2 items from here online. Didn’t take too long to get the email notification that my order was ready. I headed to the store and found the order pickup location which is located in a FIRE ZONE!!!! Why would you have a curbside pickup in a fire zone? So I checked in online and it stated it would be right out. 15 minutes later still waiting so I call the store to let them know I’m here. The lady on the phone said someone would be right out. Another 10 minute wait and nothing. I went into the store just to get my order and they couldn’t find it. There was a store employee standing outside the store laughing and giggling with 2 men. Still waiting a lady has a fall in the parking lot. The same lady that was standing outside talking to the men went over to where the person fell. Another 10 minutes pass and she goes back into the store and finally brings out my order. I ask her to send a manager out because that it was ridiculous having me waiting for 35 minutes in a fire zone waiting on a pickup order. She explains she is the manger and that she had a situation in the store and after that someone fell. First of all giggling with 2 men outside the store isn’t a situation; furthermore, yes it’s bad that someone fell; however, it did not happen inside the store it was in the parking lot because I saw when it happened. You’d rather have a customer wait in a FIRE ZONE while you ignore the order pickup request... utterly ridiculous and unacceptable!!! Michael’s should get regular curbside pickup like everyone else and not use the fire lane in front of the store!!! They should also consider training their “managers” in the art of customer service! Not shopping here again and will be reporting them to the proper authority for having customers park in a prohibited fire lane!

Its a great store. Lots of crafts supplies. The girl at the register was clueless where anything was but she was able to get someone who helped me. Im hoping its her first day.

A craft store for the crafter, not many artist art supplys but some.

Just went to do inventory so didnt get to look at everything. It seems like they had alot of craft stuff, a little pricey for me. Nice store the associates were nice enough.

Has good stuff and the staff is really friendly. The lady measuring for the frame mattes had no idea what she was doing. She was using the measuring tape wrong and kept measuring for something I didnt want. She finally got it right and I left it in her hands. When I returned to pick it up, it was completely wrong. To avoid painfully going through that again Isaid nothing. I will go back to purchase things but will never use their framing service again.

Awesome place for crafts and decorations. Probably overlooked in fact for home decor items. They had what I needed for a project. The only complaint was there was only register serving new purchases and returns. A customer a discrepancy with returning something meanwhile there was a line of 10 people waiting. Im sure this isnt the norm. Eventually another cashier came and helped. All in all the staff was nice and helpful.

Needed cricut supplies and they had exactly what I needed. Loved it.

Items were not marked correct price. Items placed in bins marked one price only to find out the real price was hidden under everything.

I absolutely love this place. They always have the coolest things. If u dont know what kind of project you wanna do, just walking around in this store will give you 32 different ideas of their suggestions and 17 of your own. I could go broke in this store. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. The restroom was spotless, around this time of year that alone is a miracle lol.

I love Michaels is basically my favorite store because is close by and I love art and I am a artist so I’m constantly getting supplies is a great store they always have coupons there are downfalls with that being said #1 costumer service is Terrible the most of the employees there have a attitude or just treat you like they are too good for you I get it I don’t dress fancy or flash my money on brands but it doesn’t mean I don’t have money to buy what I need I am just as human as a person with brands is it has gotten to the point where I no longer want to shop there like geese if I’m working art projects every day I’m not going to use good clothes I’ll make them super messy with paint #2 long lines really long lines my husband hates coming with me to the store because the long lines #3 last time I didn’t have my phone so I tell the lady I have a coupon can I add my phone number she didn’t do it but this rich looking lady need a coupon and the cashier scanned one for her the same cashier that didn’t give me one. I will give it one more try I hope I don’t see any of the #3 things that disappointed me . I feel very discriminated like I’m just as human as you are so costumer service needs to improve I was born here several of my family members are in the military and we as costumers deserve better treatment . I will post the name of a employee that did a amazing work she was very sweet when I made a purchase for a customized frame We need more people like her happy helpful and kind .

Unfortunately, they had one very slow cashier who had one customer with an item that had no tag. So the rest of us had to wait forEVER...when we left there were six people behind us. We also never found the wrapping paper. Which shocked me because the store feels crowded and cramped. Oh well... mileage may vary. You may have better luck than I did. They *do* have all the fancy Cricut gear.Also... in case of vampire attacks they have jumbo knitting needles.

We like it here. Although nobody told the lady at the other register returning an item to put her mask on. I guess cause she alreadyyyyyy looked like she was going to be ugly about it if they said something to her.

Covid-19 super spreader! No one is sanitizing carts! No sanitizer at entry/exit! NO SOCIAL DISTANCING! I asked clerk at register for hand sanitizer and he said there wasnt any. I asked if anyone was sanitizing carts and he laughed-and said NOPE!

Poor customer service. No greeting from any associates upon entry, no associates to assist in helping find items and no greeting at the register. This is my last time coming to this location.

The food is very good and you get plenty to eat. Usually short lines. Has a large selection.

👉🏾It was very hot in there. Their ac cooling system was out so shopping was uncomfortable. As a result many of us shoppers gave up and headed to visit a more comfortable store with a mile pleasurable shopping experience.

Yhe store is neat organized and the staff is helpful and friendly.

This place needs more help. All people who were on the floor were at the registers checking out a huge line. Management needs to look into hiring more people.

Wearing a mask properly should be gone over. Two of the employees had their mask below the nose and didn’t enforce the mask regulation at all.

Great experience. No one was crowded around each other, everyone had on masks, and the store was stocked with everything I needed.

My wife and kids love this store, they love doing crafts and Michaels always have what they are looking for.

Love the variety in Michaels but their clearance section was ridiculous and covered with full stock carts. The young lady running the register was super nice and helpful though

I just love this store! The new location is better than the old and more convenient for me. I love their bead section...they have everything! I do wish they would expand the floral section, but they do have a nice selection. This is truly one of my favorite places to shop with the nicest people working here. Service is always top notch and prices are great...especially if you have coupons. They have a truly great art supply section as well.

Kelsey and Billy Jean are the absolute worse employees. I called this place 3 times because Kelsey kept getting an attitude with me and would hang up in my face. I asked for a store manager and Billy Jean I guess just refused to come to the phone. She finally comes to the phone and is giggling and laughing about my complaint about Kelsey. Once I finally got my order I quickly realized this are teenagers running this store. Kelsey’s behavior was completely inappropriate and both her and Billy Jean should be fired or reprimanded. Worse experience ever. I rather go to Hobby Lobby.

I went to get artificial flowers to take to the cemetery as the dollar store was low because of Easter stuff. I was shocked at how high they are priced, but at least they had a 50% sale going on.

This Michaels is always my favorite to go to. They keep the store clean and well organized. I do wish however they had employees that were easy to locate to ask for help.

Stood in some horrendous line to purchase a frame. When asking if they would price match the lower price for the same frame listed on their website, the would not. Claimed it was a buy one get one half off price, when reading the fine print it clearly was not.I’ll stick with Hobby’s lobby from now on

I placed my order online at 9 pm and it was ready for pickup at 11 am the next day. Pick up was easy and the staff was friendly.

Loved how everything was in its own place. Easy to find what I was looking for.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is kept pretty organized. Took a star off due to their restrooms. Cant speak for the mens but the womens bathroom need a really good cleaning.

I enjoyed my shopping experience here. The store was clean and well stocked. The employees were helpful and polite. There were so many different things to look at and I wss there for quite awhile. I will be going back in the near future.

Their fabric selection, for a fabric store, needs growth and improvement. It was on the last aisle and only half of the area.

I usually find what Im looking for in this store. It is always clean and organized. We went shortly before the holidays and despite the line of about a dozen people in front of us, the line moved quickly.

I understand 10 customers at a time so employees must be customers too considering the five left out in this heat included 2 nurses a chemotherapy patient a young girl with asthma and a nun. Smh very disappointed with their lack of judgement

I love the store, but getting thru the line is always challenging, even with 2 cashiers. I just wish that checkout process was much more expedient.

Very clean store! However, I couldnt find a worker to assist; couldnt tell who worked there on the floor because noone greeted or asked to help. So I just kind of wandered around the store to try and find what I went for which was sewing patterns. I didnt see any on the sewing all so I didnt make a purchase.

The staff is very nice and its fairly easy to find things in the store. The building is getting old though and the place is getting a little dingy, its probably time for them to replace the shelving and do some renovations.I wish that their yarn selection was closer to the front.

Located in the same shopping center as Target and other stores. There is always traffic to get to this Michaels. Employees are nice, helpful. Prices arent that fair I think they are pretty expensive considering other places that have the same things. They do have a 50% coupon that I think applies to one item.

I have never had great customer service here and I often have to refer to the website to find where certain items are located. The lady checking me out managed to give me a speech on how their coupons work that was uncalled for, seeing as I used the one coupon properly. But it was very rude, I didnt say anything but I didnt appreciate the rude customer service.
