Whats better than Walmart? Walmart in Honolulu.

Sometimes the help is willing but they just not listening well. They are just not listening well is better English. I do not want to put the staff down because they were trying to help me but they just kept getting the wrong TV and it was sort of like I better come back later

I’m pretty sure they restock food mondays so they didn’t have everything we needed but tuesdays or Wednesday should be good

I dont know why it is but its never a good time to go to Pearl City Walmart. It was packed, for what seems like no reason at all. Just a regular Monday night. Needed a phone, as always. Didnt have the A12 and the salesperson had a TMI personality. It was 7 pm and they were stocking shelves. Hated it. Plus, I travel from Kaneohe. Its getting harder and harder to choose Walmart for the essentials.

Walmart in Pearl City is pretty good...fully stocked 😃

All the employees are GRUMPY with horrible attitudes. Even the managers. They all need to be retrained for better customer seevice!!!

Customer service at this location is just terrible. When they stock the shelves they put the product by the wrong price and expect us to pay the amount it rings up. When the associate goes to do a price check she took 20 mins within that time she could have done a lot on her scanner. We are paying customers. Do your job right or find another job where you don’t wast people’s time.

Does not accept ApplePay. Good way to limit its customer base.

Its walmart dont expect much. Some workers could be kinder but I not shopping their to Chat or befriend anyone. So I appreciate you having the items I need in stock.

This is a very nice Walmart. They have a very well-stocked and huge grocery section. They have many sections that have more products than at some other Walmarts on the island. The store and restrooms are very clean. Highly recommended.

It wasnt so busy today so that was definitely nice. But a standard and a staple place to get your basic needs or things you need to bring with you when you travel.

Walmart in Hawaii is always a fun place to shop in.

Even though closing time was in 20 minutes staff were extremely helpful.

This store offers a large selection of a variety of items. Unfortunately these items are not often stocked. Items that make no sense are completely unstocked, for example every color of every size bath towel! All shelves empty or womens packaged socks in every size and color. Rack completely empty.😒 The store itself is typically clean and the majority of the staff are friendly and helpful. During peak hours this location is typically busy.

Good Wal-Mart. Lots of fruit and veggies. Moe baked goods too. Really busy when I went.

This store/branch is conveniently located in a shopping center that also have other shopping centers located very close by. Huge parking lot. The store itself is huge, even compared to other Walmart branches in Hawaii. Employees there are mostly very friendly and helpful.

The service center at Walmart was quick to process my return with receipt. And after that that the check out process at register was quick. There was a lot of people there. And many not practicing social distance.

I LOVE Walmart! Hours have changed since COVID. Shelves are always stocked. I try to go here closer to closing time when it is less crowded. The 3-star rating is because twice the employee in the Money section couldnt help me with my helium balloons. But that is not going to stop me from shopping at Walmart. If only Walmart offered the Scan and Go service they have at Sams Club. Other than that, thank you Walmart!

Wednesday morning was a good time to go. A lot of close parking and the store was not that crowded. The one huge issue is they only had one checkout open so a long line. You can imagine the time it takes because most people had a lot of things in their basket including me. Three stars because of only one lane open.

Went to use Key Me and it had an error screen. I asked for help in rebooting it as that it what it said must be done. A useless female manager came up and said call the number on the machine as they don’t own it and walked away. I had to follow her to ask if a work order had been put in and she rudely said call the number. This is unacceptable customer service. Why should the customer have to call to fix the machine! Plus she walked away while I was talking. So ride. Never going back. Target has my business now.

Lots of people, masks still mandated, lots of product. Walmart always been organized & have prepared for crowds forever so its no surprise that they can manage a pandemic also.

Wasnt too crowded when I got to the register I was directed what line to go to thats pretty quick and efficient

This Walmart in Pearl City is one of the best ones Ive been in, so far, on Oahu. Its big and has lots of stuff, or at least it had everything on my list for preparing a 21st birthday gift basket.

Awesome Deals, Our Go To Place For Everything Household, Kids, Toddlers, Food, Cleaning Ect.. ( CHEAPER THEN THE GROCERY STORES ) Wish they sold Raw Meats Like the Mainland

Decent Walmart. Has everything you need. Lines to check out can get long. They still are forcing crowd control lines from the pandemic.

Going to Walmart is never 5 stars. Especially when you are there when its packed. But Walmart is a staple that all people love!

Mililani Walmart is the closest Walmart to where we live however they are frequently out of stock on basic items. Also, the selection is not as good as the Pearl City store which is blessed with a lot more floor space and can therefore provide a wider selection of merchandise.When they do have what I want in stock it is a good place to shop and I still patronize the store most of the time simply for convenience and because I know where everything is. Id say the thing I dislike about this branch of Walmart is the empty facings on the shelves meaning the reorder program is not working smoothly. Its not uncommon to have to wait a couple of weeks or longer for merchandise to come back in.The good thing is a fairly liberal return policy, lots of self-check registers, and a generally clean store to go along with their competitive prices. While their prices are not nearly as competitive as they used to be they still have some pretty fair price tags.This branch doesnt have a market like some of the super Walmarts but the food section spans quite a few aisles offering a bit of just about everything except for fresh meat. All in all it is just fine to shop at. Id give it 5 stars if they kept their shelves full.

This Walmart is okay it’s always kinda messy in here and it has a weird layout but it’s a Walmart so you’ll most-likely find what you are looking for most of the time I like the pearl city one more

I really like this WAL mart they always have what Im looking for. The keeamoku one is always out of stock so I drive to pearl city from town.

About 2pm- plenty of parking and returned and traded with ease. I wasnt asked if id like to check out since i was done shopping at customer service, even though i was the ONLY person in line- thats customary in other walmarts ( but ive noticed islands are NOT concerned with time) so i had to go back into a line after, otherwise- it was great! I got everything i needed - except size 7.5 shoes that they ALWAYS run out of.... but 99% was available and easily found

There were ONLY 2 lines open and the self check out was 25 people in line!!Im going to STOP shopping there because its ridiculous!The old Asian lady at Walmart goes through our receipt like we stole something further prolonging our visit!She was also talking with someone she knew while holding up the line!!Horrible SERVICE and unacceptable!!

Walmart HI, that was different! Clean, but we didn’t found what we were looking for and the associates where lacking in number. Maybe next time, maybe.

Always have what I need and more so I could really never complain .I like that cause I do not like complaining.

This is the 3rd time Ive attempted to use the curbside service only for them to be 30mins to an hr behind.This is more inconvenient than going into the store.

Priced little bit higher than WalMarts from lower 48 states, well stocked and many local food variations.

I love Walmart. Thanks for taking all my money on a regular basis. They have great prices and everything I need is almost always in stock. Unfortunately, they do NOT price match, even with their own online prices. I found this odd because of the option to buy online and pick up in-store. Other than that parking is widely available, check-out options include regular and self check-out lines, and sanitation has been top notch!

I had just bought an Air Rifle from store, found out missing magazine, went back to store was told all sales final we cant help you. Then just looked at me like I was stupid. No help to be given, you should have checked the item before purchasing. No thank you just Bye.

Slippery as an eel. They have the signs posted in all the languages Ive can think of, but darn, those floors are as sleak as ice. We bought gardening soil and a flint (for starting fires). Im excited to use both - separately and for different projects of course. Does Walmart ever sleep? Its always crowded. Today the rain was coming down, the parking lot was full, and the store had the feel of a flea market with all the people. Im a fan of the big stores and the deals are there. I came this close // to purchasing a 75 TV. How can they sell them so inexpensively? Big fan.

Kunia store not well stocked, PC store is but I think the price is a bit higher.

Very big selection in everything EXCEPT this is not a great Walmart for buying fresh meat or chicken, they don’t have any. They only carry frozen meat stuff and frozen pre made chicken. Store was very nicely organized, staff was helpful.

My go to Walmart on island because its a little less crowded and theres a lot of good spots to get a coffee or food around. The usually have stock of items I need and checkout is pretty quick too.

I really like the Walmart here, the people are so nice and helpful and I have made some good friends as well with some of the people who work there. When I come in the door atleast 10 people say Hi to me before I get to what Im looking for. One of my friends is Paul and he works at Electronics. I bought my TV from him and got a great price for a 50 flat screen. If you go there to buy a TV or anything, just ask for Paul and tell him I sent you to him, LOL. THIS IS PAUL. He is letting me take this picture for my friend so he could come and get a great deal on a TV.

My local Pearl City Walmart is an awesome place to shop for everything that you may need. I’ve went here since I was practically still in diapers, and had a few accidents as well, but all in all I love the employees and want to thank them for their amazing service.

Very long check out lines.I am not happy about the amount of people who were there, but glad to see everyone wearing mask.The isles were packed and it took a lot longer to shop and get everything I needed.Im glad I did go in person, because I tried 4 to 5 times to place a online delivery order cor over 100 items. When I put my address in for delivery it would have me shopping at a store farther away from my home. With absolutely now opening for delivery for the entire week. And when I would change it to pick up at store it would remove over half of the items I was trying to purchase.It was telling me that a lot of the items I wanted were either out of stock or that they didnt have them at allI get to the store and they actually had everything I wanted and also items that dont come up on the website.Anyway after 2 hours and over $400 in my cart I finally got to check out.There needs to be more improvements made on what items they carry and whats in stock.

A year into the Coronavirus pandemic, businesses has changed to protect people. In Walmarts case, they had someone sanitize the shopping carts, signs of social distancing and face mask-wearing were around the store, and associates were sanitizing placed where shoppers touched.I dont like to go shopping during a pandemic, but at least Walmart is helping to keep people safe when they can.
