This golf shop might appear to be small but it is LARGE in customer service, selection and good vibes! The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and approachable! And their 90 day return policy is awesome! You really cant beat this place. Id highly recommend it to everyone!

New location!! Ive always liked going to Roger Dunn but now I love going there. The new location is twice as big as the old one. Theres more brands/products to choose from now and their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about everything. If you have that golf itch, Roger Dunn is where to go scratch it. Hands down one of the best golf shops on the island!!

Get your golf supplies here! Bought an iron set and a new driver. Played 5 rounds of golf and just didn’t like the clubs. I brought them in close to closing time and no questions asked, they gave me full refund and the manager stayed past closing with me to help me pick out new stuff. Great staff, great prices!! I will only ever buy from them!

The staff really gets to know the customers by names and greets them great. They always call other location to check if they don’t have.. Phil and Donovan are great at their jobs. Hono needs to improvea bit more. Always seemed rushed, however staff is very qualified. Another great store... Well run...

Phil and Larrin are reasons to go there. Both are friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to offer help and suggestions on clubs. Dont get the negativity bout some reviewers not getting any help or acknowledgement. If you need help then ask! Not that hard. No matter they will have my business anytime.

Recently just bought golf shoes with a gift card I received. After tax was 5 bucks short, which would ve been fine... If I hadnt left my debit card at home! Was on auto pilot and forgot. Went to see if I had cash in my car and the manager went to his bag and paid the remaining amount with his own money! Great people and store. Definitely going back.

Walked in with my husband and got a hi at the door. There was one customer checking out and another browsing in the store. We walked around looking at the variety for about 10-15 minutes and not one of the 3 workers approached or called out to assist. As we walked out there were 2 workers behind the counter and still no acknowledgement. Not sure if they approached the other customer before we came in, but they certainly did not help him while we were there.

Professional team, and quality service. Not sure whats going on with the negative reviews. The team at the pearl city location is top notch. My favorite golf stop to beat the traffic.

Gotta to be Haole or Jap to get good service - customers bring in the revenue to pay the employees, inventory, rent and bills. Store manager needs training on customer service, he was more concerned of a female employee and talking about his (wanna be PGA tour) golf game to someone else. Store has good inventory and product line, but needs the product displays refreshed and interior remodeled or cleaned. It looks like the displays have been this way for years or decades. We purchased couple hundred dollars worth of goods (Titleist balls, hats and shirts) at a premium, to give as gifts - no discounts. Check the products, but buy it on line. You failed miserably, this brick and mortar store going down.

It was my first time there. I wanted to find a new driver. Walking around no one offered to help. I finally decided to get a new driver and check out and go. I noticed they take trade ins. I got my old driver (R7 nothing great but wouldnt need it) and the girl asked for an older gentleman. I assume he was the manager. He looked over the club and mumbled something while staring at me. I didnt hear him and asked What was that? he then in a stern and upset look said Not accepted. I really didnt understand or care, it was the tone of his voice and the look like I was doing him a disservice. Rather than say well I dont want your driver, I finished paying. While collecting the few other things I bought (hands are full) they never asked would you like a bag. Go somewhere else, awful here.

Staff rude and not really interested in helping. Wont bother going back and wont bother recommending this place.
