Im more of an Anthropologie kind of person, but my kids love Hot Topic, and Ive found some cool stuff over the years. Employees are usually super friendly and helpful. Music is loud and sometimes abrasive, but thats just the vibe...

I love Hot Topic and I love shopping in-store, so its a shame that this location doesnt have plus-sized clothing. The music is often so terrible that even my edgy friends cringe at it. They also seem to have phased out a lot of the fandoms they used to carry that I liked, but I guess Im no longer in the age range theyre catering to. Most items are overpriced, but the employees are always friendly.

Its Hot Topic, smells, people are unfriendly, but they have some neat stuff.

Found some awesome nail polish. I found this black and white speckled polish in a large skull bottle for 3 bucks and some change. I bought 2. They had lots of speckled colors too.

I have bought 2 dragon ball z shirts, and 3 studio ghibli shirts, a studio ghibli purse bag, one big pop figure, 2 regular size pop figure and a pair of earrings. Employees at the store were beyond great. As always I will come back to my favorite store.

My teenagers love this store. It is in an outlet mall and the store is tiny. It is also very crowded and packed. When looking for a t-shirt that my kids will like, they always have one. So I go with/for them. It isnt somewhere I would shop myself.

A man working there was completely mean/rude to me. He is the tall skinny guy (blond). and i had asked him if i can get the biggest size sweat shirt, because i love oversized clothes and he said “why, to cover up your insecurities?” LIKE TF NO. I JUST WANTED AN OVER SIZED SHIRT. THANK U Very MUCH.

Great place for unique clothes. Very trendy and geared towards the tweens and teenagers. A bit on the pricy side, but they do give you $5 For every $60 you spend and keep your info in the computer under your phone number. If you can catch a good sale or find a coupon its about what you would spend most every where else.

This Hot Topic is one of the better ones Ive been to, they have a great selection, and the staff are really helpful. I really have no complaints, other then I wish they had more stuff in stock, thanks!

Absolutely love this store. They always have merchandise that you cannot find anywhere else and are ALWAYS having multiple sales going year round.

I was absolutely disgusted with this store. Ive shopped at Hot Topic for years now and have never had an experience as bad as this. Upon arrival, not one of the five girls (yes girls) asked me if I needed assistance. While browsing around, the only thing I could hear was the obnoxiously loud teenage girls behind the counter talking about how bad their manager was. It was like being on a middle school playground. I interrupted their gabbing to ask one of them if they had what I was looking for in which she proceeded to tell me they didnt have any. Disappointed, I purchased different items only to walk out and see over 60 of what I was looking for on the back wall. I then decided I would return the items I bought and purchase what I came in for. Not only did one of the girls act as if it was a hassle, she overcharged me $10. When I went back in to get what was mine, I once again had to interrupt their gab and the girl couldnt comprehend simple math to understand what she did wrong. A man came in with pizza while I was waiting and gave it to one of the other girls (who was sitting on the counter). The girl trying to fix the problem excused herself to grab a piece of pizza while another girl tried to help and talked with her mouth full. It wasnt near closing time and I wasnt the only person in the store. I was absolutely appalled at the behavior of these girls. It was disgusting and I will not be going back to this store.

Great service everything I get is normally what I usually am looking for and if I cant find something all I have to do is ask and the manager or the associates help me and if there are any discounts they are always sure to mention them to me so thanks hot topic for everything

If you like to wear clothes featuring pop culture icons then this shop is for you but if youre like me and are just looking for goth, emo or punk style clothes then this particular hot topic isnt for you but I did enjoy being in there and browsing their selection and the employees were very nice and helpful.
