They had what we needed. Service was good. We got in and got what we needed and got out of there without any hassle. The cashier was very helpful and friendly.

Huge selection of shoes that go upto size 14 they dont have any wide or extra wide sadly. But I did find a pair of sandles that fit my perfectly.
Was very rushed. If you are closing in 2 minutes, stop letting customers in just to tell them to hurry because we are closing. Felt that my business was really not needed, cause if you let me in let me find me some shoes!!!!! It wasnt like I was going to be in there a long time just needed a few minutes to get a nice pair of shoes but instead looked at one pair (only look) and was practically told to get out.

Was upset after driving all the way to the store in the outlet mall only to find out they were closed, if you are going to close early at least have the courtesy to update your store hours before someone drives to find out they closed 2 hours early!

The new General manager Denise is terrible. The store is in in bad shape. And I have friends who work there who says she is terrible boss. She take credit for all the work when everyone else doing the work. She does not communicate with her team on what is going on. Then she got my friend FIRED due to her lack of miscommunication. Because of her I will not shop at Rack Room shoes in Pearl, MS. I cannot support her store and her way of things.
Good shoe deals. The asst. Manager was a tad off. She made some very sarcastic comments about another customer to me. I told her to have a great day and remember your a manager. She stated i dont really care, honey. Im ready to go home!
